Although the property is itself and older home, it does not feel like it. It has been maintained exceptionally well with good furniture and beddings for all guests. Extra amenities were provided when asked. Caretaker made us some great food with no qualms and was responsive too. The place is huge and very very close to Yercaud Lake (5 mins by walk), so there wasn't much dependency to travel by a vehicle (even if you had one). Since property is a bit older and the doors/windows are from a long way back, closing and opening some of them was tough but that is a minor issue and can easily be ignored. Prime location, huge space, private, ample car parking (2 cars can easily be parked), campfire provisions, supermarket 20 seconds away, restaurants 2 minutes away, excellent wifi (100 MBPS with no problems), great Tata Sky connection (almost all channels worked) means that this stay was very satisfying. 100% recommend!!!

Had a great stay. Veena was very responsive and the caretaker was quite helpful. the caretaker arranged everything properly from bonefire to kitech utensils and helping with getting a few last minute groceries from nearby shop. Overall, we had a blast. Highly recommended

Beautiful house in the middle of coffee plantations. The area is very peaceful, with lots of open space to go on early morning walks. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Caretakers make you feel right at home, specially with the delicious food and tea/coffee. Kushi (host) is very welcoming and helpful, right from the day we booked the place. We loved our time here and would love to visit again. Highly recommended for people looking for a comfy, cozy and relaxing place away from the hustle of the city.

Veera's place was was clean and well equipped for long stays. it is as described in the pics. veera communicated well and had a pleasant stay. I loved the swing and the terrace space. It has good privacy too. we loved it.

The house is in very good locality and rooms are value for money. I stayed there for 1 month and did not faced any issues in between my stay. Amith and neha were very responsive, responded very quickly to my queries during stay. Everything were made available before in the room before my stay started. Best for couples and if planning for longer stay. Room is at terrace, so have very good views of sky from the terrace

The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful. The little touches, like fresh towels,cozy atmosphere, amazing view made it feel like a home away from home. we had a great month long stay. the host did his best to provide us with what was missing in the house, he allowed us to check in early, check out late... anytime we had issues, the issue was fixed fast. the house is very spacious, airy, and quiet. you need a car or scooters to get around (which we had). i can recommend.

Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

We (6 Adults and 2 kids) stayed at Jose's place for 2 nights. He received us personally and accommodated all our requests w.r.t food preferences, visit to nearby places, suggestions etc. graciously. His property is very well constructed with thoughtful designs particularly in the dining area, washrooms and beds. The property is on a beautiful hill top and has another one coming up next to it as well shortly. He gave personal attention and his caretaker, cook are excellent too. They prepared great authentic Kerala cuisine that was mouthwatering. The food was reasonably priced and worth every rupee. We couldn't however visit the pond since the trek was difficult for kids and elderly. But we loved the place and hope to visit again in future.

The stay was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of privacy. The property was big and would be a perfect location for people looking for a getaway. Loved the mountain view. Food was one of the big pluses about the place, they also gave us tender coconuts which were grown inside the property. Especially loved the aesthetics of the building.

Had a wonderful time staying here! We woke up everyday to the wonderful tunes of singing birds and surrounded by beautiful trees all around. The cottage was was very neat with plenty of space for 4-6 people. It comes with a large room, attached washroom, an open dining space at the landing and an open verandah that runs along the perimeter of the cottage. Aside from the cottage itself, what stood out was the beautiful common area and poolside. Special shoutout to the manager, Mr Prince for taking great care of us and catering to all our needs. He made us very comfortable and went above and beyond to help us plan the activities for the day. Would recommend to friends and family looking for a quiet place to chill over the weekend.

Our stay at this beach house was an absolute dream! It was the perfect getaway with amazing beach views and a beautiful garden that made our mornings so serene. The house itself was very clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Rafica, the host, was outstanding in her communication. She promptly answered all our questions and concerns, ensuring we felt at ease throughout our stay. Special mention to Settu, the caretaker, and the diligent cleaning crew who went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests promptly. Easily one of the best stays, you can find on Airbnb along the East coast road. The hospitality was too good. The caretakers at the property were genuinely concerned about us and accompanied us even during late night walks to the private beach. I had my doubts during booking as there are no good restaurants nearby the accommodation, but the food prepared by the cooks were too good. We ended up eating both dinner and breakfast at the Bnb! Pool slide, ATV, Kayak, Cycles, outdoor games were standout of this place! Thank you Venkat for hosting us!

Fantastic river view place near Mahabalipuram. Spacious house with a lovely garden and well maintained pool. Comfortable beds, spotless linen and towels. Ideal for large families. There is an additional bathroom in the living room apart from the 3 attached ones in the bedrooms. Akash was waiting for us and gave us excellent suggestions about local restaurants. He was flexible about check in and check out timings. Caretakers living on the property were very helpful. Perfect place to unwind and relax with friends/ family.
