What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Paolo was a great host, I recommend his apartment for anyone who may want to get away to find some peace and quiet, the only thing I would recommend is to rent a car or some sort of motor vehicle for an easy commute from wherever u may want to go throughout your stay.

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Consuelo's lovely apartment. It was fully equipped, functional, very comfortable, fully correspondent to the online photos. What the photos don't convey is Consuelo's incredible charm and thoughtfulness — she truly made our stay special. Thank you for everything! It was hard to say goodbye.

Nina’s place was just what we wanted for our overnight stay near the station and hire car office. We had everything we needed, with a supermarket nearby and a lovely café for the morning. Pietro gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of little extras to assure a comfortable stay. We were very happy there.

This place is a hidden gem. We only found Viterbo randomly when looking on google maps and I’m so so so glad we did. This apartment makes you feel safe and at home, it is clean, and comfortable. The bed and linens are something else. Wow I wish I could take this bed home. The bathroom was clean, shower was amazing and hot with great water pressure, and the entire home is beautifully decorated. The host Leonella went above and beyond. Her responsiveness was second to none. I had issues with the washer/dryer and she was so helpful. Only recommendations: - have some English instructions for the washer/dryer since it’s a 2in1. - the bedroom window isn’t soundproof so sometimes in the morning you can hear people outside, but it didn’t bother us too much. We had booked our stay for two nights and we were able to easily extend it another night. Thank you so much! We had such an amazing stay here and some of the best Italian pasta I’ve ever had down the street.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

This is something we will never forget. We booked Christian’s place for our honeymoon road trip through Italy and before check-in we stopped at Bagnoregio, which is called the dying city, but we got rained out. And driving to Christian’s place we had no idea what to expect and honestly the village of Calcata made the rained out bagnoregio feel like nothing was lost. From Christian being extremely flexible and responsive to Valentina greeting us and answering all of our questions about her beautiful community this was the most incredible stay ever, best sleep we ever had and the most unforgettable experience. Book this house you won’t regret it.

Soggiorno indimenticabile…poco dopo l’arrivo eravamo più che a casa nostra :-) Alloggio super accogliente…non potevo aspettarmelo migliore, negli spazi, organizzazione, servizi, calore, posizione. Abbiamo vissuto un giorno in un posto nuovo in una condizione alloggiativa perfetta anche per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli, e non è cosa da poco. Solitamente è difficile conciliare i desideri dei grandi con le esigenze dei piccoli…e invece ci siamo trovati in una dimensione perfetta per tutti noi. Questo grazie a Vittorio, che dalla cura nei dettagli, passando per i doni di benvenuto fino all’ultima attenzione ci ha trasmesso passione per la sua attività e amore per il paese di Ronciglione. Consiglieremo e magari torneremo :-)

Patrizia è stata un'ottima host, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Appena arrivati ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e posti dove pranzare nei dintorni. Ci ha accolti con una buonissima crostata e dei biscottini per i nostri cagnolini. La casa era accuratamente pulita e completa di tutto il necessario, compresa la legna per la brace! Abbiamo trovato molto comoda anche la posizione, immersa nella natura ma a pochi km da diversi borghi molto carini da visitare. Abbiamo passato davvero un ottimo weekend!

L'alloggio proposto era confortevole e ben tenuto. Per un passaggio di lavoro aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Pur non avendone usufruito sottolineo la presenza di cose essenziali sia per la colazione che per cucinare come caffè, olio, sale e tutto ciò che serve per l'igiene. Lo spazio è rustico, ma ben tenuto in perfetto armonia con il luogo in cui sorge. Le stanze e i comfort proposti eccellenti. Segnalo solo le scale un po' ripide per chi avesse limitazioni motorie o difficoltà nei movimenti.

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten von dem Motodrom Vallelunga entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr neu ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man benötigt - tolle Küche, Klimaanlage und vieles mehr - Parkplatz gratis am Gelände. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out super easy. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten Mal in ihrem Appartement und können es nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Rennbahn in Vallelunga eine Veranstaltung hat. Gerne wieder!

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

Appartamento molto accogliente dotato di tutti i confort perfetto per 2 persone ambiente molto riservato e tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro .Andrea persona molto gentile e disponibile ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Ci torneremo a Macchie, sistemazione alloggiativa perfetta e familiare. Gli host impeccabili e cortesi. Abbiamo soggiornato per sole due notti. Troppo poche. Da rifare, magari con i colori dell'autunno.

Carlo ha mostrato grandissima professionalità nel gestire la sua struttura ricettiva. Torneremo sicuramente.

L'alloggio di Gianluca e Alessandra è veramente un gioiello. Spazioso, ben attrezzato e pulitissimo, come fosse stato ristrutturato da pochi giorni!! Tutto è stato studiato nei dettagli affinché il soggiorno sia piacevole. Ogni stanza è congegnata in modo da offrire tutti i comfort che posso servire per soggiorno anche di lunga durata. La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica e in una zona molto tranquilla in cui si trovano trattorie, supermercati e negozi di artigianato. Gianluca ci accolti di persona e da subito ha dimostrato di essere un host accogliente e molto disponibile, tanto che l'impressione è stata quella di aver trascorso alcuni giorni a casa di amici.
