Apartamento cómodo para pasear por Madrid. Al estar en un patio interior, es muy silencioso a pesar de estar ubicado en una calle con gran movimiento. Es muy interesante la experiencia de la diversidad cultural en el barrio Lavapiés. Nos resultó cercano a todos los lugares que queríamos conocer. Muy buena comunicación con Paula, impecables sábanas y toallas, gracias!!

Petit 2 pièces bien situé, Tout est accessible à pied ou métro. Il se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec des escaliers légèrement étriqués. Il est parfait pour un couple. C’est possible avec un enfant mais il faut faire des compromis de confort. Borja a été très réactif et très serviable.

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

We had a wonderful stay in Maria's apartment. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. As a group of girls, we especially appreciated the many en-suite bathrooms and mirrors in the accommodation. The location is near local shops and eateries and is a short cab ride to the city centre of Madrid. Highly recommend.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

Apartamento espectacular: vistas increíbles acompañadas de un interior muy cuidado. Zona tranquila bien comunicada en bloques de apartamentos privatizados con conserjería 24h. La anfitriona atenta en todo momento, desde la entrada hasta la salida facilitando el proceso. Sin lugar a dudas una súper elección para hacer noche a solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Volveremos 😉

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

o apartamento estava impecável, limpo e arrumado. Os anfitriões foram gentis o tempo todo, nos auxiliaram desde o momento em que reservamos o apartamento, com instruções com indicação da localização, para estacionar na garagem e como utilizar o transporte público local. Tudo ótimo... indico!

It was evident that great care and attention to detail had been put into maintaining the property, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests. What truly set this Airbnb apart was the incredible hospitality of our host and her family. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and given a thorough tour of the house. Our host provided us with invaluable local tips. Throughout our stay, the host and her family were always available to answer questions and offer assistance.

Google Maps nos llevo a la parte de atrás y fue un poco complicado, pero la chica estuvo atenta todo momento. Llegamos y nos acomodaron. Sitio limpio, con calefacción y cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios. Todo bien👍🏻. Se aprecia el garaje gratuito.

Todo perfecto, la estancia era ideal para dos personas, con una terraza muy bonita y el estudio perfectamente equipado con todo, desayuno incluido con cafetera, tostadas y bizcochitos. El sitio era muy tranquilo y ambos huéspedes súper amables, estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Muy recomendable

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

Un havre de paix, pourtant a proximité d'une très agréable vie de quartier et de nombreuses solutions de transport et stationnement. Une hôte très attentionnée et discréte. Tout est simple et bien pensé chez Fatima !

L’alloggio di Maria Victoria corrisponde alla descrizione: semplice ma con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Trovarlo è stato semplice e la posizione in cui si trova è molto comoda, essendo vicino a supermercati e alla fermata della metro; inoltre, è facile raggiungere luoghi di interesse come il Parco del Retiro e molto altro! Maria Victoria è stata gentilissima con me, mi ha accolto calorosamente e mi ha dato la possibilità di lasciare il mio zaino anche dopo il check out, così da poter visitare i musei più comodamente. In conclusione, sono molto soddisfatta e mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque cercasse un posto per soggiornare qualche giorno a Madrid!

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. There are 3 metro stations within a 5 to 10-minute walk which allows access to two different metro lines. Many of the tourist destinations are also within 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment was quiet and well-insulated from street noise. Ammar was also a great host and very responsive. We had a problem with the washer, and he came to fix it that same afternoon. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in Centro!
