Appartamento molto confortevole, silenzioso tranquillo, pulizia impeccabile...host molto professionale amichevole e disponibile. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Very comfortable cabin-like apartment in Roio Piano. Although it was freezing cold outside, the apartment was warm and cosy with excellent heating from a pellet stove. The surrounding area was nothing special as there are houses under construction. Everything else was really nice.

Io ed il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’alloggio di Simona. Casa pulitissima e molto accogliente. Simona è sempre stata disponibile e gentilissima. Siamo stati davvero bene e la consiglio vivamente

The apartment and the location in the heart of the historic center are fantastic. The house is comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and what stands out is the impeccable cleanliness—everything is spotless, from the fabrics to the details that make the apartment even more beautiful. Notable touches include amenities like disposable makeup removers, a shaving kit, soap, shampoo, and some ingredients for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking if you wish. You’re close to Piazza del Mercato, which can be reached via the escalator from the apartment. The historic center is stunning, and all the main attractions are easily accessible from here, such as the beautiful Ponte delle Torri, surrounded by lush greenery. In just one day, I was able to capture the essence of medieval Spoleto. Although I'd like to keep this place secret just for myself, I’m happy to share it to thank Erik and Elena for their kindness. I will definitely return. Thank you!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logge dont les prestations sont vraiment de qualités. L’environnement est sublime, la vue exceptionnelle depuis le logge et depuis la piscine. Calme absolu, appartement très propre et bien équipé, à notre arrivée un panier de petit déjeuner était prévu, ainsi qu’une bouteille de prosecco. Très appréciables attentions après un long trajet. La région est magnifique et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principales villes aux alentours. En outre Andrea qui s’est occupée de nous a toujours été extrêmement réactive et enthousiaste. Nous recommandons vivement! Parfaitement adapté pour une famille.

La piscina merita il soggiorno. Sempre pulita e molto ampia e soprattutto tutto ad uso esclusivo. Area verde enorme, c'è anche un campo da calcetto per chi ha figli è fantastico dove lo trovi? Forse un climatizzatore in salone aiuterebbe nelle giornate calde ma quello in camera funziona alla grande e con tutto chiuso copre anche le altre stanze. Host discreto ma sempre disponibile. Posto auto interno. A poca distanza in auto molti servizi

Abbiamo passato due notti con la classe del liceo per festeggiare i 100 giorni dall'esame di maturità. Posto super tranquillo, trovato facilmente (giusto complessa un po' la salita per arrivare) e immerso in una splendida natura. Tutto era pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene da Alfredo, che è stato sempre molto disponibile. Vista la posizione, nel mezzo della campagna e distante circa 15 minuti dal paese più vicino, è un'esperienza consigliatissima per gruppi di amici che vogliono prendersi qualche giorno di relax. Camere da letto semplici e belle, una spa molto carina e una vasca esterna rendono l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Bellissima la cucina situata sotto i casali dedicati alle camere, dove ci sono 2 tavoli all'esterno e uno all'interno che permettono di mangiare tutti assieme. Nel complesso la pulizia generale, le attività da poter fare e la serenità hanno fatto volare questi giorni, rendendo questa esperienza meravigliosa!

La nostra host è stata gentilissima fino dalla prenotazione, ci torneremo nuovamente! Estremamente consigliato.

Una settimana da sogno in Umbria, a Casa di Totto! Situata in zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti da Spoleto (ma con ristoranti e vari alimentari nella zona), la casa è molto più bella di quanto non si veda in foto. Zona giorno spaziosa, comoda, cucina separata e attrezzata di tutto. Zona notte al piano superiore con due bagni, di cui uno in camera. Spazio esterno ampio e comodo, abbiamo cenato quasi tutte le sere sotto il bel portico! Posizione comodissima per visitare l'Umbria (Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno e tanti bellissimi borghi). Last but not least: l'attenzione che Andrea riserva all'ospite. Ci ha accolti di persona, facendo trovare tutto il necessario per una colazione abbondante (brioches, latte, yogurt, acqua, caffè, tè, marmellate...). La comunicazione è stata eccellente, pronto per qualsiasi evenienza, senza mai essere invadente, riservandoci anche una buonissima colazione la mattina della partenza! È stata dura tornare, a casa di Totto siamo stati benissimo! Consigliatissima!

Paolo ed i suoi genitori sono persone meravigliose. Il Signor Mariano ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza portandoci a visitare anche il suo piccolo Museo di storia contadina, un valore aggiunto di questo indimenticabile soggiorno. La casa è bellissima e confortevole con una vista mozzafiato su tranquille montagne e splendidi tramonti. Il giardino, a pochi metri dall'abitazione, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è perfetto per trascorrere serate sotto il cielo stellato provando a scorgere i numerosi animali dei boschi. Quella nella loro casa è sicuramente una vacanza all'insegna della pace e del relax, con l'opportunità di poter raggiungere moltissimi punti di interesse per gli amanti della natura e dei piccoli borghi di montagna, che in Abruzzo sono davvero caratteristici e non hanno nulla da invidiare alle più note località montanare del nord d'Italia. Un ulteriore plauso va anche agli abitanti del borgo di Montesabinese, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

il signor Stefano è stato gentile e molto carino nel accontentare le nostre richieste. Io ho scordato un annello e il sigor Stefano in questi giorni si sta gentilmente muovendo per spedirmelo, a giorni dovrebbe essermi consegnato . grazie ancora Stefania .

Giorgios Haus liegt in einem herrlich angelegten Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen, selbst bei größter Hitze. Der Infinity-Pool hat eine tolle Größe, einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die traumhafte Landschaft, ist sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die vielen liebevollen Details machen es zu einer besonders schönen Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend und es werden sogar schöne Pooltücher bereitgestellt! Die beiden im Erdgeschoss gelegenen Schlaf- und Badezimmer bleiben auch an heißen Tagen kühl, da sie weniger Tageslicht abbekommen, bzw. sich durch Fensterläden gut abdunkeln lassen. Giorgio reagierte stets sehr schnell und zuvorkommend auf unsere Nachrichten und hat mit seinem herzlichen Nachbarn Alessio einen stets erreichbaren und sehr hilfsbereiten Kontakt vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!

I had the pleasure of staying in Claudia’s BnB for almost two months and cannot recommend it enough. The place is clean, has good amenities, and is generally comfortable to stay in. Claudia is an incredibly kind and helpful person. The exact neighborhood the BnB is in is not perfect as a lot or buildings damaged during the earthquake are still undergoing reconstruction. However, taking the finished buildings in the center as reference, the BnB’s area has a very promising future. Because I was here for work reasons, I cannot comment too much about vacation life. However, the town has plenty of restaurants and cafes in the center and is quite well-connected for day trips like hikes, the various castles and small towns, and even Rome. Although L’Aquila is not an incredibly big town, it is surprisingly lively, making it a great place to be. Again, I cannot recommend L’Aquila and Claudia’s BnB enough. When I come back, I hope I can stay at Casa Renzo again.

We stayed a few days at the end of october. We loved the appartment. It is as written and showed in the photo's. You can stay there and enjoy the magnificent view, the lovely appartment and the spaces outside. There are also a lot of places around that you can visit. Information you will find in the information pack. Christina provided the appartment with a lot of little attentions; prepared hearth, candles, nice soaps and bath towels, olive oil from own property, .... Christina herself is a very pleasant person to meet and the contact with her went easy and smooth. Relaxing place.

Alloggio curatissimo nei minimi particolari, nel rispetto dello stile del luogo. Marcello e sua moglie sono accoglienti e autentici nel modo di porsi. La posizione è ottima, con Narni e altri bellissimi paesini umbri a portata di mano. Da Roma basta meno di un'ora per raggiungerli. Qualità prezzo davvero top.

A fantastic spot to unwind and recharge. I stayed her for an entire month. A haven of tranquilly with breathtaking valley views. The apartment's proximity to the outdoors and the stylish furnishings provide a one-of-a-kind stay. There are numerous interesting locations to visit in the vicinity, such as Stroncone, Terni, Lago di Piediluco, and Cascata delle Marmore. Terni is a great place to visit if you're looking for a city atmosphere and the food is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need especially for remote workers. For the entire month that I was there, I had no issues with the internet. The office space met my needs, and I was able to set up a nice work enivornment there. Luis and his wife are a truly remarkable couple. As a guest, they spared no effort in making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the quality of the home-cooked meals that they shared were outstanding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return :)
