Todd was an amazing host and never went without 2 minutes before answering our inquiries. We were skeptical on coming here because of the one star review but all of the 5 star reviews made us overlook and book this villa and may we say that we were very impressed with our stay. The house was spotless. Very clean inside and out. Rooms were great sizes and beds very comfortable. No bugs inside the home at all during our stay. We will guarantee be back here hopefully 2x a year! Its our new vacation home!!

Juan’s place was like a dream! Once we step into the home we were in awe! From the high ceilings, to the beautiful furniture and that beautiful backyard we were in heaven!! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfy as well! The star of the show for us was the backyard, it was so peaceful back there, we just played some music, threw some burgers on the grill and lounge by the pool!! We were loving every minute of our stay! Every time we visit Punta Cana moving forward we will be booking his place again!

Had an amazing stay with Jaay! Jaay and Ilianet were very responsive and helpful. Jaay was able to accommodate our early check in & helped coordinate transportation. We were even provided information on popular restaurants and nightlife near by.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Charming House it truly felt like a little slice of magic. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean, and so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it super easy to have a private chef come in and cook for us a real highlight of our trip! The location is fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The property’s security is very thorough: everyone (including Ubers and friends) needs a code and an ID to enter the complex. It took a bit of planning, but I appreciated the extra peace of mind it provided. Communication with our host was great she responded quickly to every question and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’m giving this Airbnb 4.5 stars. It’s a gorgeous home in a great location, and I’d happily stay here again! ❤️

Overall this was a great stay. The home is located in an area that is still being developed, but we felt very safe and it was not far from the beach, local restaurants and other attractions. I would highly recommended .

For our first guys trip, this place was exactly what we needed. Gabriela was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The accommodations met our expectations perfectly. We had a great time and only regret not booking a longer stay!

English: This house is a true gem! Wonderful architecture and design, very spacious and full of light. The views are breath taking - vast green fields, gorgeous skies. We were very pleased by how well stocked the house is for dining events and everyday living. The Host is knowledgeable and very helpful, any questions are resolved quickly. We were truly happy there. Espanol (estoy estudiando) ¡Esta casa es una verdadera joya! Maravillosa arquitectura y diseño, muy espacioso y lleno de luz. Las vistas son impresionantes: vastos campos verdes, cielos hermosos. Nos complació mucho lo bien abastecida que está la casa para eventos gastronómicos y la vida cotidiana. La "Host" está bien informada y es muy útil, cualquier pregunta se resuelve rápidamente. Fuimos realmente felices allí.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette magnifique villa de 3 chambres. Salomon, l'hôte et tout son personnel, étaient fantastiques. La villa était spacieuse et bien équipée, parfaite pour notre famille. Les deux piscines étaient très belles et rafraîchissantes et les enfants ont adoré l'aire de jeux ! Nous avons passé nos soirées dans les espaces sociaux, profitant des barbecues et du magnifique extérieur. Un gros avantage était que la plage n'était qu'à 10 minutes en voiture, ce qui était très pratique. Je le recommande vivement pour une escapade parfaite en famille !

I really enjoyed my stay at this home, I felt safe because it's a gated community also felt very comfortable with how clean the home & Maura was very helpful with recommendations of great restaurants around the area! Would definitely stay again!

La villa nos pareció excelente. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, todo muy organizado, limpio, cómodo y bien equipada. Nos sentimos súper bien con el alojamiento, definitivamente es un lugar para volver. Frank fue el mejor host, muy amable, siempre pendiente, cuando llegamos siempre fue con buena comunicación y todos los días nos escribía para ver si algo hacía falta; definitivamente una persona súper preocupada por todo. Quedamos muy a gusto y encantados con su trato!

Buen lugar, limpio y ordenado, el complejo es muy agradable con amenidades interesantes. Vale la pena!!!

Felix’s house was a great place for our family vacation (2 grandparents, 2 kids, and 2 parents). The place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We would happily stay again. Felix was a great host!

Excelente casa, muy lujosa espacio muy grande para las personas que íbamos todas las comodidades necesarias, parrilla para hacer carne asada o algo más, alberca limpia casa limpia, todo a la mano en una privada muy tranquila, sin duda alguna regresaría. Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb for almost a week, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the host's extreme friendliness made us feel right at home. The house itself was impeccably clean—truly squeaky clean—which set the tone for our entire stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the images online did not do the house justice; it was even more beautiful and spacious in person. There were so many delightful details and comforts that made our stay truly amazing. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful touches and warm hospitality provided by the host and the housekeeper Daisy was so welcoming, gentle , and willing to do anything to help us out and made this trip unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and encourage anyone considering this place to book without hesitation. You will be amazed!
