Province of Pistoia : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

Depuis plusieurs années que je fais du Airbnb, je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'ici. Des hôtes très chaleureux qui ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer avec patience, malgré notre anglais approximatif. Ils ont multiplié les petites attentions qui nous ont fait vraiment plaisir, si bien qu'on se sentait comme à la maison. C'est très agréable. Ils nous ont également donné de nombreuses recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Rien à redire, c'était parfait !

casa molto bella accogliente calda e pulita. ideale per soggiornare e godersi la montagna in tranquillità. non molto. ultimo tratto 15 minuti in salita molte curve ad un'ora da Viareggio e dal mare. consiglio per gite e escursioni. cucina fornita di tutto l'essenziale bagni puliti casa calda disponibili anche dei giochi di società coperte in più in caso di necessità. gentilezza e disponibilità. consiglio un giro al bar del paese dove sembra di tuffarsi nel passato con un simpatico 85enne al bancone

בית חמוד,נקי מאוד, לא היה חסר לנו שום דבר. וכשהיה חסר,אלנה דאגה להשלים לנו. היינו חמישה,והיה לנו מעט צפוף בבית,אבל החצר הגדולה, המטופחת והיפהפיה,שנמצאת בתוך מטע זיתים,נתנה לנו מרחב גדול ונעים. הבריכה נעימה מאוד ומזמינה. אלנה היתה זמינה ועזרה בכל בקשה שלנו. האיזור מקסים ואפשר להנות בו מנופים טוסקניים ושקט. מרחק נסיעה של כשעה מפירנצה/ פיזה. אבל בחום של אוגוסט, הבנו שעדיף לנוח בבריכה, ולא להסתובב בערים במשך היום. ממליצים מאוד!

Haus, Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, sieht täglich nach dem Anwesen und prüft die Wasserqualität des Pools. Für Kinder eine schöne Erfrischung, zum Schwimmen für Erwachsene jedoch zu klein. Die Dusche am Pool leider nicht ganz funktionsfähig. Einige Sonnenschirme am Pool wären auch eine schöne Verbesserung. Alles in allem war das Haus für 3 Familien gut geeignet. Auch als Startpunkt für Ausflüge, u.a. zum Meer (ca. 45 Minuten). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Grill im Garten recht groß und der Außentisch für eine größere Gruppe gut. Im EG-Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage (wir hatten tagsüber 40 Grad im Schatten, nachts auch hohe Temperaturen) und kein Mückenschutznetz. Besser schlafen konnte man im 1. und 2. OG (jeweils mit funktionierender Klimaanlage gegen Aufpreis). Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Autobahn ist sehr nah und hörbar, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

The house was clean and big. Enough space for four. Big kitchen, cool fridge, neat, ventilators for the warmth and every window has screens for insects. You share the patio with different apartements/houses, but there is enough room to sit outside. The breakfast is a nice option, also the dinner at the Agriturismo! We recommend this place!

Thanks so much to our warm, welcoming, helpful hosts. Stunning views from the perfectly-maintained pool. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Beautiful woodland walks very nearby. Easy drives to fun days out at the beach and to Tuscan towns and cities. (Mosquito-repellent and car both essential.)

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s place! Daniele and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is simply amazing - peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Tuscan countryside. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Beatrices Haus ist sehr großzügig und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Wirklich atemberaubend ist der Ausblick über Weinberge und Hügel bis nach San Gimignano. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool und genossen ihn, obwohl es in unserer Zeit sehr viel geregnet hat. Beatrices Sohn Alessio war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und half uns bei Fragen sofort, wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, eines Tages wieder Gäste in dieser tollen Villa sein zu dürfen.

Was the perfect stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon across Italy. Beautiful property with everything you need! Also very close to a small town with all the essentials including a co-op store for great local groceries. They make the most amazing olive oil on the property, honestly the best I have ever had in my life. Great place to relax and rent a car so you can visit all the local restaurants and wineries!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

We had a perfect stay- Great farmhouse and close to Greve to go for morning coffee and dinner. The wine tour at the property was great and the hosts were amazing- even helping us organise roadside assistance for our flat tyre car! It was cosy and the perfect relaxing stay- thank you!

We had an incredible experience as a family. The home was wonderful, everything was close by, and we got to experience Tuscany. The best part of all, which I highly recommend to everyone, was the cooking and dining experience with Viola and Raymondo. They were amazing hosts, and my kids loved it. It was the most fun experience we had as a family! Thanks so much for all Nada, Viola and Raymondo!! Will come back again for sure!!

Wow. My mom and I had the most amazing stay. Staying here was like a dream and Judyta went above and beyond to make us feel at home as well as cook dinner and breakfast for us and wine and oil tasting. The place is so beautiful and peaceful and it was the best vibes for an amazing price. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Nicely renovated and very clean. Special spot that was very quiet. Would be nice if wifi reached the beautiful terrace.

We were very happy with our weeks at the restored mill. The location is an easy drive or train ride to Florence and Lucca (train strongly recommended for Florence, especially). We had multiple family members come to stay while we were there, finding plenty of room, and privacy, for guests. The main bedrooms are very large, and all are quiet and private. We enjoyed the pool although it was October. The large, covered outdoor area (with refrigerator and sink) made a wonderful place to gather for lunch or cocktails, or for my wife to paint. The stream next to the house provides a pleasant background sound when you're outdoors. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, including all the pots and pans and utensils needed to prepare a meal for a large group. There are more than enough dishes and cutlery, and the built-in dishwasher was a big help with cleanup. David was attentive and responsive, and the caretakers made us welcome. A small car is recommended for the narrow driveway.

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was just as described and the pool a real bonus. Safe for my two grandchildren as it was gated. Lots of lovely local restaurants we went up into the mountain's visited Pisa, the local zoo which has a lovely resturant for lunch. Linda was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this villa very quiet, peaceful and the surrounding areas stunning.

Grande maison fraîche même avec 37 degrés dehors. Clim dans les chambres appréciable. Jardin et environnement très verdoyant (aimé aussi des moustiques). Super équipé. Constanza très gentille et à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien. A savoir : un des grands lits a un matelas à eau.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und konnten das Anwesen mit fabelhafter Aussicht super als Ausgangspunkt nutzen. Die Anreise war einfach und wir kamen gut die Einfahrt hoch. Wir haben ein fantastisches Startpaket mit Kaffee, Nudeln & Co. erhalten. Der Whirlpool war selbst bei kühleren Temperaturen eine große Freude für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort und daher haben einige Wanzen versucht, im Haus Unterschlupft zu erlangen. Wir kamen damit zurecht, für empfindliche Gäste könnte das aber störend sein. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
