What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Marco è stato molto disponibile con noi: siamo arrivati alle 22, ci ha aspettato, aiutato con il parcheggio e ci ha accompagnato in appartamento. Il monolocale è piccolo, essenziale dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è fantastica e la vista meravigliosa.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione, la pulizia dell’alloggio , ma soprattutto la disponibilità dei proprietari , la gentilezza e le indicazioni che mi hanno fornito per muoversi nei dintorni, anche al di fuori degli itinerari classi. Esperienza molto positiva. Grazie di tutto!

The place is surprisingly clean and pleasant! Even though it was a one night stay, we had a comfortable night and everything we needed was available with no issues at all. The place is excellently equipped and we had one of the best stays! Thank you for hosting us Paola!

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Sono stata da Bettina 10 giorni insieme alla mia cagnolina Rita, un setter inglese. Rita è stata benissimo, aveva tutto lo spazio per correre ed esplorare. Io anche ho lavorato da lì molto bene, la casa è più carina di quello che sembra dalle foto, tutto funziona bene e il posto è accogliente. Bettina è stata amichevole e non ha esitato a prestarmi una cipolla e due fette di pane quando mi sono ritrovata con pochi ingredienti per la cena. Consigliatissimo

La nostra host è stata gentilissima fino dalla prenotazione, ci torneremo nuovamente! Estremamente consigliato.

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Anna's house is absolutely beautiful! The views as soon as you step out of the door are amazing. The location is also great and very easy to get to Florence, Rome, and anywhere in Tuscany. Anna is an extraordinary host and made sure we were satisfied during our stay. Communication was outstanding and very quick. If it weren't for Anna taking the time to meet us and direct us to the house on day 1, it might be difficult to find and easy to make a wrong turn, but that says something about the great privacy as well! The only down side we had were the ants coming up from the brick floor.

Stefania and her husband were extremely welcoming while assisting with the check-in and were able to provide very useful informatuon about Narni (Scalo) and how to navigate the beuatiful city. Apartment is placed perfectly in walking distance to the train station and various restaurants and convenience stores..

La casetta aurinico di Valentina si trova in posizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare gli splendidi luoghi che si trovano ad una distanza di massimo 30 km La casa è impeccabile per pulizia e curata nei minimi particolari. Ad attenderci anche un gesto di benvenuto,che ci ha fatto sentire accolti come se fossimo di famiglia consigliata sia per il periodo invernale, Umbria jazz e dintorni, che estate per la vicinanza al lago di Bolsena

la casetta è in una posizione davvero favorevole, sembra di stare in uma fiaba. tutt'intorno è molto silezioso. l'interno dell'appartamento è delizioso, fornita di tutto il necessario, anche qualcosina con cui fare colazione. letto morbidissimo, bagno co. doccia spaziosa e fornelli più che funzionanti. Che dire... super consigliata! in più Fabio è stato disponibile e gentile

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione della casa è ottima per girare Todi a piedi, ci sono tanti ristoranti, bar e negozi di vario genere nei dintorni. L'appartamento è pulito e ricco di ogni confort. Consiglio assolutamente.

Luca è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto capire facilmente come entrare nella struttura. La casa era pulitissima e spaziosa, anche per noi che eravamo in 5, disponeva di due bagni e due docce. C’era anche un posto macchina affianco. Consigliatissima se vi trovate nei dintorni.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

L'alloggio è un piccolo gioiello al centro di Terni, pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario , ci si sente subito a casa. Stefania é la migliore Host che si possa desiderare, molto più che disponibile e gentile (ci ha addirittura tenuto un parcheggio al nostro arrivo, vista la difficoltà a trovarne di venerdì sera). Tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!
