Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt, Christine! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu zweit bei dir in deinem kleinen aber sehr feinen Apartment. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

Tutto splendido. La casa molto bella con due terrazze. Vicino al mare e soprattutto posto auto.

Logement parfait, grand, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Terrasse avec une très jolie vue. Mer à littéralement 200 mètres. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’appartement. Restaurant de qualité sur le trottoir d’en face. Logement de grande qualité, très bien entretenue, on se sent comme à la maison ! Petit plus : adapté aux enfants ! Terrasse sécurisée , espaces de vie suffisants pour bouger , accrobranche accessible à pied, on a adoré !!

Tout était comme mentionné, l'appartement était agréable et propre, et pratique !

Le logement est très agréable et confortable avec suffisamment d'espace pour 4. La cuisine est très bien équipée tout comme le reste de la maison. Le supermarché est accessible en voiture à moins de 5 min. La gare est également à moins de 5 min et dispose d'un grand parking gratuit. Le transport en train pour Pise et Florence est vraiment économique et apaisant ; profitez-en et les trains sont ponctuels et bien équipés. Livourne est une grande ville bien placée mais dont l'attrait touristique est réduit. Située à une heure en voiture de La Spieza et son parking à la gare centrale. ne pas hésiter de là a faire le parc des 5 terres en train. N'oubliez pas de visiter la ville de Lucques. Nous avons enfin pu profiter des parcs aquatiques à proximité comme Sunlight parc vraiment bien pour les enfants. Pour la plage publique nous recommandons Vada azzuro 2 au sud à 30 min qui est très agréable propre et gratuite. excellent séjour de 2 semaines pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfant

Fantastic location, excellent value. Simple yet comfortable, and we could walk around the city very easily. Very close and easy walk from the train station as well!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and quiet flat. The bus stop right outside the apartment made it easy to get into town, to the railway station or south along the coast. Access to the beaches north of town is trickier and needs two bus rides, but was worth the effort. Very easy to travel to Pisa. Florence is a longer journey but the train service is good. Cecilia was a super-helpful host.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We were greeted in person - a pleasant experience. More peesonal than a self-checkin. Got a bottle of wino as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful. Would definitely return :)

10/10 and probably the best stay I’ve had on Airbnb as a whole! Asia’s apartment was not only beautiful, but also extremely cozy and close to a very nice walking area near the litorale. The apartment has everything you need to spend a great time in Marina di Pisa (which is itself a very cute and welcoming town) and also has a clear set of instructions in a host-made book that makes it way easier to understand the rules and how everything works. One thing that shines remarkably is Asia’s hospitality, she went above and beyond making us feel right at home and making our stay a very special night, also being available for any questions we had. The only thing we regret was not planning to stay longer than we did, but our itinerary was a bit packed from the beginning.

Die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet, schönes Licht, alte Fenster, Böden, Möbel, zudem ist der knappe Platz optimal genutzt (Regale, Haken), so dass das Gepäck nicht im Weg steht - wir haben die Stunden am Meer genossen, und an einem stürmischen Tag auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit dem geräumigen Sofa. Danke!

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfectly charming little seaside spot for us for our quick trip to Livorno. There were several spots nearby available for drinking, eating and coffee and the seaside was magnificent even with dreary weather. It was very well appointed and cost and the lovely lemons from Giovanna’s garden and the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch and really made it extra nice! Giovanna was so sweet and recommended places for us to try and even offered to make reservations for us. I would stay here again!

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Fomos sempre acompanhados pelo Andrea, muito atencioso sempre interessado em saber sobre a nossa situação. Sempre respondia prontamente as dúvidas que surgiram. Ficamos 24 noites com o apartamento, mas dormimos algumas noites em outras cidades da Itália e tudo andou muito bem. Foi um prazer ficar no apartamento de Andrea e Beatrice. Valeu muito a viagem!

The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!

Appartamento ben curato, accanto all’Accademia, vicino a terrazza Mascagni. Molto accogliente e pulito. Leonardo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile e di grande aiuto all’arrivo, perché abbiamo dovuto cambiare orario di partenza diverse volte per problemi vari. Sicuramente consigliato!

A acomodação é impecável, possui uma ótima infraestrutura e tem uma ótima vista. A localização é perfeita para quem busca uma vizinha pacata e sossegada.
