Our family enjoyed the spacious house including the many outdoor patios, pool and viewing deck. Great location as base camp to much of the site seeing around the island! Beds were comfortable as well.

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Nikki's place was exactly what we hoped for when booking the location for two young families. We spent hours on the beautiful porches, afternoons BBQ'ing on the pool deck and endless games of pickleball, fooseball and ping pong. The walkable proximity to Magics sands as well as the beach shack restaurant and bar and grill were added bonuses. The layout was great to split between two families, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well thoughtout. Would highly recommend!

Dave’s place is across the street from premier snorkeling on the Big Island. It comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults. Impeccably clean and well-appointed with amenities that make the stay easy and comfortable.

Wonderful clean and large home in a quiet neighborhood. Option for air in each room. Beautiful view of the water. Well appointed kitchen and large outdoor space.

This place was awesome. A great place for families. We had 6 adults and one infant and we all had plenty of room. The condo is right across the street from the pool and gym. We rented golf carts to get around the resort and would highly recommend doing this. We did most breakfasts and lunches at the condo with supplies from the grocery store at the shops and also did dinners at the shops as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit you will not be disappointed !!!!!!

We loved our time in this beautiful home. The views are incredible and the lanai and pool area is where we spent most of our time. The home was incredibly clean upon arrival and had enough supplies to clean up after ourselves during our stay. This was the most well equipped home we have stayed in. A well stocked kitchen, pool toys, beach gear, plenty of towels, hair tools, and very comfortable beds. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely return.

This house indeed has a magic lanai, with amazing sunset views and a beautifully private feeling. The lanai had a breeze if you were hot, and the pool was nestled calmly in trees and was a wonderful mid-afternoon reprieve, and great for the kids. The home itself is smartly designed to cool off quickly at night. Large space with easy flow. Chelsea and Rudi are very helpful When the washing machine broke (such is the randomness of life) it was easily arranged for us to be able to do the laundry next door. Loved the neighbourhood. Away from the busy Ali'i drive, but close enough to walk down to enjoy, or take a short drive. Private and quiet, this was a great home in which to unwind.

We had the most amazing stay in Kona at Richard’s place. The house truly felt like home away from home for a week. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous with breathtaking views of the ocean. The inside was perfect for our family from the dining area to the tv area to the game area where we gathered to play some of the games Richard had on hand a few of the evenings we were there. When we go back, we definitely want to book Richard’s place again! We sure miss being there this week!

My husband and I stayed here a week with two friends. It was such a great stay.. You don't even have to leave the house, so peaceful and quiet, the pool was clean and very inviting. We loved the set up, having each our own space but still a common area (both inside and out to visit). The place was clean and the owners were so friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. The hosts were great, accommodating and helpful! Our family of 5 with kids (7-10) loved our stay! the pool and view were unparalleled. The space was clean and perfect, the parents were in the main apartment while the kids enjoyed the side unit. We had run y with the air mattress and with the couch bed for any kids that wanted to stay with us. We had an amazing first trip to Kona and can't wait to return! Mahalo🌺

Beautiful place! Great location. All the amenities you could need inside: shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, silverware/plates. Also all you could need for the beach including beach towels, umbrella, chairs, and a cooler. Perfect for a long stay. No AC but it cools down at night and we didn't mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This house is wonderful - clean space, beautiful decor and landscaping, nice layout, and great pool! It is also super close to everything, but separate enough that you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. It was great that a variety of beach items, pool toys, and baby gear was provided. Hosts were very responsive and helpful as well.

We just got back from staying at Zane’s place in Kona, and it was awesome—spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable for an easygoing vacation. Plus, it’s in a laid-back neighborhood just minutes away from all the best Kona surfs spots, making it a total win for a getaway.

Lovely home in a beautiful location with a friendly, attentive and helpful host! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we have the good fortune to return to Hawaii.

This place is quiet and very peaceful. The surroundings were beautiful! Very easy to walk down to the harbor to do one of the manta ray night tours. Would definitely recommend!

Barb’s home is exceptional, especially for a large family/friend’s vacation. The pictures really don’t show the beauty of the spaces! Our group had 7 adults and a toddler and the spaces were varied and perfect for relaxing, swimming, socializing, cooking and sleeping. The location of this amazing house is steps from great snorkeling, fantastic sunsets and incredible outings. The ocean breezes cooled the house at night, and although we did use ceiling fans and room fans, we didn’t need any air conditioning (although there were units in each bedroom). Highlights included the pool which was much bigger than the pictures showed and the back porch with Koi Ponds and waterfalls. We would definitely recommend staying here and our family hopes to come back in the future!

I thought it was a lovely House and Location! I just wanted to share that the second bedroom with the queen bed is located in the back of the house. You have a combination entry. The bathroom is separate. The king bedroom is inside the house with the living room attached and a private bathroom. If two couples are coming I just wanted to make note there is a difference between the two rooms. That king room is also Experiencing an ocean view. We loved the proximity to the reef with the sea life with turtles and fish. Fun to watch the surfers! Loved the outdoor kitchen area!

We had eight adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room for us to spread out! The view is gorgeous house is very nice!

This was a beautiful peaceful place and the outside sitting areas were the biggest plus to have. We sat out every night in the tower. Heidi our host was very responsive and we communicated well. We liked having multiple living areas as we are around 70 and there were 2 couples and a single. The pictures were representative however the sofas are starting to show their age as they have been well used because they are so comfy. Since we are older the foam mattresses on the beds were a little too soft for us but would be fine for someone younger. This was probably the most well stocked house I have stayed in ever. Lots of bed pillows and towels, laundry detergent supplied, even baggies in the kitchen. No need to bring toiletries nor buy toilet paper because they only give you one roll and they also supplied wipes to use for wiping down counters! There is room for 2 care or small suvs. However anything large like a minivan or full size SUV would be difficult to park .

We had another lovely stay at Roxanne’s little piece of paradise and can’t wait to return again next year. The condo has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation on the Big Island. Roxanne is an excellent host - she provided some great recommendations for this trip and when we inquired about beach toys she had them and many other new beach toys just outside our door a few hours later. Thank you again for allowing us to return and enjoy all the Island has to offer! A Hui Hou 🌺
