nice place to stay

Great stay with family. Location is middle of the city. Peaceful area with all mentioned amenities were available.

we booked the house on very short notice and HOST was very helpful and made our checkin very easy , Host is very easily reachable, and accomdation was very pleasant. we felt accomdation like home. I recommend this accomdation to others.

We enjoyed our stay as the place and the surrounding was really beautiful, away from the noise and busy places. The Host's Grandma was very helpful and arranged everything for us, as she was very responsive and ready to help whenever needed. Chris was clear with the instructions and helped us get there when approached about the location. Just the best place to relax and enjoy the cool weather and scenic beauty. Worth visiting again.

The place is good value for money overall. ..for the price, you essentially get a whole house to yourself with a caretaker/watchman at all times which is great..its also centrally located in the town while still within a peaceful locale…property came with 2 bedrooms and a single bed in the hall..bathrooms could be cleaner but it was perfectly usable..some additional amenities like towels and toiletries would be good additions.. Surya was a great host and a gentleman..always available over the phone and helpful..overall a great stay and we will come back again !

Awesome experience staying in Water Rock homestay in amazing location. It would be better if we had to stay most of the time spending there. Goes well with saying - In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.

Super glad to have stayed here. We came as a group of 4. The house is beautiful and has its own charm. Chitra ma'am and Shanthi ma'am are very helpful and friendly. They show you the property and it's amenities patiently and are easily approachable. The surroundings with the easy access to the beach made the stay memorable. The dogs present in the property are super friendly and are another reason to come visit. Please do note that the road leading to the house is fairly narrow, so you might have to drive carefully. Thanks again to Mr. Satya for allowing us to stay here.

Jerry, a hardcore naturalist who hosted us and made our Waynad trip more exciting. The property is well maintained and esthetic. The property is full of experiences. Jerry himself took us to his coffee plantation and a beautiful lake inside the property with his own car. We did Kayaking in his private lake and it was a wonderful experience. Sagar, his assistant, is polite and took us for a morning walk. We were able to spot birds and malabar giant squirrel. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect weekend getaway and family get togethers.

Cannot say enough about his hospitality and making us feel like we are at home. Would totally visit again, for the experience and the people.

The house is planned really well and is aesthetic at the same time. You can capture amazing photos. 3 rooms are in the ground floor and 1 room in the 1st floor. The rest of the first floor opens up as an entire hall to chill with beautiful lights. The rooms and toilets are very clean. The beds are comfy and the toiletries are of the highest quality. You have multiple spots to chill around the house. Ex: outdoor dining area, barbeque area, balconies. We were there only for a night and could not make full utilisation of the property but the property also had many outdoor and indoor games. Neema is the caretaker there and he is very helpful with everything. Privacy is something we prefer at a stay and the best part was any staff member did not enter the villa without seeking our permission. The team from Raho is always a ping away. Sarita is a wonderful host. We had a great experience staying there. The place is very beautiful with coffee estates all around and luscious greens surrounding the house which is soothing and very different from hustle of the city. We felt as if we were in our grandparents house as Sarita and their staff didn't treat us like strangers and were very friendly and homely providing insights about the place.

Naveen ji is a good host. He was easy to communicate with and I liked the place, really spacious and great ambience.

ok so I was absolutely blown out of the water by our stay here, the host was an absolute treat. he had a great personality,was warm in greeting us, and gave us 24/7 help whenever we needed it. when the wifi went out he first got the service men here day one. when that didn't help he went out and bought us a new router. he let us do a late check out at no additional fee because of my late flight out. he was great. that's just the host. the flat itself is gorgeous,well maintained,and really feels like luxury living. we even got a cleaning service when we needed it. we will absolutely be coming back and look forward to our next stay. thank you so much. from Jumanah and Christian.

The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful. The little touches, like fresh towels,cozy atmosphere, amazing view made it feel like a home away from home. Wonderful Stay

We made a trip to Mysore for two days and stayed at this lovely Homestay; a green oasis on the outskirts of town. The hosts were very welcoming, charismatic and eloquent. We really enjoyed the conversations we had at breakfast. The rooms were clean and you could ask the staff anything you needed at any time. There were options for yoga and massage, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to try. Can totally recommend this place if you want to get away to a quiet place close to Mysore!
