Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood

Found the decor to be quite charming and loved the sports themes with every room being different. Lots of attention paid to details. Nice parking cover for the car and loved all the lawn steppers. We felt very comfortable, right at home, and well taken care of. Should opportunity present, we will definitely keep this property high on our list.

We rented this AirBNB for 4 nights with our 3 children and grandkids. The main reson we picked this place was because to the arcade rooms they have there. One of the kids bedrooms had a foose table and a shuffleboard table. The arcade room had multiple video games, putting green and a pool table. This kep the kids busy most of the time. Besides the main house there is a shared pool up about 34 steps and on that same level a small one bedroom cabin. The kids stayed in the house and we stayed in the cabin. We ordered Thanksgiving food from a place close to this house that was very good. Plenty of places to shop, eat and order pizza there.

We loved that my family could stay together while visiting extended family in MS. Beautiful home and very well maintained. The ‘wet room’ bath and shower was a lovely surprise! Water pressure and how quickly the water heated was amazing! We will definitely book again! Dora and Stephanie were extremely helpful and responsive!

Stayed 5 days to attend a funeral. Was very comfortable. Loved that it was not far from Pearl River Resort! Hit 2 jackpots while I was there!

Absolutely fabulous stay! I only wish we’d had longer to stay! My husband and I are relocating from Texas to Florida so this was our first stop to break up the trip. And it was so comfortable! Enough space for all of us, and our 2 dogs loved the yard!!! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and furnished with anything you might need during a longer stay! Definitely recommend to stay here if in the area!

We really felt at home and Faye's place. She is so sweet and let us check in early since severe weather was coming and we were cycling in. The house is spacious with some beautiful details, like the gorgeous headboard in the master bedroom, and the master shower has an old-school shower head that provides strong flow to massage sore muscles at the end of the day! Faye left some snacks for us and even a brand-new flashlight and LED push light in case the power went out during the storm. We appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer, and Faye had detergent and spot remover too. This place is a block and a half from the Trace--so convenient--and Faye gave us recommendations for eating and shopping in town. There are restaurants in Bassfield that aren't on the map apps, and you can buy some produce at the Dollar General too, so know that Bassfield is a good stop on the Trace! We stayed two nights and biked to Prentiss and back as our day 3 cycling the Trace. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean and comfortable home. Would absolutely stay again!
