Wonderful ! From the place, the house, the amenities to the host, everything is perfect. Marcello is such an amazing host, always available and sharing great advices to enjoy our stay in the region and around. We had amazing time. The place is really located in the middle of the nature and helping to relax. Good to note that Rome is only 1 hour drive and therefore really convenient too. We can only recommend ! Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questa splendida proprietà, la casa è meravigliosa e arredata con cura ed amore. Marco e Laura sono degli host fantastici, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di trascorrere del tempo in questo posto magico!

la casa è risultata ancora più bella di come appare in foto, molto ben arredata ed accessoriata ci e sembrato di fare le vacanze di capodanno in una casa abitata, calda e accogliente. Cosa molto importante per vivere al meglio questo periodo invernale. Grazie all'host Paolo sempre gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

La casa di Massimo è in una posizione incantevole, una vista spettacolare sul lago, in una zona tranquillissima. Abbiamo apprezzato il giardino recintato, soprattutto la nostra cagnolona! Massimo è attento è sempre molto veloce nelle risposte! Ci ha dato preziosi consigli per i locali dove mangiare e ha fornito tutto il materiale per cosa vedere nei dintorni. Peccato aver avuto a disposizione solo un paio di giorni.

Affittata per i "100 giorni alla maturità" per passare un po' di tempo assieme, non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Casa spettacolare, tanti spazi comuni dove passare tempo insieme e divertirsi, proprietari gentili e cordiali... se dovessero verificarsi altre evenienze di questo tipo non esiterei a tornare con altri amici. Sicuramente perfetta anche per stare in compagnia di una grande famiglia. Di seguito foto della bella permanenza❤️

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

It's hard to describe how unbelievably beautiful the villa is because it's not just about the home, which is gorgeous, or the setting, which is serene, it's about how you feel when you arrive and are privileged enough to spend any amount of time here. As amazing as the villa looks in pictures, it is even better in person and far exceeded already high expectations. What struck us immediately upon arrival is the thoughtfulness of the design - from the landscaping and flowers and the yard - to the home furnishings and decor. Livia is an absolute gem of a host - extremely responsive and a wonderful resource for recommendations in the area from places to eat to things to do and see. We also were fortunate to meet some of her team and they also are wonderful. We also did a wine tasting at Santo Iolo nearby - hosted by Irene (Livia's sister), which we also highly recommend. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay with friends was and how gorgeous every single day was here.

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è grande ed accogliente, perfetta per un soggiorno di relax in amicizia. Francesca è una host disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente.

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

We had a great two weeks at Grazia’s house. The outdoor space was fantastic, especially the pool area. The pool is great for children all sizes and was maintained throughout our stay. The full size table tennis table was enjoyed by all of us. The house is traditional, but homely and well equipped. The bathrooms work fine but do need upgrading. AC throughout, which was needed as it was very hot. Would recommend for a family if you want a peaceful stay and enjoy lots of time outside.
