Ο Francesco και η Alessia ήταν πάντα ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν στις ερωτήσεις μας και να μας κάνουν την διαμονή ευκολότερη. Το διαμέρισμα ηταν τέλεια εξοπλισμένο, πολύ τακτοποιημένο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Η πρώτη πρόσβαση σε αυτό εύκολη και απλή ενώ η δωρεάν θέση στο parking μας περίμενε. Η θέση του καταλύματος σε αρκετά καλό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά στον σταθμό των τρένων και στο παλιό λιμάνι. Η πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης εύκολη και βέβαια με τα πόδια. Μιά αξέχαστη εμπειρία από την πόλη της Ραβένας που την απολαύσαμε χάρις στους οικοδεσπότες μας Francesco και Alessia!

Roxana ci è venuta incontro sia nel orario di check in e check out, consigliandoci anche ottime cose, casa con tutto , ordinata e pulita, sicuramente tornerò e la consiglio.

La signora Marzia è un host veramente molto gentile cordiale e disponibile flessibile per il check in e per il check out abbiamo ritardato un po’ non ha detto nulla soddisfatto ci ritornerei molto volentieri per più giorni

Appartamento dotato di tutto e vicino al mare e a una area cani

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Ich war für 11 Tage dort, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden, Daniela ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und hat mir auch Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sehr nahe am Strand der zum Glück im April noch nicht überlaufen war :). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man (ich) brauchte es fehlte an Nichts, besonders gut hat mir das Bett gefallen es hat eine sehr gute Matratze worauf ich sehr gut schlafen konnte :). Ich hatte auch Glück mit dem Wetter und habe sehr viel unternommen und es wahr für mich ein sehr schöner, toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und es fehlte mir an nichts, mein kl. Hund und ich waren sehr glücklich hier.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

La casa di Giada è in una posizione strategica che in pochi minuti consente di raggiungere vari parcheggi ( a prezzi irrisori ) dislocati in vari punti della città. Ha due grandi ipermercati vicino molto comodi e raggiungibili anche a piedi. Zona tranquilla, casa accogliente, super riscaldata, pulita, ordinata con tutti i comfort. Host sempre presenti, gentili, reattivi e disponibili. Alloggio consigliato in cui mi piacerebbe ritornare!

Valentina' s place is truly a 5 stars. The place is very well furnished, well equipped and everything works well. She is very responsive and helpful in dealing with issues. That is the plus when the host greets you and shows you the place. Those absentee hosts who live in Rome care more about the money. Valentina's place makes you feel at home right away. A gem that I highly recommend.

Esperienza ottima. Abitazione molto spaziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno. Proprietaria disponibilissima e cordiale. Ottima la zona, tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vicina sia al mare che ai principali luoghi del divertimento

Die Wohnung ist sowohl nah an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch am Strand. Sie verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist leicht, Cervia wie auch Ravenna zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder hinfahren. Cinzia und ihre Töchter sind sehr professionell und serviceorientiert und darüber hinaus auch noch nett. Alles klappt reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Marco è un host disponibile, preciso e molto gentile. Ci ha accolti in casa come uno di famiglia, l'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello in cui rigenerarsi dallo stress della frenetica vita quotidiana. Esperienza da ripetere soprattutto per pulizia degli ambienti e le attenzioni agli ospiti. Parcheggio comodo e riservato. Alla prossima occasione per un weekend in cui staccare la spina e regalarsi una ricarica energetica.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötig wird. Soweit alles wie erwartet und nichts zu beanstanden. Gina war nett und hat auch immer geantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt am Meer, ist ruhig und hat auch eine gute Aussicht mit Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer Balkon. Gerne wieder!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Dit is waar je moet zijn! De eigenaren, de locatie, het uitzicht dit moet je gezien hebben en meegemaakt! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid en raden deze locatie zeker weten aan !
