Appartamento curato rispecchia le foto dell’annuncio, zona ben servita di ristoranti e bar. Il vero plas è la spiaggia a pochi passi e il parco del mare comodissimo per lunghe e rilassanti passeggiate. Zona molto viva la sera.

The listing was exactly as described, extremely clean and Alessandro and Claudia responded to inquiries super quickly, were so helpful and made sure we were all ok. Would highly recommend as the beach was so close to the AirBnB, restaurants were all around and it was a beautiful apartment. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great Place, Nothing too fancy but does the job! Location is awesome, walking distance to station (basically across the road) and you can walk all the way to city centre from by just walking straight down the street.

Appartamento molto accogliente e accessoriato, tranquillo, ben riscaldato (dicembre). La signora Petra, nonostante i suoi impegni di lavoro ha risposto tempestivamente alle nostre domande e ci ha fornito ottime ed utili indicazioni

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Нову квартиру Лінди забронювала без відгуків. Привабили ціна і фото. Але в дійсності апартаменти ще краще!!! Все нове, щойно відремонтована квартира, повністю оснащена технікою: великий телевізор, холодильник, мікрохвильовка, капсульна та гейзерна кавоварки, посудомийка, пральна машина. Бонус - фільтр для води. Все кухонне приладдя в відмінному стані. Всього вистачає. У ванній зручна душова кабіна, біде, унітаз. Рушників багато, всі якісні. Зручні матраци, гарні ліжка, нова постільна білизна.Багато полиць та шаф для зберігання. Є дошка прасувальна, утюг. На кухні диван. 6 спальних місць. 2 балкона. До пляжа 5-7 хвилин, магазини, ресторани, ринки поряд. Лінда - найкраща хазяйка. Дуже інтелігентна, відповідальна, чемна, людяна. Допомагала нам у всьому під час нашого перебування. Завжди на зв'язку, давала корисні поради. Запропонувала зустріти нашу сім'ю на вокзалі, відвезла з багажем по закінченні відпочинку. У нас самі найкращі враження від перебування в помешканні Лінди.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa location rurale immersa tra colline verdi e ulivi. Il posto è un vero paradiso per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, perfette per ricaricare le energie. Anche il nostro gatto ha adorato l'atmosfera tranquilla e la casa. Daniele è stato estremamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile (ad ogni orario!), facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chiunque voglia staccare dalla routine e godersi un angolo di pace in mezzo alla natura. Torneremo sicuramente!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Grazie Veronica Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente, casa come nuova, molto pulita, letti e materassi comodi, armadi capienti, razionalità degli spazi. Veronica è stata sempre gentile e pronta ad ascoltare e risolvere le nostre esigenze. Il grande patio/terrazzo sul retro è uno spazio che garantisce totale riservatezza; bagni funzionali, zona giorno ben separata dalle camere. Torneremo!! Molto consigliato!!! Grazie Veronica!!

Villetta molto carina e ben arredata immersa nel verde. Posizione comoda a tutto ma al contempo fuori dal caos. Hoste molto gentile e disponibile.

Nossa experiência foi excepcional! O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso, sempre disponível e prestativo, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais especial. A comunicação foi rápida e eficiente, e ele nos forneceu ótimas dicas sobre a região. O espaço superou nossas expectativas: limpo, bem-organizado e muito confortável. A jacuzzi foi um diferencial incrível, perfeita para momentos de relaxamento. A hospitalidade e o cuidado com os detalhes fizeram toda a diferença. Com certeza, voltaríamos sem hesitação. Recomendamos a todos que buscam uma experiência inesquecível!

Io e la mia amica volevamo passare un weekend tranquillo in zone di campagna e collina, Tommaso è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento molto pulito e molto spazioso. Abbiamo trovato anche un po’ di colazione e tutto per cucinare. Addirittura per sbaglio avevamo lasciato delle cose in appartamento e Tommaso è stato super disponibile per andarle a prendere. Ottimo appartamento!!!

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Het verblijf in de woning van Marco was fantastisch. Het was een prachtige grote ruimte voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Een prachtige grote badkamer, keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamers. Het was een genot om hier te overnachten. De familie is erg aardig en staat klaar om je te helpen of om gewoon even lekker een praatje te maken❤️ wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf!

We were so incredibly happy with our stay at Giuliana’s (Ilaria) place. We were in Riccione for the MotoGP and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay over the busy weekend. Ilaria and Luigi were so kind as to print out our tickets for us and had them ready for our check in. They were also so kind as to let us check in very, very late due to flight delays. We also had lost our baggage on our way over to Riccione so we had 0 clothes, 0 toiletries etc. and Ilaria had let us know there was a market nearby on the day after we arrived which we managed to purchase basic clothing and underwear etc, which we don’t think we would have managed to get without this recommendation. We couldn’t recommend them enough and although we had a really difficult trip over, they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful all throughout our stay. Thank you very much, we may be back 😊
