Unser Aufenthalt war leider etwas kurz um die Unterkunft voll zu geniessen. Super Balkon!

La casa di Olav è davvero bellissima e molto funzionale. Ognuno ha il suo spazio e la sua Privacy, noi eravamo in tanti e non ci siamo dati noia. Ci sono tre bagni e una cucina super attrezzata. Siamo capitati in un periodo molto caldo e in casa l'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo. Penne è un paese molto bello e accogliente e i posti vicini sono molto belli. Olav è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e disponibile. Anche la Signora che viene a fare le pulizie e il marito sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire? un'ottima vacanza Grazie ancora Olav

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Esperienza estremamente positiva. L’appartamento è comodo, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di relax. Eravamo 2 famiglie con 5 bambini e siamo stati molto bene. Gli spazi sono adeguati, la casa è dotata di tutto e si trova in una posizione tranquilla, ma vicina ai servizi e ristoranti. A soli 10 minuti c’è un grande centro commerciale. Il centro del paese molto carino è vicino, ma da raggiungere in auto. Consiglio questo posto a chi ha voglia di relax e tranquillità, senza rinunciare alla comodità. Letizia e Piero sono molto gentili e disponibili e sempre a disposizione, ma senza essere invadenti. Spero di poter tornare presto. Grazie!

Logement était impeccables, spacieux propre En plus de tout le nécessaire de cuisine, il y a aussi tout le. Ecessaire pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants de bas âge L hôte a été très réactif et attentionné rendant notre séjour encore plus confortable Les chambres étaient très spacieuse avec salle de bain, le tout d une propreté Impeccable La piscine, toujours bien propre était régulièrement entretenue par Claudio, yne personne très agréable et chaleureux

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

The rooms were very clean. The ac/heaters worked great. The wifi signal was strong. Francesco's mother, Laura, was as sweet as any woman could be. She speaks no English but knows how to use a cellphone translator. With any communication problems, Francesco was always available thru the app.

Ezio nous a très bien guidé ainsi que Luca qui est très sympathique le logement est très bien placé et m'a fait penser à celui de ma tante à Popoli quand j'étais jeune. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous reviendrons certainement l'an prochain...... Grazie per tutti

Bellissimo appartamento a quattro passi dal mare. Situato al centro fra il mare e la città. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: moderna, pulita e ordinata. Fornita di qualsiasi tipo di necessità con un carinissimo giardino che la contorna. L’host Elia è molto gentile, attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Siamo stati molto bene, super consigliato!

Lovely modern comfortable home. Lots of amenities. Felt right at home . Nice to have off street parking. Security very good too.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa pulitissima e con tutto il necessario. Bel giardinetto esterno con cancello automatico. Casa fresca e finestre nuove ben insonorizzanti. Davvero molto consigliato.

wir haben hier einen tollen urlaub verbracht. das haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. das grundstück liegt sehr schön - mit schönen blicken in die landschaft. die zimmer sind geräumig und sehr hell. die küche ist wohnlich und praktisch. alles da, was man braucht. in der großen loggia ist viel platz für essen und spielen im schatten. der salzwasserpool ist wunderschön. das salzwasser angenehmer als mit chlor. der kontakt zu louise und bice (vor ort) war immer prompt und sympathisch. wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen. markus und marie

Die Lage vom Haus, mit dem Blick vom Pool in die Berge, der tolle Garten mit Feigen und Oliven, Granatapfel ist einfach wunderbar und sofort erholsam. Stefan und Lissi sind sehr nette Gastgeber jederzeit hilfsbereit und lassen dir deine gewünschte Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Standort ist super um das Meer sowie die Berge der Abruzzen zu erkunden. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und glauben die Abruzzen haben uns nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen. Viele Grüße

Der Aufenthalt bei Marco war sehr angenehm. Aufgrund eines Zugstreikes hatten wir Probleme mit dem Autoverleih, jedoch hat er uns ohne große Nachfrage geholfen und uns sogar angeboten zu fahren. Er war immer stets bemüht und hat uns wertvolle Tipps von Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Was wir empfehlen würden wenn man bei Marco die Unterkunft wählt, dass man ein Auto anmietet, denn zu Fuß ist es schwierig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof, sowie das Meer sind 10min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Weitere tolle Strände sind in 30-45min Fahrtzeit, die uns Marco empfohlen hat und auch sehr empfehlenswert war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals Marco für deine Mühe und nette Art sowie Hilfsbereitschaft.

Wir waren total begeistert von der sehr ruhigen Lage, dem tollen Ausblick in die Berge, der große Garten, Frau Isabella ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen, gibt tolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren Ende August in Guardigrele und haben Nachts die Hirsche röhren gehört. Tolle Unterkunft 🥰
