Wie bereits beim letzten Mal wurden wir herzlich empfangen und unser verspäteter check-in war unproblematisch. Die ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung ist perfekt für den Messebesuch. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben, gute Anbindung an die Autobahn und ÖPNV. Eignet sich z.B. gut für einen Wochenendtrip, da man so gut in die Münchner Innenstadt oder auch zur Therme Erding kommt. Die Kommunikation mit Marc war gut und er hat uns einen flexiblen Check-In ermöglicht. Bei Gelehenheit kommen wir gerne wieder her.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Danke David, wir haben ein paar schöne erholsame Tage verbracht (leider zu kurz) und kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war so offen und unkompliziert wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Andreas war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und super für Wanderungen am Staffelsee. Gerne wieder!

Gabi ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Lei è sempre stata molto disponibile. Appartamento come da foto, pulito e in ordine. Relativamente vicino a Monaco e alle terme di Erding. Tutto perfetto. Grazie di tutto!

We had an incredible stay at this charming apartment near the hills. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the fresh, crisp air and scenic landscape was truly a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all things one need for preparing a full course meal. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy outdoor adventures (Skiing, etc..), this place offers the perfect balance. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the city for a few days. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Unterammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. We’ll definitely be back!

Vera was a great host. Communication was clear and Vera was quick to respond to any messages. Check in was easy and Vera gave clear instructions. A great host!

The flat was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The stove and oven were easy to work and plenty of dishes and utensils supplied. She has a binder with helpful instructions for how to get around Munich and things to do. Bathroom was clean and plenty of storage space if you are planning a longer stay. She was extremely kind and understanding towards any requests my husband and I had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a gorgeous listing with great amenities and a phenomenal host. The level of care taken to ensure our stay was enjoyable went above and beyond. The location also happens to be within walking distance of restaurants and bars which is an additional bonus.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind super, sodass man auch schnell in die Innenstadt kommt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Park, daher mit Hund gut geeignet. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Werde diese Unterkunft gerne nächstes mal wieder buchen.

We loved our stay at Guillaume’s!! Everything was as described in the listing. Prior to arrival, Guillaume provided us a detailed pdf with clear instructions. The apartment location is fantastic - quick walk to bus/U-bahn station. Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and shops very close by and we always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable. It was even decorated with some Christmas items since we were there for the holiday. The kitchen is compact but had everything we needed and having an air fryer was great! When we had questions Guillaume was extremely responsive and helpful. If we visit Munich again we will definitely stay here again.

Fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl. Gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und „alles“ vorhanden, was man so braucht! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich sehr bemühten, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben! Wunderschöne Lage, wenn man eine Auszeit in der Natur möchte:) Größtes Highlight: Der mit Holz beheizte Whirlpool 💫 Ein Traum🥰

As you can see by our all 5 star rating - it was everything we hoped for - the only negative to our stay was that the elevator was not working - we haven’t included this in the rating as we felt it unfair as was beyond your control x Thank you

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Schöne Wohnung im obersten Geschoss eines älteren Mehrfamilienhauses. Zum Aufzug sind es ein paar Stufen vom Eingang aus. Dieser fährt bis in das 4. OG und dann geht es nochmal ein paar Stufen hoch bis zur Wohnung. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick von der Wohnung und sie ist - wie ich finde - schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist auch in Ordnung, vielleicht muss man etwas rangieren. Die Whirlwanne macht bestimmt auch Freude, ich hatte leider nur Zeit zum Duschen da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war. Katharina war über die App immer gut erreichbar.

Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht da waren. Haben wir uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und alle nötigen Sachen waren vorhanden. Die Absprachen zwischen Max und mir haben Wunderbar geklappt, auch auf wünsche oder nachfragen ist man eingegangen. Kurz gesagt: die Wohnung ist top, sauber und eine tolle Aussicht. Wir werden demnächst wieder kommen wenn wir hier in der Nähe sind.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.
