Gloria E Gabriele sont des hôtes très accueillant et chaleureux, ils ont su être à disposition lorsqu’il y avais besoin. Le logement est conforme à la description. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Favoloso weekend in compagnia dei nostri cani nella meravigliosa casa nel bosco di Anna, in mezzo ad una natura bellissima, tramonti stupendi, pace e relax. La casa, in pietra, è davvero carina, arredata in modo delizioso, con tutti i comfort. Un giardino molto grande, ben curato e accessoriato. Ottima pulizia. Buona posizione per escursioni in mezzo alla natura. La proprietaria Anna, oltre ad essere simpaticissima, è stata gentile e molto attenta a fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie e tanti consigli (tra cui un escursione bellissima davvero). Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La signora. Cinzia, che ci ha accolti, gentile attenta e super disponibile. Se volete passare dei giorni in completo relax senza rinunciare al comfort questo è il posto che fa per voi! Super consigliato!

Don't hesitate to book! We loved the apartment more than expected - after walking a few days on the St. Francis Way, Piediluco was a perfect place to spend a rest day. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner at home after visiting the small grocery a half block away. The location three floors up was very peaceful with fantastic views over the lake and we watched the Olympic rowers go by from the balcony - the street below would likely be bustling had it not been off-season. We also enjoyed the hike to a nearby castle. Would love to visit again!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Abbiamo soggiornato per il weekend e la realtà ha superato le aspettative. Sin prima dell’arrivo, abbiamo trovato estrema disponibilità per le nostre esigenze (non da poco il fatto di avere un cane di 60kg), siamo stati accolti il modo gentile e ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Provenendo da Roma ed immersi nel traffico e caos quotidiano, cercavamo un posto non troppo lontano dove poterci rilassare. Il posto è molto silenzioso, ma comunque non lontano dal centro cittadino e non distante da città come Orvieto, dove siamo andati per una visita in circa 30 minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato poter passeggiare nei dintorni tra le strada di campagna e l’attenzione (con discrezione) della proprietà per sapere se andava tutto bene. Il termocamino ha reso l’atmosfera unica, calda ed accogliente; la proprietaria ce lo ha fatto trovare accesso all’arrivo (apprezzatissimo), per cui il casale era davvero caldo nonostante il weekend uggioso e le temperature esterne rigide.

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

Anna's house is absolutely beautiful! The views as soon as you step out of the door are amazing. The location is also great and very easy to get to Florence, Rome, and anywhere in Tuscany. Anna is an extraordinary host and made sure we were satisfied during our stay. Communication was outstanding and very quick. If it weren't for Anna taking the time to meet us and direct us to the house on day 1, it might be difficult to find and easy to make a wrong turn, but that says something about the great privacy as well! The only down side we had were the ants coming up from the brick floor.

Abbiamo trascorso a Ferentillo solo 3 giorni, ma la zona e la pace della struttura meriterebbero molto di più. Stupenda la piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di camminate. Ci piacerebbe molto tornarci

Klaus è una persona speciale. Discreto e amichevole, gentilissimo e molto affabile. La casa è bellissima immersa in un contesto calmo e rigenerante Pornello è abbastanza comoda alle principali città umbre e Toscane. Grazie ! Super Mario klaus! ;) È stata una vacanza bellissima.

Casa di campagna ben strutturata, spazi molto ampi sia esterni che interni, fornita di tutto quello che ti serve per una vacanza di gruppo. Cucina funzionale e attrezzata molto bene. Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra Laura referente dell'alloggio per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf in Mario’s appartement. Het ligt ontzettend rustig en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Wij waren hier in september en waren de enige gasten. Hoe het is als alle appartementen bezet zijn, is voor ons moeilijk in schatten. Er is ruimte genoeg dus dat zal wel meevallen. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Huiskamer/keuken en slaapkamer hebben elk een airco en die werkte fantastisch. Ook de wifi doet het uitstekend. De keuken is ruim genoeg en is voldoende uitgerust voor een langer verblijf. Tot slot, goede bedden!

Palazzo Dasso è un piccolo gioiello, dalla casa padronale dove è possibile consumare la colazione tra opere d'arte contemporanee e l'architettura del palazzo ottocentesco. IL giardino molto curato offre diverse possibilità anche in compagnia del vostro cane Esperienza ottima, consigliatissima.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie all’accoglienza della famiglia di Filippo. La casetta, il giardino e la piscina sono ancora più belle dal vivo che in foto! Tutto impeccabile, dalla pulizia alla location, ed il plus è stata la piscina in cui potersi rilassare nelle ore più calde. Bellissimi anche i dintorni, la casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i vari borghi dell’Umbria. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è una vera chicca immerso nelle costruzioni storiche dell'antico borgo. L'appartamento è appena ristrutturato bene e con gusto. Fantastico il pavimento ed il soffitto. Ottima pulizia e le dotazioni asciugamani/letto. Allerona è bellissima e tranquilla molto riparata anche se non facilissima da raggiungere. Facile il parcheggio in strada appena sotto casa. Siamo stati bene e consigliamo un soggiorno alla dimora di nonna Rosa.

Can we vote Elisabetta’s space and hospitality 6 stars?!! We had a lovely stay in this cozy and beautiful hamlet. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is super cozy and spotlessly clean. Her attention to detail and love for her guests comes out throughout the property. Elisabetta welcomed us as if we were family and provided us with plenty of information on the area and made herself available for any questions we had. We did her dinner experience and it was a banquet for the gods! She is an amazing host/cook and her husband does all the norcineria so you cannot go wrong. She also helped us with restaurant recommendations in the area and setting up a tour in the pottery studio in Deruta, which was fabulous. The two other fluffy hosts, Aron and Roy - two lovely large pups - were an absolute joy to be around and were always ready for a good belly rub, playing fetch or a treat. If you want to be pampered by a host who loves what she does, this is the place to go. We highly recommend this
