Exceptional townhouse, perfectly situated, with great amenities and shopping/restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy parking (pass provided). Both host and his local assistant were extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend without hesitation.

Posizione eccezionale, tranquilla silenziosa e vicina alla spiaggia. Sia libera che con ombrelloni. Spazio esterno molto funzionale.

Roberto and his wife were by far the nicest hosts of any Airbnb I’ve visited. Even though there was a huge language barrier, we managed to communicate through google translate and I found this super memorable and a great introduction to Cervia. I visited Cervia for my first Ironman event and found this accommodation homely, clean and nestled in a nice and quiet residential part of the town. There is a train line right behind the apartment but the windows were well sealed and the noise didn’t bother any us (we were a total of 6 guests). Roberto was quick to answer any questions and even cheered me on in my Ironman race via the tracker app! Overall we felt right at home at this Airbnb and I certainly recommend it.

Giacomo è un Host cordiale e super disponibile. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni in modo molto preciso quindi dopo aver letto le sue indicazioni è stata facilissima la gestione della casa. Posizione veramente comoda alla pineta (e quindi al mare) e al centro di pinarella. Nel complesso un bellissimo soggiorno! Consigliato. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Jag och min väninna var på en tango event i San Pietro Terme. Det var en super trevlig resa. Allt som vi behövde fanns i lägenheten och det kändes som hemma, mysig och bekväm. Värden var hjälpsam och vi är väldigt nöjda med allt.

Thank you for letting us stay in your charming house in the beautiful village of Dozza we had an amazing time. Everything we needed was there for us well equipped Kitchen and well presented, tasteful furnished home. Outstanding hosts whilst they accepted a late check in our flight was delayed, we had issues collecting our hire car resulting in not arriving until 01.30 am on an appalling night in torrential rain. Massimo was extremely understanding patiently waiting for us to guide us to the property, giving us a full explanation of the property and ensuring we felt at ease. The following day he text us a list of restaurants, local shops to use along with directions of best station to use to get to Bologna he could not have been more welcoming or helpful at the end of a very tiring and stressful journey a perfect gentleman. Thank you both we would strongly recommend visiting this exquisite property with definite super hosts.

Lovely location in Ravenna on a quiet street that is an easy walk to the old town (restaurants, bars, shopping, historical sites). Cozy apartment, everything as described. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this apartment. It is also really easy to get in and out of Ravenna if you want to go to the beach or other areas. Good to know how the traffic limited zone works before you arrive as you have to register with the local garage before you can drive up to the apartment. It was our third trip to Ravenna but our first time at Paolo's place and we can highly recommend this location.

Very spacious and recently renovated house. Super clean and warm (essential during European winters). Conveniently located away from traffic but very close to the town centre (15m walking to the central square). Very responsive and attentive host. Recommend
