Excellent séjour entre Modène et Parme, très proche de Reggio d'Emilie. Appartement dans un quartier résidentiel, très calme, appartement lumineux, très bien équipé, propre, balcon et de nombreux rangements. Et running depuis le parc! On y reviendra avec plaisir pour visiter Bologne. On recommande vivement.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Zwei Bäder für fünf Personen waren purer Luxus und wir hatten alle mehr als genug Platz. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus waren sehr praktisch, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist definitiv zu empfehlen, um die schöne Umgebung ganz entspannt erkunden zu können. Ricardo war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen – danke für die schöne Zeit!

Emanuela e la sua famiglia sono stati molto cordiali e accoglienti. Sempre disponibili nel caso di bisogno. Il bilocale si presenta accogliente, confortevole, completo e fornito di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno rilassante. Pulizia impeccabile. Aree esterne molto carine e godibili nella bella stagione. La posizione è fantastica, in una zona tranquilla, ma al contempo molto vicina al centro di Fontanellato raggiungibile con una comoda passeggiata di circa 20 minuti.

Monia is the best!! She is very resposive and hospitable. The house is near the city center, and walkable disctance from restaurants, supermarket, central station and shops. The house is very cozy, everything is super clean and had what we needed and more. Highly recommeneded💯

Siamo tornati a casa di Ivano per un breve soggiorno e non possiamo che confermare il nostro apprezzamento per la tranquillità, il comfort della casa, la comodità della location per visitare il bellissimo territorio della Riserva MAB dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, e non ultima la squisita accoglienza di Ivano, host disponibile e discreto che ci fa sentire sempre come a casa condividendo con noi l'amore per la sua terra e la natura che qui fa da padrona. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Die Unterkunft von Assunta und Ivan ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Sie haben dieses Haus zu zweit aus Holz, Stroh und Lehm gebaut, wirklich beeindruckend. Es ist sehr ruhig und großzügig, ich habe mich dort sehr gut erholt. Es gibt kein Internet und keinen Fernseher, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die beiden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei diskret. Ich durfte mitkommen in die Pizzeria ihres Sohnes, die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahrzehnten gegessen habe. Zum Yoga sind wir auch einmal zusammen gegangen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Im Normalfall braucht man ein Auto.

Martina's place was perfect for exploring Parma! We liked that it was just outside of city center so we could explore that neighborhood too, but still walkable to the center. The private parking was good to have (although I hope we don't get a ticket for accidentally driving into the ZTL while trying to find the entrance). As others have mentioned there is traffic noise, but I put in ear plugs and slept just great. I also enjoyed running to the park just north of Martina's place. Thank you for offering your place Martina!

Posto incantevole e perfetto per una giornata nel verde. Andrea è stato gentilissimo nel venirci incontro col check in non in orario. L’appartamento è come è descritto, pulito e silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.

The apartament fits the need of a short trip, if you live in Italy, as they do not offer bed and bath sheets. overal, It's a good solution for a couple, with a small kitchen and inside bathroom. The place is well located and there is also a swimminpool for the summer. Very practical to travel around the Sestola area, also close to Acquaria, where the best restaurants are located.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.
