L'appartamento di Benini è spazioso, pulito e collocato in un'ottima posizione: silenziosa e vicino al mare. Gli host sono estremante gentili e disponibili e mettono a disposizione due biciclette comodissime per raggiungere il mare e spostarsi senza dover usare l'auto.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment ! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was convenient around 15 minutes walk from train station , and the apartment was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. What truly made our experience special was the incredible hospitality of our host, Roberta. She went above and beyond to help us, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. When we got lost one evening, she personally came to find us and brought us back to the apartment, which was incredibly kind and reassuring. Later, when we needed to relocate to a different apartment, she helped us through the entire process, making the transition smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in our trip. We highly recommend staying here, not just for the great apartment but also for the exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests!

L'esperienza è stata davvero ottima, a partire dalla gentilezza dell'host. L'appartamento era ampio e completo di tutto, molto gradito il punto ristoro per una veloce colazione. Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare la città di Ravenna e dintorni.

Casa meravigliosa e accogliente ! Come la sua posizione !

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno. L'occasione era un weekend di intenso studio in vista di un esame importante e la casa ci ha aiutato a sentirci a nostro agio. Tutto super pulito e confortevole. Eravamo in due ragazze e la suddivisione su due piani ci ha permesso di avere la nostra privacy ma anche di ritrovarci nella cucina insieme per condividere momenti assieme.Sergio si é mostrato subito molto affabile e disponibile e consigliamo al 100% questo alloggio.

Abbiamo passato un ottimo capodanno in compagnia. Roberta e suo marito Massimo sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti. Punto di forza: una bellissima vista !
