Our stay in Florence was part of a surprise 15-day trip to Italy for my husband’s 50th birthday. I can’t think of a better place to have started it than at Lorenzo’s charming, warm, and utterly unique home. It was a 25min walk from downtown Florence. As New Yorkers who are used to a walking city, we were thrilled as it required no car rental or many taxis. And each walk took us across Ponte San Niccolo with its dazzling view of the Duomo in the distance. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the house and felt immediately at home. Highly recommend it and hope to someday stay there again.

Everything about Carlotta’s home is perfect! We are a family of 5, with 3 young kids, and we found Carlotta’s space so comfortable. The location is perfect, Carlotta is so helpful and kind, and her apartment was absolutely spotless. She also included snacks, laundry soap, and all other daily housekeeping amenities which is so nice when you’re traveling. The view of the Duomo was magical as was the use of the patio. We will return!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casetta Melograno. The location is perfect for visting Florence or other Cities around. The equipment of the accommodation is more than adequate. Everything is also very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt completely at ease.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

Our stay at Valeria's beautiful winery in Tuscany was magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the vineyards that surround this secluded gem. The tranquility of the setting allowed us to fully unwind in the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. The staff at the winery made our experience even more special. Francesco and Hasiba were incredibly welcoming and went above to ensure our stay was perfect. Francesco's wine tasting tour was delightful. One of the highlights was the dinner that Hasiba lovingly prepared for us one evening. The flavors, the freshness, and the care that went into each dish were simply incredible. We enjoyed our meal while overlooking the stunning countryside, making the evening truly unforgettable. The combination of the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality made our stay an absolute dream. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such a place. Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta nella casa di Benedetta ed è stato di nuovo tutto perfetto... la posizione, il check in semplice e flessibile, la disponibilità di Benedetta, la casa pulita, curata, con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Benedetta ci ha lasciato anche un sacco di cose per la colazione. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Marco propone un B&b rilassante, con più camere disponibili ed è ben curato, fuori dal caos e con grandi spazi esterni. Tutto é funzionale, dal parcheggio, al giardino , agli orari del check in, alla colazione fatta con grande cura. È un posto rigenerante e lui estremamente positivo e accogliente. Sono un host anche io e se potessi darei a lui 10 stelle e 10 e lode alla vista. Grazie di tutto.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

Super accomodation in a quiet outer Florence district away from tourist masses in the city centre, yet just 15 minutes via regular train connection from the centre. Definitely a great starting point for experiencing Tuscany off the beaten path. Mariagrazia helped us with late check-in and was a great host overall. The quality/price ratio on this one is excellent and the bonus in form of every day traditional Italian breakfast and room service is awesome. Definitely recommend this one and would love to visit again 🙂

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Where to begin? I would come back and live here if I could. Irene’s neighborhood, (or should I say burg?) Is enchanting and a great place to build your leg strength and fill your lungs with clean air and your eyes with beauty. Irene’s discerning taste has resulted in a home that is unique and quite charming. And there’s a spot for everyone, especially at the breakfast table. I haven’t laughed that much or had as much intellectual and silly mental stimulation in a long time! Her breakfast making skills are creative and bespoke. She has little tasty surprises at every meal. This is a true B and B. Irene has a heart of gold and I hope to come back. I have encouraged my friends to visit. Oh! As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend Irene’s home of GRACE.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! La casa, un vero e proprio palazzo storico, è incantevole e piena di fascino. La colazione nella grande sala comune è stata super, con una splendida vista sui colli che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. L’accoglienza di Isabella e del suo team è stata impeccabile, facendoci sentire subito a casa anche se siamo rimaste solo una notte. Consigliatissimo!
