Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'interno era accogliente, corrispondeva alle foto e aveva tutto quello che serviva e di più, mentre il cortile dava un bel panorama delle colline toscane (ideale per le colazioni all'aperto). È una scelta perfetta se si vuole passare un weekend tranquillo fuori città in una villetta con degli amici

Casa straordinaria, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di ogni comfort. Nota di merito per gli elettrodomestici e accessori presenti in cucina. Igor è stato per noi prezioso, sia per i consigli dati che per la disponibilità sempre mostrata. Sin dall’accoglienza ci siamo sentiti a casa. Se dovesse ricapitare l’occasione, Dimora Cecchi sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta.

Struttura bellissima ed Host amichevole e disponibile! Il B&B di Guido e Francesca è meraviglioso, ben curato e ricco di dettagli per un piacevole soggiorno. l'accortezza su dettagli quali far trovare l'essenziale per una colazione o per mangiare qualcosa se si arriva tardi o come nel nostro caso in un giorno festivo è un plus che pochi Host hanno. Se si ha un'auto il b&b è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere in meno di un'ora città quali Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Lucca e Firenze. un saluto particolare al gatto che ci ha dato il buongiorno tutte le mattine! Tornerò senz'altro!

A really roomy and elegant property with an amazing view. We visited as an extended family for Christmas, and had all the space and amenities we needed. The property is well decorated and had everything we needed for our Christmas break. Morrona is a charming and peaceful village, and the neighbouring village Terriciola was within a short walk. Also: Andrea is a really friendly and helpful host who helped make the most of our stay. Highly recommended!

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe zu Gast in dieser schönen Villa. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir haben viel gekocht und an dem großen Tisch zusammen gegessen. Die Spaziergänge in den Weinbergen beim Sonnenuntergang sind einfach nur ein Traum. Eine unvergessliche schöne Zeit!!

Un très bel endroit calme! Dommage qu’il ne faisait pas très beau et chaud lors de notre séjour, mais on s’est quand même baigné et on a profité de la vue merveilleuse! Pensez à apporter du chasse moustique, car il y en a beaucoup. On y retournerait demain matin si on le pouvait :)

Beautiful country villa, spacious, clean quiet, private, wonderful surroundings. Hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and made the stay wonderful.

Where do I even begin? Fabio was a dream to work with since the moment I booked the villa. My husband and I planned our entire stay and wedding with Fabio through email and he even video conferenced us to talk details about our wedding day. The villa is incredible. Peaceful, spacious, clean. Perfect for a family of 14. The pool is always clean and Rosaria was there every morning to make sure we had everything we needed and the pool was tip top shape. She even came to the villa to help us with our hot water when we used it all up! Our wedding was a dream from the moment we woke up with a delicious breakfast handmade by Alessandra. She made the bread from scratch, the whole villa smelled like a dream! The breakfast presentation was stunning and it was just the morning. Fabio was very attentive through the entire stay from the rehearsal dinner (we did a pizza night) to the wedding day. All of my dreams came true. I highly recommend this villa!!!

This villa up in the mountains is easily one of the best that my family and I have stayed at. There are amazing views of the village of Buti in the valley below and Tuscan landscape further out and hiking trails surround the area. The house and grounds are impeccably decorated and maintained. Though the building looked 100+ years old, it felt very modern and comfortable for city dwellers like us. Melissa, the lady that helped us check-in/check-out, was very friendly and delivered the wife's left-behind wallet to us after we checked out.

Niccolo’s place is so cozy and peaceful. From the decoration to the beautiful and restful backyard, my family of 6 really enjoyed the place and felt right at home. The house is located just out of a street with several restaurant and grocery stores. The tower is about 20 mins walk and the bus stop to the train station is right across Niccolo’s house that makes the commuting very easy. Niccolo’s has been extremely accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage’s in the house while cleaning was still happening. Greatly appreciated and practical. If we f go back to Pisa, we will definitely stay again.

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!

I can't say enough about Stefano's home, it is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as he presents it, but what really makes a stay here stand out is his friendliness, communication, and the services that he offers as part of your stay. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the grocery on the way (and had grocery bags for us), he had great recommendations for the best restaurant in town (which is an easy 9 min walk) and he was willing to help make reservations for us. When we weren't able to get take out salad with an order, he offered to go to the grocery store to pick some up for us. Truly it is like getting a personal concierge as part of your rental. His amazing home is in a great location between Pisa, Florence, and the beautiful Lucca. And while you would need to have your own car, you also have the option to do as we did and have Stefano drive you around Tuscany. We would stay here again without hesitation (and next time we will do the pizza!).
