Der kleine Agriturismo ist wunderschön in den Hügeln von Mondavio gelegen. Unser kleines Haus war ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Orte. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Biken, Städte ansehen oder ans Meer zu fahrn. Roberto & Tiziana sind wunderbare Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Wow, wow wow!!! I hosted an intimate little retreat here and it was everything I could have wished for and more! The kitchen was fit for commercial use, and the chefs just loved it! The architecture and design was gorgeous and impeccable! Every single last detail exuded, love style and grace. There was a celebrity interior designer on the retreat and she absolutely fell in love with the place, which speaks volumes! To say that Kiara was supportive and accommodating, would be an epic understatement. She went above and beyond! I will admit it was a little tricky to find, and our visit occurred during a flood so the roads were rough to put it lightly. By the time I arrived, I wasn’t in the best mood on account of the journey there. And all of that melted away the second I entered this glorious villa. We felt like we were inside a painting the entire time. Oh, and the HOT TUB! Best I’ve ever been in! Followed by the sauna and in between dips in the pool- this place is a DREAM!

Alloggio carino, pulito e ben arredato. Il parcheggio non era all’interno della struttura come descritto (a causa probabilmente di lavori) ma comunque a disposizione c’era un parcheggio a pochi metri di distanza.

“Pasamos un fin de semana increíble en esta hermosa casa en Casanina. La casa es muy grande, espaciosa y decorada con mucho gusto, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda y acogedora. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la amabilidad y atención de la anfitriona, quien además nos sorprendió con un detalle maravilloso: un pan delicioso acompañado de vino y embutidos típicos de la zona, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. Sin duda, es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. ¡

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

We had a lovely time in the apartment. Francesca welcomed us in person and made us feel at home. It took some getting used to the separate kitchen but everything we needed was on hand. The pool was the star of the show and we loved our daily swims. You definitely need a car as it is rural and some of the information on the English document given is out of date (as is Google) so do bear that in mind when consider where to eat. Also weekends are busy in pretty much all restaurants so book ahead if possible. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is great for relaxing, peace and tranquility.

Es war alles Perfekt. Das Airbnb entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und Ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, close to the beach and historic center. Stefano was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The penthouse was clean and cozy, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Fano!

alloggio elegante e ben curato in una location perfetta per vicinanza a posti bellissimi, al mare, alle colline e al palazzetto dove in 12 minuti di auto siamo andati per il concerto di Jovanotti! È posto in zona collinare tranquilla con vista panoramica su città e mare. bellissimo. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Anna e Francesca che si sono dimostrate anche guide turistiche capaci consigliandoci posti da visitare (riserve naturali e paesini storici) e ristoranti ( ottimo il ristorante "la tana della volpe" a tre minuti d'auto) consigliatissimo

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Dette er en nydelig, moderne leilighet og vi har hatt en flott uke der! Vi fikk en hyggelig velkomst av Marco og velkomstgave når vi kom, og det var både frukt, drikke og snacks til oss i leiligheten. Alt var perfekt. Anbefales varmt og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

Wspaniały dom w stylu włoskim. Widoki na winnice. Piękna roślinność. Super basen. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem domu.

La casa e’ grAnde, spaziosa, pulita, confortevole. Non le manca nulla. Giardino e piscina super! Accoglienza Molto gentile, disponibile, professionale. Stefano e la famiglia ti fanno sentire a casa. Consigliatissima per famiglie ma anche per gruppo di amici. Ci torneremo!

posto incantevole e un panorama magnifico. Eravamo gli unici due nella Garden House per cui sembrava di essere fuori dal mondo civilizzato. unico neo non imputabile al proprietario la connessione telefonica assente molte volte. Lo consiglio per chi ama la pace, la natura e il riposo 😍😍😍

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Die Lage ist einmalig mit Panoramablick inkl. Sonnenaufgang und -untergang. Und Silke und Luca sind die besten Gastgeber, die es gibt. Wir wurden mit offenen Armen empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Beide sind immer ansprechbar. Wenn ich erneut in der Gegend bin, ist Cal Torello meine erste Adresse!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Stefan. La propriété est très belle et la maison annexe où nous avons logé est grande, parfaitement équipée et aménagée avec style. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et c'était parfait, puisque les températures peuvent grimper en été. Stefan est un hôté extrêmement aimable, réactif, serviable et discret. Nous avons séjourné dans la propriété comme si nous y étions seules. La région est extrêmement belle et variée, avec des petits bourgs partout qui sont des trésors, et une excellente gastronomie (où Stefan nous a également conseillés). Bref, un excellent séjour !

Es war wunderbar - die Unterkunft & das Pool waren fantastisch & Natalie und Toni hervorragend Gastgeber! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
