Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

My second stay here was just like the first one, wonderful experience. We had a small mechanical issue and it was addressed immediately. I brought my cousins down to fish and they enjoyed it as well. This is my go to stay for fishing trips! Thank you Preston and Lisa!

The home was perfect for our family for our week long stay. It had everything we needed. The location was great, close to the beach and close enough to town. The little neighborhood was nice.

This was our second stay through Andres at this property. I would highly recommend this Villa if you are travelling with a group and need space. Lupita, the chef, is very helpful with organizing the meal plans for the time of your stay. She and Lupita (yes, another Lupita) prepare delicious food and will make you feel welcome at every turn. The Lupitas really are wonderful people. The beach where the villa is located is an "easy" beach to use as it stays relatively shallow for easy swimming entry and exit. You will see plenty of wildlife between whales (at the right season) in the bay and during this visit, we were able to watch a Sea Turtle digging a hole and laying her eggs. Salvador, who works the gate, is also able to call for taxis that will come over from the resort nearby. We will stay here again.

Great place and great hosts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We hope to go back next year.

The house was very beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was very clean and complete. Beds were very comfortable, decorations and layout make the house feel spacious and organized. We used it for a family vacation and enjoyed it very much. We did not need to use Jenifer for anything during our stay, but at the time of our check in for an issue with the key and she responded immediately and solved on the spot. We definitely recommend this house and look forward to come back ourselves.

Austin was one of the best owners I have ever dealt with. Wonderful location, clean, if anything the place was better than the pictures. Wonderful pool area, lots of seating, toys. I could go on and on, all I can say is this place is great.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. We also had a blast with the foosball and pool table. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

This home was everything a guest could ask for on their vacation. It was decorated beautifully and very spacious! We personally loved the game room with pool table and arcade games, as well as hanging out on the wraparound deck! We also enjoyed smoking steaks and grilling on the Traeger bbq. Nik was very responsive and provided a lengthy description of anything needed upon checking in. We are looking forward to booking this home again on our next vacation here!

We have toured and vacationed up and down the Pacific Coast of Mexico for many years, from La Penita to Zihuantanejo, and found our private Mexican beach paradise at Casa Bertha. Ximena was always responsive, Gillia provided a clean home and wonderful, simple, authentic local menu, including vegetarian dishes for our guests. Bertha will stay with us until we can visit again.

Tim’s spot is THE spot, get this gem and pat yourself on the back…….just saying. We had a grand time, thank you!

El lugar es maravilloso, sobre todo la vista y la tranquilidad que se puede sentir, totalmente como en casa. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, había todo lo necesario para la estancia que tuvimos. Josh siempre atento a nuestros mensajes si algo se necesitaba, así como las recomendaciones para cenar y visitar de lujo. Sin duda alguna regresaría.

Me and my family stayed at Hacienda de Mar this past weekend. We had an awesome time. The House is beautiful just as you can see it on the picture next to the ocean with an amazing view. We spent most of the day in the beautiful pool and relaxing in the garden in a comfortable hamaca. Every room has AC and a TV were we watched movies at night. The kitchen is beautiful aswell. The check in process was easy and the comunicarion with the host and manager was excelent. We recomend this house and we can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular oceanfront home with helpful owner and staff. Infinity edge pool and beach access were highlights with a fabulous, comfortable patio and well-appointed kitchen. The Casa is very private and quiet, and safety was never a concern. 10 minute walk to the world-class surf break at Playa La Saladita. There is not alot of development or many amenities in the immediate area which for us added to the charm and authentic feel of the area. There are several casual restaurants with sunset views in the little town of La Playa Saladita with some more upscale options 20 minutes away in the town of Troncones. Can't wait to come back!

Our family’s stay in Perula was an absolute joy ! The home is beautiful, with lots of space all the amenities we needed. The lawn, pool and outside area were meticulously maintained and made for a great way to relax. The beach access couldn’t be easier and more convenient. The best part about our time at Christine’s place was how friendly and helpful the caretaker, Edgar was. He was proactive in contacting us in preparation for our arrival. He took time to be very methodical in explaining everything we needed to know about the house and gave great tips on all the local beaches, restaurants and other areas. He was readily available whenever we needed and made our trip one of the best we ever had. We will be back !!
