Province of Viterbo : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Sono stati 3 giorni davvero piacevoli, il contesto era splendido e il casale di Gloria è davvero ben tenuto e valorizzato! Gloria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, dall’inizio alla fine.

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

Ho trascorso un fantastico soggiorno presso i Gigli del Belvedere di Antonio e Sabrina. Sono due persone squisite che amano quello che fanno e che fanno di tutto per donare agli ospiti tutto ciò che hanno bisogno. Nella loro struttura ho festeggiato il mio compleanno e non potevo desiderare di meglio: una location mozzafiato con una vista sull’incantevole lago di Bolsena. La villa è veramente curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e questo la rende straordinaria ed unica. Tornerò senz’altro a passare dei momenti felici da loro!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

Where do I start? If you’re thinking of traveling to Orvieto, stay here. This is the most unique and charming Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Sylvia and Aldo made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit, welcoming us into their cozy family home and sharing with us their favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias. Aldo picked us up and returned us to the train station; the fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and butter; they left breakfast sweets for us and a bottle of wine. We loved reading about Sylvia’s father, Valentini, and enjoyed his artwork throughout the house. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is small but has what you need to cook. And Orvieto, ahhh, what a wonderful little town. We visited in August and there were many tourists but it didn’t feel crowded. We loved our stay and want to go back!

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Le Cascatelle del Mulino sono qualcosa di magico. Immergersi nell’acqua termale con temperatura ideale, in un contesto così naturale (anche con avvistamento di tre caprioli) non ha prezzo! Nel vero senso della parola visto che l’ingresso è anche gratuito. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo che un luogo così particolare di interesse turistico sia rimasto allo stato naturale. Grazie a chi a preservato questa rarità. L’appartamento di Barbara oltre ad essere vicinissimo alle Cascatelle, è completo di ogni comfort, arredato in modo molto funzionale, caldo e pulito. Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette location, nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants (un enfant en fauteuil roulant). Facile d'accès , parking privé. L'appartement était conforme à la description . La vue était magnifique en pleine campagne comme on aime. Le jardin était plat donc accessible en fauteuil, la piscine était excellente que ce soit la propreté et la température de l'eau.L'appartement était comme dans l'annonce il est petit mais assez pour quatre personnes la literie était confortable et le linge de maison très propre. Nous sommes arrivés avec la barrière de la langue mais Olivia était là elle a été très accueillante, disponible et réactive.Nous avons appréciés sa gentillesse également et ses petits présents (petits desserts , légumes de sa production et du pain maison).Elle a su être présente également pour nos soucis de zone ZTL à Rome et à passer les appels pour nous.Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse de Madeleine la femme de ménage. Je recommande ++c'était magnifique

We found everything to be better than we could have hoped. And even better than other reviews could have led us to expect. Of course we had the lovely, spacious, superbly designed and furnished, private and safe apartment, the delightful garden with balconies overlooking the old city of Orvieto, the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. All of which confirmed that this apartment was great value for money. On top of that was the priceless warmth and pleasure of meeting and becoming friends with the charming and discrete hosts, equally comfortable in communicating in English or French (as well as Italian). We encourage you all to say yes to this great experience.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

La casa si trova nelle vicinanze di Saturnia e altre località della maremma...un posto strategico per visitare questi posti in un contesto tranquillo con un giardino recintato dove abbiamo potuto lasciare libero il nostro cane e rilassarci a leggere un libro al fresco Massimo e sua moglie super precisi nell'accoglienza il posteggio è nel giardino di casa comodissimo

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

E ‘ uno di quei posti per cui non vorresti scrivere la recensione perché vorresti tenerlo tutto per te... E’ un’esperienza autentica di immersione nel bosco e nello splendido paesaggio dei calanchi. La casetta è circondata dalla natura, molto pulita, piacevole e curata. Il paese più vicino si raggiunge in pochi minuti e ha tutto l'essenziale (bar, alimentari, ottima trattoria con cucina tipica). L’ospitalità di Tobia è stata squisita, ci siamo subito trovati bene. Super attento a qualsiasi nostra esigenza e allo stesso tempo molto discreto e informale da farci sentire molto a nostro agio e rilassati.

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

We had the most wonderful stay in Mirko’s amazing house. We were a family of 16 and the accommodation was ideal. Beautiful outdoor space with an excellent pool. We made use of the different outdoor areas and there was plenty of space to cook and eat outdoors. There were sun loungers for everyone and the surroundings were beautiful. Mirko was one of the best air bnb hosts we have ever had, great communication and recommendations and he came to clean the pool every day. The local town of Vitorchiano was beautiful with some excellent restaurants. It was difficult to walk though due to the large hill and no pavements. I would most definitely recommend this home for a large family stay. Everyone could have their own space but spend time together as a family. The beds were comfy and watching the sunrise on a morning was particularly special.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad bij Carmen! Allereerst is de accommodatie erg mooi. Het interieur van het appartement is wat ouderwets, maar verder was het zwembad heel fijn met prachtig uitzicht. We hadden het zwembad bijna altijd voor ons alleen. De omgeving is erg rustig en heel mooi groen! Carmen is echt een mega lieve host, we voelde ons enorm welkom door haar en komen graag nog een keer terug. Carmen, bedankt voor je gastvrijheid!

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.
