Jacopo è l'host perfetto. Ha aperto le porte della sua casa incarnando a pieno lo spirito di Air-bnb: dal mettere a disposizione l'intero appartamento (condividendo anche pezzi di storia di famiglia nelle foto) a consigli su dove mangiare ottimi piatti locali a come muoversi in città a mostrare la massima flessibilità per check-in e check-out. Consigliatissimo!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt mitten gleich hinter der Straße vor dem Stand. Also Ruhig aber alles in der Nähe super zu erreichen und zum Strand nur ein paar Schritte (auch wenn wir Ihn nur entlang spaziert sind am Abend aufgrund der Jahreszeit) Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Menzione speciale a “”mamma”” Simona che fin dal primo momento è stata gentile, disponibile e molto premurosa in tutto e per tutto. Appartamento nuovo di pacca, curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e soprattutto con una personalità che ci ha fatto sembrare di stare a casa. Non mancava assolutamente nulla anzi c’era più di quello che serviva e nota interessante il parcheggio auto che ci ha fatto molto comodo viste le micro vie mono senso di Torre Pedrera facili da percorrere a piedi un po’ meno con l’auto.

L'appartamento di Gabriele mantiene quanto promesso. È vicino ai servizi ma comunque tranquillo. L'appartamento era pulito.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. la casa risponde esattamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Buona posizione, 1 minuto dal lungomare di Rivabella, a soli 5 min di auto dal centro storico di Rimini ed altrettanti dal lungomare di Rimini. ottima posizione per gite nell'entroterra riminese.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Świetnie spędzony pobyt. lepszego gospodarza nie ma co szukać w okolicy.

L'appartamento è proprio di fronte al mare, con posto auto all'interno. Comodissimo, spazioso e con tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno. Perfetto per soggiorni business ma anche per soggiorni stagionali. Consigliatissimo!

Très content de notre séjour, l appartement était très lumineux, très propre, très spacieux, très aéré. Une place de parking devant l appartement très apprécié. De nombreux commerces aux alentours. Roberta est une personne très gentille, très à l écoute, très serviable. Un grand merci à elle pour ces vacances qui se sont très bien passées. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

Una padrona di casa esemplare, premurosa e veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è molto bello, grande e fornito di un ottima cucina. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo!

Nos encantó la estadía, Alberto es muy amable, el apartamento es tal cual como lo describe con un vista hermosa al mar, hay muchas cosas que hacer en el área y siempre nos sentimos seguros. Claro que lo recomiendo.
