Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es waren viele nützliche Gebrauchsartikel vorhanden damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Ein wenig im Kühlschrank sogar auch, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, Olivenöl und Tee. Es ist sehr hübsch gemacht und mit Liebe gepflegt und eingerichtet. Es wurde sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Cafés und Restaurantbesuche. Es war trotz der guten Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen. Besonders toll fand ich dass es in der Nähe zum Cafe Godo lag, der Supermarkt auch nicht weit weg war. Wir haben sogar ein Konzert und ein Oldtimer Treffen gleich nebenan auf dem Marktplatz mit erleben dürfen.

A casa é muito bonita e muito bem cuidada. Tem uma vista maravilhosa. Muito aconchegante e tranquila pra quem busca dias de descanso. E próxima a cidade caso precise de mercado, farmacia e restaurantes. Viviana é muito simpática e acessível, sempre pronta a ajudar. Beppe muito simpático também e com ótimas dicas de passeios. Eu e minha familia tivemos dias maravilhosos . Obrigado.

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, super gelegen und Miki hat alles bereit gestellt für unsere Kinder (Babybett, Kinderstuhl, Spiele).

One of the most beautiful towns in the world! And the apartment has the perfect view of it and is in the perfect position. Apartment has everything you need and Daniela and Roberto were great hosts! Couldn’t recommend more :)

Michela is such an amazing host - we unfortunately were super delayed in our journey and she was so understanding. The place is absolutely incredible with everything you could ever need in the apartment. The garden is beautiful - hardly makes you want to leave. I would recommend to anyone!!

It was such an amazing experience, the view from the house was incredible, outstanding, beautiful, mesmerising view, we could not have enough of the view from the balcony of the house. Only one thing which we didn’t know was not being able to use the fireplace. We found out there, that Italian law doesn’t allow the usage of the fireplace. Virginia was the one dealing with us all the time through the chat. Answered all the questions we had. She was so prompt and punctual on any questions we had. Never met the host Francesco but that was not an issue. We were instructed and helped throughout our stay in Luino Italy. We definitely suggest to visit the place and stay in the cosy house we stayed in. Punctual and prompt host if we ever go again in Luino we will use it again the same host. Thank you so much for everything Virginia and Francesco.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans l'appartement de Marco. Ancienne grange aménagée avec beaucoup de charme. Le jardin est luxuriant, mais il faut faire attention aux moustiques ! Emplacement très pratique pour se déplacer à pied dans Verbania et région magnifique 👍 Je remercie Marco et sa famille et recommande ce logement!

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
