Rosanna was very kind, picked me up from the train station and was sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfasts were great (with an additional Ricotta fresh from the mountains) and the Room was pristinely clean and welcoming. The surrounding area and town is beautiful and everything is close by. Will definitely be coming back!

L'appartamento era davvero curato e non mancava nulla. La terrazza semplicemente meravigliosa, la vista altrettanto. Praticamente in spiaggia! I proprietari persone veramente carine, affabili ed estremamente disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!

Perfect place to stay with close proximity to town. B&B was clean, cozy and quiet. Giovanni was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend Predio San Fernando to anyone visiting this region, and I would stay again.

Sandra è una proprietaria eccezionale, capace con il suo alloggio di rendere piacevole la permanenza a Bagnoregio, la colazione è stata superlativa con degli ottimi dolci fatti in casa, consigliatissimo.

Un casale di pietra su un poggio davanti ad un panorama che si estende fino al Soratte. Ospitalità, simpatia, calore e una soluzione per qualsiasi problema.

Een paradijselijk plekje met buitengewoon gastvrije hosts. Alleszins een aanrader, ook met jonge kinderen - wij waren er met kinderen van 4 en 5 jaar.

Bardzo nastrojowe, klimatyczne miejsce z magicznym ogrodem i historią. Przemili właściciele, którym bardzo dziękujemy za ciasteczka :). Jeśli rozważasz pobyt w tej okolicy, to miejsce jest wyjątkowe. Bardzo polecamy.

Halte très agréable en revenant du sud de l'Italie. La chambre est très calme à la campagne tout en étant très près de l'autoroute. Petit déjeuner copieux servi sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Malgorzata est très sympathique, et de bon conseil. Le village d'Otricoli est très beau et nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant Nera Fera dans une magnifique maison au centre du village.

Alloggio in centro storico. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata. Parcheggio in zona, facile da trovare, sia a pagamento che non. Host disponibile e cortese.

Great quiet place with great owners and good dog. Its very quiet so I slept like a stone at the bottom of the lake. Breakfast was local and very tasty. Owners are great to talk to and very friendly. I had just a stopover there but felt really nice welcomed.

Stayed here for a night before we cruised. 10 of us ranging from 4 years to 71! The Mabell family were very helpful and welcoming. Even gave us a lift to the local bar/cafe after telling us where it was. Happy to help with bookings and local info, sorted taxis for us and actually took us to the port shuttle drop off. Rooms were clean and nicely finished. Air con was spot on! The breakfast was tasty and everybody fell in love with the dog (Pooba!). Our baggage was lost and the host helped us sort that too. Felt comfortable and homely and got us out of a right pickle with getting us to the port. Great stuff 👍🏻 👍🏻 thanks guys

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e curato, con un grazioso spazio esterno. Posizione strategica per visitare Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, il lago di Bolsena. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Angela è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. È stato un piacere!

Rosy was ontzettend aardig voor ons en heeft het ons zeer gemakkelijk gemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht en een lekker zwembad. Manciano ligt in de buurt, waar je gezellig kunt eten.

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

l'alloggio di Vanni si trova in una posizione tranquilla a Santa Fiora. ci ha accolto Tiziana gentile e premurosa che ha preparato per noi una ricca colazione e ha fornito consigli sui dintorni e sui locali dove poterci fermare a cenare. consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di tranquillità alle pendici del Monte Amiata

Raffaella e il marito sono host molto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti. Abbiamo soggiornato da loro 2 giorni per un po' di relax e tranquillità ed è quello che abbiamo trovato, ma anche molto altro: i dintorni sono splendidi c'è, molto da esplorare e visitare. Bomarzo, Viterbo (la fantastica festa di Santa Rosa che ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta), Orte e molto altro. Noi ci torneremo. I nostri figli hanno adorato la piscina con idromassaggio! Ad Amelia c'è un bel parchetto dove i bambini possono giocare e i grandi rilassarsi bevendo qualcosa nel chioschetto. La colazione è varia e abbondante ed è stata una vera coccola. Super super consigliato!

Alloggio rustico in casale umbro perfettamente arredato con piscina, pulitissimo e rilassante. Per chi vuole godersi relax nella natura. Super consigliato!
