We had the most wonderful stay ! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the property was. I am always nervous that a property won't look like the photos upon arrival but I can assure you- it's even better than the photos. The location is perfect, offering both serenity & easy access to everything we wanted to explore. Whether it was the nearby beaches, the local restaurants etc. everything was just a short walk or drive away. The space itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and tropical charm. We especially loved the outdoor area – the back patio space and the private pool AND bonus: the beach just at the end of the block was incredible! Lisa & Wanda were both incredibly welcoming & friendly. They truly made us feel at home, and we appreciated their attention to detail in ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

It was perfect for our needs. Host was responsive and accommodating. We needed a place to sleep, shower and cool off after our long days with family and friends. Location was great. Will definitely rent again.

Laura’s place was beautiful! It was located in a great area of Rincón with amazing views. It was clean and family-friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Walk to everything Rincon has to offer except surfing you need to drive about 5 mins for that but well worth the stay. Definitely would book this place again. Very clean and beds were great.

Our family loved our stay at Cristina’s beach house! The proximity to the beach is unmatchable and the balcony was incredible. So peaceful, gorgeous breezes and so quiet - only the waves. The beds were all comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the kitchen was well equipped. There was boogie boards, and snorkelling gear that my kids loved! We were able to walk to some food trucks, the local bakery for bread, the grocery store and much more. It is a great location and truly breathtaking views! We would not hesitate to recommend the beach house to family and friends!

Our stay at the beach house in Rincon was perfect. We had everything we needed and easy access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The house is in a nice quiet location where we had privacy but felt totally safe. Yolanda is an excellent host. She responded quickly to questions and gave clear instructions on how to get in the house. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much for having us.

Very clean! Near beaches and Rincon center

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.
