The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

La struttura si trova in una zona di aperta campagna lungo la strada provinciale che da Alghero porta fino a Capo Caccia ed è composta da varie soluzioni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti nel mini Costa Smeralda. Al nostro arrivo Dario, gentilissimo, ci ha accolti ed accompagnati nei nostri locali che abbiamo trovato in ordine e pulitissimi. A noi interessava cucinare in casa e la dotazione di pentole ed utensili è stata soddisfacente. Inoltre ogni unità è dotata di un'area esterna arredata, nel nostro caso un bellissimo gazebo con barbecue privato. Il parcheggio è molto comodo, all'interno della proprietà, alla quale si accede in autonomia. Una menzione speciale per lo splendido giardino con piante e fiori bellissimi di tutti i colori. Nei dintorni è possibile fare diverse escursioni e la posizione dell'appartamento si è rivelata ottimale. Buonissimi e convenienti i panini preparati dal Market Farinelli che si trova a pochi km di distanza nella borgata di Santa Maria la Palma.

Casa pulitissima e ristrutturata, Giovanna una persona gentilissima e pronta a soddisfare tutte le richieste, lo consiglio vivamente.

Great apartment in the heart of Alghero- old town is an easy 5 minute stroll- grocery store around the for corner. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

el alojamiento fue perfecto, la casa hermosa, muy bien ubicada en las afueras de Alghero, muy cómoda, con jardín , amplia y muy bien equipada. el único inconveniente es que durante nuestra estadía no funcionó el Wifi. Tania muy amable y la casa superó nuestras expectativas.

Giovanni has been extremely accommodating and helpful when our arrival was delayed by several hours. He waited for us until 9pm and drove us to the house, and welcomed us the day after with plates of local delicacies. The house is perfectly located to drive around and visit the East coast (there's a lot to see). It is simple but comfortable and clean, with a great terrasse. Dorgali has everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, bars) 10min driving down the road. We really enjoyed our stay !

La casa de Sole es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable cuando llegamos y fue lindo encontrar agua y algunas cosas dulces que nos recibieron luego del largo viaje, La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer costa esmeralda en auto y playas hermosas y de fácil acceso están muy cerca, Tiendas de todo tipo están a 3 minutos en coche Todo estaba impecable! Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne. Angenehmer und freundlicher Empfang durch Chiara, die tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war herzlich, prompt, problemorientiert und hilfreich. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte sind allesamt fußläufig erreichbar und die Strände der Umgebung sind atemberaubend! Frühstück auf der großen Terasse ist toll! Die Küche wäre mit einem Toaster oder einem Ofen perfekt! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Wir haben Eleonora als überaus zuverlässige und freundliche Vermieterin erlebt. Unkompliziert hat sie auch akzeptiert, dass uns ein Freund während des Aufenthalts besucht und als zusätzliche Person mit im Haus übernachtet hat. Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgelegen, inmitten der Natur mit herrlichem Blick bis zum Meer, was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Es war sehr hilfreich, dass wir von einem leicht zu findenden Treffpunkt extra abgeholt und zum Haus geleitet wurden. Somit konnten wir uns den Weg gut merken. Wunderbare Strände sind in ca. Min. mit dem Auto vom Haus aus erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Appartment für zwei Personen. Es ist von der Lage her gut ausgerichtet. Man hat den ganzen Tag eine schöne Lichtstimmung. Mit dem ersten Betreten fühlt man sich wohl und zu Hause. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern sehr liebevoll und stimmig. Verschiedene, schöne Lampen schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Regentag kann auf dem Sofa gemütlich werden. Die Dekoration und Ausstattung ist wertiger als üblich. Dies können wir sagen, da wir seit vielen Jahren nach Porto Pollo kommen. Es gibt Doppelglasfenster, die für mehr Ruhe sorgen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut und wertig ausgestattet. Die kleine Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine und den Wasserkocher von SMEG haben wir täglich genutzt. Alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Annagiulia ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Danke dafür. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, ottima pulizia, casa esattamente come in foto. Non ci è mancato veramente niente. Tutto questo reso possibile da Alice, una vera padrona di casa. Grazie per questa esperienza!

L’host Franco molto disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento si colloca al secondo piano di una bella palazzina storica nel centro di Orosei. Posizione comoda in quanto senza auto si possono raggiungere facilmente varie attività commerciali e di ristorazione. Spiaggia più vicina 5 min di auto. Ma merita girare tutta la zona. Non c’è parcheggio privato, si può però lasciare l’auto in diversi punti non troppo distanti. La cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Bagno non troppo grande ma nuovo, funzionante e trovato pulito. Molto bella la doccia. Unico neo: in alcuni orari l’acqua scorre con meno potenza ma siamo sempre riusciti a lavarci senza problemi. Bella terrazza con vista paese e Mare in lontananza. Camera con letto comodo nella media, finestra che affaccia sul paese, tv, aria condizionata. Armadio creato da una parete che si trova sulle scale che portano alla camera. Unico consiglio: se non ci sono vincoli paesaggistici o di altra natura delle zanzariere sarebbero ottimali!

Antonella è stata sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Budoni è posizionato in maniera strategica per un sacco di luoghi da visitare. L'appartamento permette di andare facilmente a piedi in spiaggia e ha anche lo spazio per mangiare fuori. Ci ritornerei.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

We stayed for 10 nights in this wonderful apartment. Gianella and Christian are superb hosts and they offer an accommodation that was home away from home for us. The kitchen meets all your requirements and lots of little extras too. Our stay was so comfortable and we highly recommend their place. The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants and shops etc and you can walk to the marina and the old town in 10 minutes.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Отличная квартира между пляжем и старым городом. В квартире есть все необходимое, в нескольких минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет. Все было идеально чисто, хозяйка отвечала на сообщения очень быстро, была очень дружелюбной и дала хорошие рекомендации которыми мы воспользовались. Так же разрешила заселиться раньше что конечно было приятным бонусом. Большое спасибо, Agnieszka, если мы вернёмся то обязательно к вам.
