My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Siena. The airbnb was so cosy with adorable charm and character! Location made it so easy for find anything we needed. Katiuscia was super responsive and accommodating, and helped us out with local recommendations as well! Would definitely recommend!

Tutto perfetto. Mauro e Maura sono degli host splendidi. Sempre disponibili. La casa perfetta. Da ritornare sicuro. Presa per mamma e zia che sono venute in visita. Speriamo di vederci presto di nuovo.

Beautiful, clean apartment on 1st floor (2nd to Americans) with 2 landings--easy enough for a breather if traveling with large luggage. Short taxi ride from the train station. Good location, walkable to everywhere. Quiet building with some offices; only heard occasional, soft hallway voices, footsteps & cleaning of the floor above but no bother at all. Apt. was warm enough in winter. Strong WiFi! Large bedroom with a beautiful ceiling! Comfortable bed. Nightstands & power outlets at each bedside--perfect for 2 people to charge devices at night! Light vehicles & voices in the street below while in bed but no sound ever awakened us. Cool bathroom! Missed a heated towel rack, tho. Good counter space for toiletries. Large shower, good storage. Shower pressure was low but acceptable, water was soft. Hot water stayed hot through 2 people taking back-to-back showers--yay! Combo washer/dryer worked well (typical EU long cycles). Nicoletta was an excellent host! We'd happily return. ❤️

A group of 8 of us stayed here for two nights and it was a perfect base to explore Siena. There are plenty of fans and the apartment stays fairly cool during the day. However, the photos in the listing are quite dated and the space is a bit more cluttered. Overall, the space worked well for us and we enjoyed our stay!

zeer mooie week beleefd bij Lisa op de boerderij. Er heerst een zalige rustige sfeer op de boerderij. Ook fijn dat de 4 honden ons elke dag een bezoekje kwamen brengen. Onze kinderen en wijzelf hebben enorm genoten. de accomodatie kwam zeer goed overeen met de info die te vinden is op de site. Het zwembad is top! We hebben van begin tot einde genoten. Zeker een aanrader. Eens je Poderaccio binnenrijdt, waan je je op een stukje paradijs. Weg van de drukte van de stad. Puur genieten van het adembenemend landschap en de rust 👌🩷

C’est un 15/10 étoile 🌟 c’est la plus belle appartement qu’on a loué et on en a fait plusieurs!! Alessandro a été vraiment incroyable il nous a beaucoup aidé. Le lit était vraiment très confortable, c’était presque qu’un tout inclus on avait tout pour être confortable 😍 Proche de tout à pied , l’épicerie à 2 minutes à pied . La terrasse magnifique 🥰. Si je retourne à Sienne je la veux ❤️

Benedetta had terrific resources in a binder that the renter could review. She even helped make any tour reservations we wanted arranging door-to-door pickup. Location was great and challenging at the same time. The apartment was central by the duoma with gave us access to all the shops, restaurants and market day. The challenging aspect was parking outside the town and loading luggage the day we departed as it was market day which prohibited us from driving up to the apartment. Our recommendation; don't arrive (by car) or depart on Thursday-market day. Although this was a hassle, our host did assist us.

Viviana was amazing, there to greet us and really friendly. The house was really clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. Views were incredible. And there was air con! 🤩 The only thing to note is that this property is easily a 30 minute walk to town. In the Italian summer (40 degrees) that’s a pretty tall order, even for us… The terrain isn’t straightforward and so a car is definitely needed. And if not a car a scooter 😊 We would stay again if we could hire a car 😊

Nous avons passé 10 jours en juillet 2024 dans ce logement avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Nous partageons les avis des commentaires précedents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et surtout le grand et beau jardin sans vis-à-vis, entièrement pour nous. Elisabetta, en déplacements durant notre séjour, a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et accueillante. Nous avons facilement visité tous les environs, tout en profitant en fin de journée de la piscine du camping voisin de l'autre coté de la route, facile d'accès et calme. Nous avons pu alterner visites touristiques et activités pour les enfants (accrobranche, piscine du camping, jeux dans le jardin, jeux du gîte...etc). Nous avons adoré utiliser la douche solaire dans le jardin au soleil couchant. Enfin, il est vrai que la circulation sur la route voisine perturbe, surtout le matin et le soir, le calme général, mais on s'y habitue finalement. Et, surtout, les excellentes prestations du logement compensent ce point !

We had a lovely time in Laurie's place. The house is stylish, modern and well furnished with comfortable beds, good linnen and lovely bathrooms. The house remains cool even when it's hot outside and we welcomed the insect screens which kept the bugs at bay. Laurie was very communicative and helpful via text since she was not in town at the time of our visit. The area is very peaceful and there are lovely views of the countryside from the house. Radicofani is a tiny little town, sweet and picturesque for a day visit with stunning views from the castle on the hill. The towns in the vicinity are all 40 mins to an hour away due to the winding roads so be prepared to do quite a bit of driving if you are planning on exploring the area. Overall we had a good time and we able to relax and slow down in these quiet little towns after the rush rush rush of city life.

Great remote location for a relax time off, practical set up to be with a baby (cannot go out for a pram walk from the house though due to location but nice garden to spend time in). Nicoletta was fast to respond/react to any queries and we felt right at home in her beautiful house.

Perfect place for a family stay. Highly recommended, hope to be back :) The pictures speak for themselves, everything is exactly as presented. Laurie is a great host and will make sure your stay will be absolutely perfect.

Logement très au calme, très agréable à vivre avec tout ce dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin, et même plus. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Sara. L'appartement de deux pièces (+salle de bain) se trouve au premier étage d'une belle maison sur la grande, belle et paisible propriété de Sara. Le logement est très propre et correspond à la description. La piscine est juste sublime, avec une vue incroyable et toujours impeccable, y compris les abords. Accueillante et très sympathique, Sara a à cœur le bien-être de ses visiteurs. Elle répond rapidement aux demandes et a des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Elle et son mari sont à la fois discrets et disponibles pour discuter si on le souhaite. L'endroit est idéal pour alterner des visites dans les villes et villages aux alentours (voiture indispensable) et du repos autour de la piscine. Nous recommandons vraiment ce bel endroit et ses charmants hôtes! On s'y sent vraiment privilégiés !

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Sienne à pied et tout proche de la gare. Le logement est fidèle au descriptif : très grand pour 2 personnes. Asja a toujours été réactive à nos demandes et à tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour la visite de Sienne.

Of the various homes Arezzo had to offer during our proposed dates, upon seeing the photos of Giancarlo’s place, my mother and I were immediately convinced. The photos truly do not do the physical home justice, it is beautiful and spacious & located centrally walkable to all of the wonderful spots Arezzo has to offer — from the station, to the main squares, to the lovely restaurants. The check-in process was very thoughtful and Giancarlo made us feel so much at home in his traditional abode. Be sure to ask him about local recommendations! We will surely be back if our path leads us to Arezzo again. Thank you!

Tudo perfeito, Leonardo sempre cordial e muito querido. O espaço muito preparado e confortável, sem falar na cidadezinha medieval que é incrível, vale muito a pena ter essa experiência. Recomendo.

This Tuscan apartment has amazing views, and is located in a less touristy area, but is still an easy walk to the main sites. The balcony was an added bonus, and rooms were a good size. Mirko was very responsive to our questions.
