A perfect place nestled in the hilltops of Tuscany. Quaint shops & restaurants, a short stroll from the villa. Panoramic views and a fun funicular steeped in local history. Great alternative to the big city. Be certain to sign up for the cooking class with Nicole! Unbelievable experience! The entire villa is breathtaking and the airbnb amazingly special and unforgettable. Luca is the perfect host!

We stayed at Federica's place during Christmas for a month and absolutely loved it. It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable spaces. The kitchen is functional and spacious, perfect for cooking, and the bedroom is large and inviting. Everything worked perfectly, including the water pressure, temperature, and heating, which was great during winter. Federica had also decorated the apartment with Christmas decorations, which was such a lovely touch as we spent the holidays away from home. She went above and beyond to welcome us, even leaving basic food necessities so we could settle in easily. The internet worked flawlessly, which was essential since I worked remotely. We also brought our dog, and Federica was amazing, providing everything needed to make her feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Tuscany. Highly recommend Federica's place for a warm and cozy stay.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

L’appartamento di Teresa è una vera chicca e anche lei è stata adorabile! Oltre all’arredamento e alla pulizia impeccabili, la vista è impagabile: svegliarsi la mattina con un po’ di nebbia, il foliage del giardino sottostante e il sole che illumina il campanile di Sant’Andrea non h davvero prezzo. La posizione anche è strategica e, mi raccomando, seguite tutti i consigli di Teresa. Super consigliato, una delle esperienze migliori su Airbnb.

Andrea was an excellent host and provided helpful instructions for our stay. The area is great and easily walkable in 15 mins from the train station. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad op deze prachtige locatie. De villa en specifiek ons appartement op de eerste etage is prachtig en ruim. Het landgoed is mooi en heerlijk rustig. We konden veel mooie plaatsen zoals Pistoia, Lucca en Florence snel en makkelijk bezoeken met de auto. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

We had a lovely stay, after arrival our host's parent showed us around. They had everything we would need, especially for kids. There were toys, pens, paper even a toilet seat for the kids. It really shows they really paid attention to what we could possibly need with two small kids. Also Fabio & Marta gave us a lot of great recommendations and they were there to answer all our questions. Best part was they were really warm and welcoming. The location is great, they have a huge garden that's very well fenced and the kids could run around and have fun without anything for us to worry. The general location was great since it was easy to go and visit near by places. We truly had a lovely stay and Fabio & Marta were wonderful people and host, we felt comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Antica Dimora il Murrotto war einfach wundervoll! Nach drei intensiven Tagen in Florenz suchten wir Ruhe und Natur – und haben hier beides in perfekter Harmonie gefunden. Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet: von gutem Kaffee, Honig und frischem Obst bis hin zu kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Gewürzen und Wattestäbchen – alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich, und die Atmosphäre einfach zauberhaft. Ein großes Dankeschön an Silvia und Nicole für diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass viele weitere Gäste diesen besonderen Ort genießen dürfen.

The apartment was wonderful and had a great location! The washer and dryer were definitely a plus! Barbara is a wonderful host and was very responsive. We loved the video tutorials of how to use the small and large appliances in her home. Those were so helpful! We loved our stay!

Out of this world recommendations for local eateries; especially the pizza restaurant. We felt we avoided tourist traps and had a more overall authentic experience. Location and space felt tucked into the history of Florence. Highly recommended. Not having to meet the host at a specific time for check-in was helpful for flexibility driving in. The stairs going in were charming and part of the feeling of the building round the corner from the Duomo. Perfect fun adventures, Thank you!

O espaço é exatamente igual ao mostrado nas fotos, tudo muito limpo! Até mesmo as cafeteiras moka estavam limpas! Cozinha bem equipada. Aquecedor e ar condicionado funcionando super bem e a maquina de lavar e secar roupas foi de grande utilidade. A Sabrina foi super gentil a todo momento, tirando nossas duvidas e respondendo rapidamente. A localização é excelente, tem de tudo perto desde restaurantes, mercado, cafeterias até mesmo os pontos turísticos. Adoramos o local e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade!

I loved the place. It was very clean (and I have high standards), quiet, beautiful and upgraded, in an optimal area, near walking distance to everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. Andrea was wonderful to work with, walked me through all the steps. He is a great host!

This listing is right in the heart of the Duomo and the Piazza de la Signoria. The ceilings of the listing were incredible. Felt very old the bedroom had a dome-like ceiling. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had essentials. There was an elevator useful to carry the luggage up to the 4th floor where the listing is located.

Great location and host was very responsive. She met us at check in to ensure we had everything we needed which was so great, especially since traveling in foreign country. Quiet and private, felt very safe and she checked in mid week to bring fresh towels. Our family sincerely enjoyed our stay here!
