Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

We had a fantastic week at Chiara & Cristiana’s house. It was a spacious and clean house, which was very well equipped. We loved the big kitchen table for family meals and our children had fun on the piano! The gardens were great. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful big pool and playing ping pong! Chiara was always very helpful. Her parents were lovely too. Her dad gave us some delicious big home grown tomatoes! There was a nice pizzeria near by & a supermarket 10 minutes away. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nella casa di Lorenzo! La villa è ben attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e la vista è davvero spettacolare. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa grazie al fantastico benvenuto e alla pulizia impeccabile. Lorenzo è stato un ospite eccezionale, rispondendo prontamente a tutte le nostre domande e fornendo ottimi consigli su ristoranti, attività locali e luoghi da visitare. Uno dei punti più alti della nostra esperienza è stata la scoperta di ristorante fenomenale grazie ai suoi suggerimenti! La posizione della villa è perfetta, a metà strada tra Firenze, Pisa e molte altre cittadine pittoresche. Abbiamo potuto esplorare facilmente tutto ciò che ci interessava, da monumenti storici a bellissimi paesaggi naturali. Inoltre, la zona è ben servita, con tutti i servizi essenziali a pochi minuti di distanza, inclusi ottimi ristoranti e negozi. Questo è un posto ideale per coppie, famiglie o chiunque stia cercando una vacanza rilassante e non.

Easy drives to fun days out at the beach and to Tuscan towns and cities. (Mosquito-repellent and car both essential.)

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Die Wohnung in Cecina Mare liegt wunderbar in einem ruhigen Quartier, von dem es aber nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zur Strandpromenade sind und dort findet sich alles, was man von einem charmanten italienischen Badeort erwarten kann. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin ihre Wohnung schätzt und pflegt, die kleine Küche läd zum kochen ein, das Bad ist makellos, die Betten sehr bequem. Alles technische und mechanische funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die Heizung ist für Besuche im Herbst und Winter kräftig genug , um für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu sorgen. Maria ist sehr herzig und besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, die Verständigung ist Dank digitaler TranslatorApps kein Problem. Der kleine Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen und dem grossen Olivenbaum lässt eine träumen, hie und da kommt eine Katze oder ein Vogel zu Besuch, oder es grüsst ein Nachbar über die Mauer.

Good place to rent for family with 1-2 kids. Very close (7-10 min slow walk) to one of the best beaches in Toscana – Marina di Bibbona. Close to very good pizzeria Il Tritono (3 min walk, sometimes table reservation is q good idea). No worry about food supply – 10 min from nice shopping center with mini supermarket, fish and meat stores. Vegetables you can buy on the road from farmers. Small peaceful town is located ideally towards attractions of Toscana –towns like Lucca, Piza, Viareggio and small medieval and Etruscan villages. Condo is quite cozy and spacious – two levels, two bathrooms, two bedrooms that fit 5 people. Two small yards – in front and behind the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to cook at home. Dishwasher, but No washing machine. Be aware – condo is condo. Neighbors from both sides, they were nice but it is not like when you live by your own in separate house. It did not bother us much but if you need privacy or you have a baby with sleeping problem – think twice. Giovapaolo is a very interesting, caring and tactful host. He prepared everything for our visit, gave valuable info re location and house. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend his apartment.

Simona nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Le logement est très propre et se trouve dans un environnement magnifique et paisible. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane : Florence, Pise, Sienne, Volterra, San Gimignano… sans oublier San Miniato.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Franco et son épouse nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, toit en restant discrets. Leur propriété est magnifique au milieu des collines et entourée d’oliviers avec une vue sur la plaine. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la Toscane. Nous recommandons franchement ce lieu et ces hôtes !

For anyone who wants to experience the peace of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from Lucca center, book Anna Lisa’s place! Her home is the best of Airbnb, a gorgeous, warm, peaceful opportunity to experience the true dolce vita! She is an exceptional host and her home is truly beautiful. She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. We highly recommend booking here and look forward to when we are able to return!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. L’alloggio è bellissimo, circondato dal verde e molto confortevole. Io e i miei amici abbiamo alloggiato qui in occasione del Lucca Comics, quindi non abbiamo avuto tempo di goderci il bellissimo giardino! La casa offriva tutti i comfort, dal climatizzatore alla cucina super accessoriata! Ci ha accolti il padre di Benedetta ed è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile! Super consigliato

Me and seven of my friends stayed at La Rocchetta for a week during August. The house is fantastic, is large and the amenities are perfect. Also the view from the house is fantastic and the patio is perfect to enjoy a fresh breeze on the hottest days. The location is also good, just a minute from the principal road, and just 15/20minutes from the sea by car. The hosts have been incredibly friendly and helpful and both the check in and out have been without any problems as a last note, the house has solar panel so, in practice if you don't use too many devices together, you pay only the electricity at night

Wir können Ester als Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. So ein sauberes und komfortables Haus haben wir noch nie gehabt. Sie spricht perfekt deutsch.

Sono stati due giorni magnifici, Roberto e sua moglie ci hanno dato ospitalita' in questo "mini" appartamento con tutto cio' che serviva. Ad ogni domanda e richiesta ci hanno subito dato supporto con cordialita'. Assolutamente consigliato.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza nei nostri confronti e nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati. La casa (enorme) super pulita e curata, un fantastico e bellissimo giardino tutto recintato perfetto per far scorazzare i cani. Per i nostri appuntamenti in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Výborná lokace pro návštěvu slavných italských měst (Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Florencie...), navíc v dosahu moře (cca 15 km). Velice příjemní majitelé, ubytování poskytuje skvělé prostředí k odpočinku s možností pobytu venku. V parných dnech jsme ocenili také venkovní sprchu. Vřele doporučujeme.
