Province of Prato : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Logement très propre. Très bien situé pour la visite de Prato, mais egalement pour aller vers Florence( la gare est à 5 minutes puis 20 à 30 min). Logement dans un quartier calme. Avec pizzeria et restaurants autour, ainsi que tous les autres commerces utiles (boucherie, supermarché, pharmacie...) Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits en couple avec nos 2 enfants.... Le séjour s est parfaitement déroule.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Wohnung hat einen schönen Schnitt. Wir fahren zu viert da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great stay at Prato !! Marco was a great host !! He provided great communication prior to our arrival, greeted us upon our arrival, and even helped with the luggage. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The 10 minute walk to the train station made site seeing much easier!! Highly recommend !! Grazie Marco !!

The flat is beautiful and good commute to Florence. The cost is worth. The flat is new. Supermarket crossing the street. Shops nearby to buy the tram tickets. Everything was very good.

Daniela’s apartment was spacious, beautiful and smells great. We loved the big TV screen, comfy sofa and bbq grill on the patio. It was a distance from Firenze, but it was easy to get around with a car. Daniela was always helpful through text, even though we didn’t get to see her. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Photos of the place do not do justice to how beautiful and impecable it is. Also, Karin was very approachable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! We had such a fantastic stay (family of six). Only disappointment was having to leave. The setting and hospitality was great. The stairs within the tower unit proved a little onerous but only added to the historic feel… plus the view once on top made the climb more than worth it. Also, the cooking class with Monica was terrific. She was excellent and very patient and playful with our children. We hope to return again soon.

Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

Magnifique appartement, très bien équipé! Très spacieux. Emplacement idéal, proche de Florence. Le centre de Prato est très sympa également. Très bon accueil de Francesco. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter à cet endroit, à conseiller!

Everything was great. Very secluded and quiet area, the space was clean and everything needed is there. Beds are comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Petit logement très mignon et impeccable. Elisa est très accueillante. Nous avons choisi ce logement pour notre dernier jour afin d'être proche de l'aeroport. Cependant, les transports en commun ne sont pas directs. Donc soit prendre un taxi 10-15 minutes soit 1h en bus/tramway.

Una notte e via.. Sicuramente lo consiglierò ai miei amici, l'appartamento è molto confortevole e curato, situato vicino a fermata dei pulman dove comodamente puoi raggiungere il centro di Firenze e goderti la giornata... Antonio super attento e preciso in tutto lo ringrazio presto tornerò.

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Nous remercions Simone pour ses conseils et ses explications et pour notre excellent séjour à Florence.

Alloggio nuovo, bello e pulitissimo, ben fornito e facile da trovare. Ottimo self check-in., ma l'host mi ha accolto di persona: sempre molto disponibile e reattivo. Non dubitare sull'alta qualità del servizio.. parcheggio gratuito in strada non sempre facile da trovare in certi periodi dell'anno (ponti, festività). quartiere residenziale/popolare: tutto sommato buono, mi sono sentita tranquilla anche rientrando dopo cena a piedi con famiglia.

This is probably the best place to stay in Prato, Italy if you are looking for a 2-bedroom condo. I am sure you will love Sandra's place once you are in.
