Lovely overnight stay. Very central so easy to get around Leeds Kemeel was also very responsive. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Leeds

Excellent place. Was up in Leeds for my fiance to have a serious operation in Leeds General Hospital. This place was a short walk away and was ideal after very stressful days in intensive care. Just came back all amenities are there and such a lovely view over the canal. Loved my stay. Apart from the reason I was up there. Thank you very much 😀

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation. The Yorkshire Hosts upgraded us to a bigger unit due to some heating issues in the booked rooms, prior to us arriving. The unit was absolutely beautiful, a home away from home over the Christmas break. It is in a fantastic location in walking distance to everything including the city center. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We had a lovely ovely stay at Chris's place. Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm & homely. The kitchen was really well equipped, you look out over a private garden & a nice walk into town. I'd definitely stay again & recommend.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Stayed for a couple of nights for a family function in Leeds. He had a lovely stay. The place is quiet and has an added bonus for off-road parking.

Such a great place, ideal for our needs, treats to keep us going and breakfast supplies, comfy beds, spacious lounge, amazing shower, wonderful recommendation for the local pub, all round fantastic home.

The house was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and the canal. We always managed to get a parking space close by. We enjoyed our stay, designed to catch up with extended family from Yorkshire and Manchester. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, so a great night's sleep. The dog loved his morning walks by the canal. We had lovely meals at Stubbing Wharf and The White Lion Inn.

A gorgeous stay! Exceeded our expectations. All the nice little touches, like the freshly baked goodies, ample teas, coffees, hot chocolates and marshmallows, really added to the experience. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is really peaceful and not far to walk in to Holmfirth centre. We would definitely visit here again!

Fantastic sat at Amy’s place. The accommodation had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one toddler with a single bed to spare. The property had clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard. All the fixtures and finishes were of high quality. Amy was a great host, really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Perfect property & location as we were visiting family in Harrogate. The coach house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely welcome basket of goodies & bubbly. Annalisa very helpful with instructions and information of local eateries. Would definitely return. Gillian, Mark and woofies

Well positioned for transport links various places to eat an drink fish an chips shop over the road walk on the leeds Liverpool canal and also a couple of parks to visit one drawback is quite a few steps to negotiate getting in to the apartment

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. We were visiting family very close by and needed a place to stay as a base. This was perfect for us. Check in was easy, instructions and info provided was helpful and really appreciated having some milk in the fridge for tea when we arrived. + Had a great day out in Saltaire at the converted mill which I’d highly recommend if visiting the area too. Local history, Art, excellent book store, amazing home store and good dining options.

Highly recommend Jayne’s apartment. Fantastic location for Malham and other sites in the Yorkshire Dales. Apartment is spotless, warm and welcoming. All the facilities you could want. Very comfortable.

Amazing apartment in quiet location but close to the best of Knaresborough. Great hosts, lovely apartment and picture perfect balcony and riverside views. Saw buzzards and deer from the window. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Perfect place for us to clear out my father’s nearby flat (since he has had to go into a residential aged care home). Stayed for two weeks. Centrally located and walkable to restaurants in Montpellier Parade. Cleaner came in once a week. There was a welcome pack of provisions - very welcome when arriving from Australia. Andrew was friendly and helpful. The weather was terrible (snow) and the wifi had a problem so Andrew organised a 5G hub as a workaround - much appreciated. Off-street parking was also convenient for my brother. Rosemary

We had an excellent stay here. Sanita met us which made our arrival really easy. The apartment was spacious and quiet with lots of helpful little extras like tea/coffee, milk on arrival etc. Our son appreciated the games available and my husband and I were grateful of Netflix as we weren't in a position to enjoy the nightlife on this trip! The apartment was only a few mins walk to the bus stops, and about a 15 mins walk from the train station. We also walked to the City Museum (5 mins), Water Taxi (20 mins), Armoury (35 mins), and Industrial Museum (40 mins). These were all done with a 7 year old so may be quicker if you're adults only. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The apartment was warm and the hot water was plentiful enough for 3 of us to shower. The WiFi seemed good too. This was a great fit for us and we'd recommend it. Thanks for having us, Dave and Sanita.
