Province of Prato : locations de vacances en appartement

Ótimo apartamento localizado em um lugar calmo com lugares para estacionar ao lado. Apesar de termos ido de carro a estação de trem era muito perto. A casa é super espaçosa e a comunicação foi sempre muito rápida o que facilitou muito a nossa viagem. Super recomendo

The apartment is perfectly located in Prato to catch the train to Florence or other towns in the region. The closest large super market is about 15 minutes by foot. The main square is a few steps away. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable to stay in for a few days.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön uns sehr sauber. Unser Highlight war der Flügel im Wohnzimmer. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, sehr empfehlenswert.

L'appartamento molto pulito e ordinato in uno stabile tranquillo, non vicinissimo al centro ma comodo con i mezzi. Una bella opportunità per un soggiorno nella città. Host velocissimo nelle risposte e disponibile (abbiamo chiesto un check in tarda mattinata e non ci sono stati problemi non essendoci ospiti prima)

Bedankt Erika voor ons fantastisch verblijf. Je was altijd klaar om ons te helpen en was super vriendelijk. Het appartement was perfect in orde. Keuken en badkamers met alles wat nodig was. Mooi ingericht slaapkamers. En een schitterend dakterras met mooi zicht over de omgeving en de stad. Vanuit het appartement heb je op een paar minuten wandelen een tramhalte. De lijn T2 brengt je in 20 minuten tot in het hart van de stad. Logeren in dit appartement brengt je even rust na een bezoek aan de drukke stad. Een buurt die veilig aanvoelt met een supermarkt en eetgelegenheden vlakbij.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa! L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e ben arredato, con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. L'host è stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Mi ha fatto sentire veramente il benvenuto ed a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. È stato un piacere soggiornare in questa casa. Consigliatissimo!

5 stelle. tutto assolutamente perfetto. casa luminosa e spaziosa. riscaldamento, condizionatori, tv, tutto perfettamente funzionante. cucina top con ogni ogni dettaglio, moka, bollitore, macchinetta caffè espresso, abbondanti stoviglie. tutto nuovo e in ottime condizioni. materiali x pulire. perfino tovaglie e presine. Veronica super efficiente, abbiamo avuto bisogno di poco perché tutto già era perfetto e delle poche cose x cui l'abbiamo chiamata, se n'è occupata all'istante. eccellente servizio. ce ne andiamo contenti e anche con qualcosa in più per essere stati trattati così bene.

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et très confortable ! Federico est un hôte excellent et très accueillant. L endroit est magnifique dans les oliviers toscanais. Expérience très agréable.

Simone è un host attento, preciso e puntuale, risponde sa qualsiasi ora e tra va sempre una soluzione.

Grazie mille a Lorenzo che dire: ottima esperienza in questo alloggio. La casa è super pulita e tutto è nuovo di zecca, davvero meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo dalle foto. C’era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è molto comoda, con la tramvia per Firenze facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliato!

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Raffaele e la sua famiglia sono stati super gentili e sempre disponibili. Alloggio come in foto accogliente e pulito. Ottima posizione e parcheggio vicinissimo. 5 stelle in tutto!

Viaggiamo spesso con la famiglia e raramente troviamo alloggi curati, puliti ed impeccabili. La straordinaria gentilezza e cordialità di Elisa sono la conferma della bella sensazione che abbiamo provato nel sentirci a casa nostra da subito. La posizione è perfetta e ben servita.

Bel appartement au centre de Prato, proche de la gare, très bien équipé et hôte très gentil et disponible, je recommande.

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Nous remercions Simone pour ses conseils et ses explications et pour notre excellent séjour à Florence.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying in Benedetta’s little house! We had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s a beautiful location with plenty to explore a relatively short drive away – Florence, Siena, etc. And right by the house you’ll find a winery, trails, and beautiful scenery. It was the perfect start to our Italy trip, and we would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
