5 star stay! Clean, private, quiet and perfectly located. Fantastic hosts too! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

Better than the photos. We drove quite a bit the day we stayed and it felt very cozy to fall onto the couch, eat and then sleep well in the space. Comfortable Bed! Quiet. Parking right next to the unit and fairly private. It felt super safe.

It was a near perfect Airbnb! Lovely space with everything clearly labeled, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in. We are looking forward to coming again!!

We booked this for friends as we had several couples coming for a reunion. Mamau’s house was larger than we expected and in our neighborhood. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. A great find!

We realized it had been 13 years since we had been at Rivers Edge. Still very lovely, peaceful, private and quiet. We loved sleeping with the screened doors open so we could hear the flowing water. Gary was helpful as always. They have a wonder big, gentle dog that came to visit. There’s great seating outside…along with a swing. We will return!

Had an amazing stay at Kim and Tom’s place. It is just off the main strip a few miles. Beautiful location. The pool and hot tub are absolutely awesome. When I arrived my fridge had all kinds of drinks including a beverage I had asked for. If you want above and beyond hosts with amazing amenities this is it. The casitas are super clean and spacious. We will be back for sure in the future. Thanks for the amazing experience!!

Such a great hidden gem for a couples getaway weekend! The hot tub was amazing and is heated on demand! The hosts were wonderful and helpful!

I really enjoyed my stay! Roxana was great and super responsive. She was very accommodating with an early check in. The property was really nice, I’m not sure the pictures did it justice! The entire property is fenced so it felt very private. The guesthouse was very clean and nicely laid out with plenty of space. The work space was great with a modern sit/stand desk. I had no problem being on a video call working in the space. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare a small meal. The bed was comfortable and I definitely slept better there than I did at a recent hotel stay! Next time I am in San Antonio, I will definitely check the guest house for availability!

Sara's casita is the perfect place for a quiet rest. I needed something close to our daughter's house and would only be spending a few days in Santa Fe to help with the grandchildren. I do think that the place would benefit from better pillows and linens which seemed old. However, the place is very clean and well maintained. A couple of oversights, a door not latching properly and the lack of dishwashing soap. were corrected immediately. The casita is charming and well-appointed with its own private courtyard. I would love to stay here again, but may bring my own pillow.

This property was centrally located. The hosts were amazing and answered a ton of questions even before check-in. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable. I felt very safe while traveling alone. I highly recommend this property and these hosts. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a funeral and had a lovely, peaceful stay at Casey and Lacy's guesthouse. They were friendly hosts and the guesthouse was cozy and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for my husband and I while visiting family nearby. Austin was quick to answer my questions and the guesthouse was peaceful. The projection TV was fun to use!

We stayed in this casita for two weeks in March. The location is convenient for traveling in any direction from Santa Fe. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and it was pleasant to walk around, though there are no sidewalks. We enjoyed dinner just up the road at the Pecos Trail Cafe twice during our stay. The casita is very clean and comfortable. Rabbits and raccoons visit often.

We loved staying here. Very private and secure place. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back next visit. 10/10

Pamela's place was great! It's in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from all the shops and restaurants in the Bishops Arts District which was a great area. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I visited New Braunfels on a little work/hiking trip. We worked from the Airbnb during the afternoons and hiked nearby state parks in the mornings/evenings. The place was perfect for us! It was truly spotless, way bigger than expected, and felt so private (it has its own fenced in area and driveway--you would never know you are on the owner's property). We had a family emergency come up during our stay and we had to leave a night early. Daryl was so kind to modify our reservation for us and reimburse us for the extra night. We will certainly stay at this place again if we return to NB!
