Appartamento eccezionale! Perfetto per chi ama la montagna, la privacy e il relax. Siamo stati solo due notti per un weekend sugli sci, ma pianifichiamo di tornare presto! L’appartamento è spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort e offre una vista stupenda. Sauna, idromassaggio e palestra privata rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Andrea è stato super disponibile e chiaro nelle indicazioni. Tutto perfetto!

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Een geweldige tijd gehad

We stayed at the house with our three kids (8 year old boy and 6 year old twins). The house is clean and the bedrooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and adored the terrace and its magnificent view and the kids enjoyed the toys. You can enjoy the privacy of the terrace and garden, although it is good to know that it is not directly attached to the house. You need to pass the parking space (where our kids loved to play in the shadows) and neighboring houses to reach it. This didn't bother us, but it is a good thing to know. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved that it cooled off during the night. It's perfect for those loving the nature and quiet and don't mind driving to reach other points of interest. Finally: very accommodating hosts who were very proactive and had a big list of things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Paolo!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

Amazing and comfortable, independent house with all the facilities,definitely a good place to stay

The house and accommodation are beautiful, everything is very nice and tidy, the house feels like something out of a fairy tale. It’s very easy to find, the host’s instructions are clear. We had a problem because the road was closed due to a landslide, so we had to take detours. If you find yourself in that situation, just follow Orecchiella and from there, you can go wherever you want. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time ☺️

Tutto perfetto nel vostro soggiorno. Sono stata davvero bene. Ci sono tutte le comodità che si possono desiderare (e anche di più). Inoltre Dante è stato molto gentile e ospitale, quasi come essere a casa!

Casa su due piani appena ristrutturata, tutto nuovissimo, pulitissimo ed in ordine. In una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto all’interno del cortile utilissimo. Denis host simpatico, disposable e attento all’ospite. Consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa.

The apartment was superb: spacious, bright, quiet, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated. The kitchen was appointed with everything a serious cook would want and food markets are close by. Parking lot adjacent to the building was a huge plus for us. Piera (co-host) organized a smooth arrival with the help from her welcoming assistant Nicole who actually greeted us at the parking lot and then walked us and then walked us to the flat. As fabulous as the apartment was, Piera was the best part of our stay. She is an enthusiastic ambassador for her beautiful city. She was always available, never intrusive and promptly provided enthusiastic responses/suggestions when asked. As an aside, hubby and I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Piera for making us aware of and then arranging entry to a unique Parma event celebrating the life of Corregio whose works are part of the cathedral and basilica. It seemed as if all the citizens of Parma was in attendance and we were voyeurs. Lovely.

Sono tornata per la seconda volta e non posso che confermare tutto quanto di buono avevo già provato. l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione ed alle foto, forse dal vivo è ancora meglio. La cucina è molto attrezzata e perfetta anche per soggiorni medio lunghi. Host gentile e simpatico, ed appartamento molto pulito e curato. il contesto condominiale è signorile e ben curato, il quartiere ricco di attività commerciali compresi 3 supermercati a pochi passi. Infine, facilità di parcheggio e vicinanza alla tangenziale ed autostrada sono sicuramente un plus. molto soddisfatta

I stayed for a weekend in Alberto’s place for a business trip. He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station which was very nice. He also informed me about a train strike and sent me info to ensure my trip wouldn’t be disrupted. He was a great host and I appreciate his help 🙏 The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious. It has a nice view for the balcony and a very comfortable bed. The grocery store is about 10 minutes walk and the Reggio Emilia station is about 15-20 minutes walk. So it’s very convenient as a base for the region. Would definitely stay here again 👍

I was attending a course close by (Forma Futuro) so Maria’s apartment was a very convenient 12min walk to the school. This would have to be best host I have ever had on AirBnB. From when Maria met us at the door to when she made a point to say goodbye when we left very early morning. The food & drink provided in the refrigerator and also for breakfast was like nothing I have seen before . Incredible generosity with wonderful & delicious food & treats. But it doesn’t stop there - bathroom fully supplied with wonderful soaps, shampoo etc ….. Maria isn’t lying when she says to just bring your toothbrush! Apart from towels, there were also beautiful bathrobes. The bed was so comfortable and my only regret was that I didn’t have more time to enjoy relaxing more in the apartment. Grazie mille Maria!

We had a lovely stay at Giulia’s home. The property was as described, comfortable, clean, well equipped and close (within walking distance) of markets and many restaurants. Giulia is a kind and gracious host with many helpful recommendations and suggestions. We look forward to a future stay!

Die Unterkunft von Assunta und Ivan ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Sie haben dieses Haus zu zweit aus Holz, Stroh und Lehm gebaut, wirklich beeindruckend. Es ist sehr ruhig und großzügig, ich habe mich dort sehr gut erholt. Es gibt kein Internet und keinen Fernseher, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die beiden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei diskret. Ich durfte mitkommen in die Pizzeria ihres Sohnes, die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahrzehnten gegessen habe. Zum Yoga sind wir auch einmal zusammen gegangen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Im Normalfall braucht man ein Auto.

Loft carino, dotato di tutti confort nella cucina, bagno e camera da letto. Piccole cose come la box di fazzoletti, oppure lo straccio in cucina. Grazie per tutto, torneremo 🫶🏻

Mariafiore was just a perfect host. Great communication before we arrived and she was always checking on us during our stay. Gave great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. She made sure she came to say good bye before we left. I feel like she became a friend more than a host.
