Hola el lugar es muy bonito y limpio , los anfitriones son personas muy amables . Sin embargo es poco complicado el tema del transporte público para llegar allí . Si quieres conocer Florencia esta no es una opción para ti .

Good location (carpark is just beside the house, signa train station is only 5mins walk). Host was helpful and super accommodating to our early check in request. House is clean and spacious, i love that even the toilet is spacious.

Квартира красивая, интересно оформлена, большая, светлая, чистая, на втором этаже, вход отдельный. Можно арендовать для большой семьи или нескольким семьям, есть дополнительные комнаты. Приятный запах помещения. Всё продумано. Удобная большая двуспальная кровать, постельное белье, тумбочки с ночниками, телевизор, шкаф. Кухня огромная. Вся необходимая посуда. Санузел большой, чистый. Полотенца, средства гигиены. Душ с ванной. Парковка удобная рядом с домом. Несколько минут до пекарни, где готовят прямо при вас невероятно вкусный хлеб и пиццу, продукты свежие. Люди отзывчивые. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень свежий воздух!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giovanni. Tres réactif et toujours prêt à rendre service. L'appartement est dans un quartier animé et commerçant. Bien situé et à côté des transports en communs .L'appartement est propre et bien rénové avec goût. Nous reviendrons sans problème

L’appartamento è molto bello, ben attrezzato e in una posizione eccellente, vicino al centro di Sesto Fiorentino e al Polo Scientifico e Tecnologico. Andrea è stato un ottimo anfitrione, sempre attento a garantirci un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Persone eccezionali e appartamento bellissimo! Federica e Rudy sono stati davvero molto gentili e ci hanno fatto sempre capire in modo chiaro tutte le istruzioni per le casa, con gentilezza e professionalità! Appartamento molto bello, stile unico e perfetto! Vicino a Firenze centro. Consigliatissimo!

Had a lovely stay at Monica's. Super helpful and accommodating. Close enough to go to Florence for a day trip. Monica gave us a good suggestion of where to park and then take a train in to the city. Would definitely stay again. We did have a rental car, would be more of a challenge on foot/transit.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso "la tartaruga" soltanto per 2 notti, l'ambiente che si respira è di casa, molto carino, ordinato, ben tenuto e soprattutto tranquillo, Alioscia e Chiara, i proprietari, sono persone estremamente cordiali e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire da subito parte della famiglia. All'interno dell'appartamento ci hanno fatto trovare una mini guida per poter visitare la città infatti a solo 10 minuti si trova la fantastica tramvia che in pochi minuti ti porta al centro storico di Firenze, la comunicazione è stata fantastica e non sono mancati i consigli, non ultimo quello per poter consumare una ottima cena con prodotti tipici toscani. Non posso che concludere con un "grazie mille per tutto!".

Giulia's place is beautiful and a lot of room. Located very near the train station for easy ride to Florence or any other locations. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and Giulia recommended a few great ones which we enjoyed. Every thing in the house was as advertised and the bed was great to sleep on. Felt very secure in house. If you are hiring a car we recommend parking which is secure under the train station. Only 200 metres away and very very cheap. Very tidy and clean apartment. Thank you Giulia for being a great host

Patrizia was super nice and helpful host. The place was so close to tram. House was clean and organized so definitely recommend it

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Ho scelto questo appartamento per i preparativi del mio matrimonio ed è stata una scelta fantastica. Spazi interni molto grandi e organizzati, forniti di tutto l'indispensabile e anche di più, giardinetto esterno molto bello anche per fare le foto, utile per la mia occasione. Pulizia impeccabile, parcheggio disponibile in loco. Accoglienza fornita direttamente dai proprietari che si sono dimostrate persone fantastiche

Such a lovely place, totally self-contained, 100% privacy. In the heart of city centre and 2 minutes walk to the nearby train station to reach Florence central train station. Very lovely hosts, superb friendly and the room is beautiful, quiet and clean. 100% recommended!

Emiliana a été une hôte très gentille et accueillante. Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours en famille dans sa maison tout confort, avec un magnifique jardin. Tout le monde était ravi. Je recommande et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

The location is AMAZING!!! Steps from the Uffizi, great restaurants and shopping. And despite being right on a busy plaza, it is very quiet inside. The only negative thing I would say is, the shower is a bit small. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay while you visit Florence.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Perfect apartment walking distance from the beautiful piazza's, river and restaurants. Really well designed with a nice clean and comfortable design. No stairs to climb which was very nice after a day of walking all around the city and steep streets.
