Was perfect for what we needed. Great outdoor space for the dogs. Loved the snacks on the table as well as the full selection of coffee and all the fixin's. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms were fully stocked with things someone might forget - toothbrush, toothpaste, etc... LOVED that there was ice in the ice maker!!! Couple notes: * There is a TINY step before the BIG step to the TV room. That tiny step can catch you off guard, be careful. * There is a little shelf behind the couch. If you don't pull the couch out a little, and you sit down/lean back, you'll hit the back of your head pretty hard (like I did).

Perfect house for our family! The kids loved the chalk room! Was very fun! Cameras outside of the house made everything feel very secure! All around 5 Stars!! Amazing host!

Great stay for a large family! We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful spacious home! Thi made it easy to check-in. The location was easy to find home was as is in pictures. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend this home for a large family, very quiet neighborhood! We felt right at home when we arrived. Also every place we visited in Colorado Spring was just 30minutes or less away from the house.

My review: This house was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, spacious, clean, wonderful view, fully stocked with supplies, and full of fun things for little kids (especially little girls). There is a closet-sized (!) doll house, play kitchen, baby doll stroller, etc. Also a variety of board games. The huge back deck faces the lake with a view of the sunset. It was even beautifully decorated for the holidays! The master bedroom and bathroom are very large and luxurious. The area is peaceful and lovely, and we saw deer every day. We accidentally left behind a pair of air pods, which they were kind enough to mail to us. Hopefully we can stay here again! My 9 year old son’s review: The couch was so big and warm, and there was a blanket on it too! There were so many TVs and the bed was so big. The house is ginormous (like a mansion)! The shower is big, which is a good thing. Beside the very big nice house we saw 40 deer! I would like to stay here 5 million more times!

We really liked the house and would choose this place again. It had everything we needed and we also liked the neighborhood. The host was communicative and nice. The check-in and check-out was really easy too. Thank you.

Stephanie was a great host and always quick to get back with us if we had any questions. Her home was very clean and comfortable. Stephanie went above and beyond if we ever needed anything. Having the grill out back was a plus, we felt right at home. We will definitely look into staying here again if we are back in the area. Thanks again!

We had an absolute amazing stay! Beautiful place, Beautiful mountain view, everything we needed, comfy living space and beds. And the hot tub was an amazing way to unwind from hiking and touring the area! 10stars from us! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

I’ve stayed here a few times and look forward to staying again! Probably my fave place in town, lovely neighborhood, pet friendly. Great kitchen with supplies to cook, host is great, definitely recommend.

There are not enough 'Allowable characters' in this box to describe how magical the location is. The cabin is tucked away in a meadow with aspen trees twinkling gold, Evergreens towering, and the mountains whispering freedom and peace. The space has character only something build with love overtime could have. Every direction you look is a visual treat. If that was not enough, the space is filled with ever amenitie needed to cook a fantastic meal, enjoy a good night sleep or be entertained without leaving. Fun games, books and movies sprinkle the space. If you are like me the fenced yard for our four legged family members was a real plus. If dogs are not thing the patio is amazing looking out over the yard and you wouldn't know by the inside that pets are allowed. The hosts are amazing and attentive. Definitely book NOW!

My husband and I stayed at the Pond House for our first anniversary trip. Derek and Suzanne were responsive, friendly, and overall great hosts. The Pond House itself was spectacular. Small, but comfortable and clean, and if you're spending your time inside, you're doing it wrong. The surrounding area is secluded and private, offering 360 mountain views, peaceful mornings on the porch, and ample wildlife. The pond is beautiful, and immensely enjoyable with provided paddleboards and loungers on the dock. Public BLM land is accessible right off the property for hiking and exploring. Canon City was a quick, scenic 20 min drive away for great food. The absolute highlight of the trip was Tilly, our fetch-obsessed tour guide who hopped on our paddle boards and came along hiking. 10/10 would book again, could not recommend it enough.

If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the spot! It is not close to the main road but Patrick gave me a very clear direction so wasn't hard to find. The internet connection is very weak or lost depending on where you are sitting. But I was looking for a place to be away from people and noise so that was good for me. The kitchen had all the pans, pots, and utensils we needed to cook. I brought books and games to keep us busy and groceries to cook meals. We didn't leave the cabin for the whole stay. It was a very calm and relaxing experience. It's so quiet that I slept so well!! The cabin is surrounded by aspen trees. I would wanna stay here again in the fall to see all the yellow leave :)

Such a lovely weekend! We stayed in the cabin for a river rafting trip this past weekend, and we had the best stay! Kimberly was so proactive in making sure we were able to find the house, as it could be tricky especially if your cell signal goes out (which ours did for a bit on the way). The drive can definitely be a little scary if you're going in less than ideal conditions. The cabin itself is exactly as pictured and described: perfectly cozy and peaceful. It was perfect for our 2 couples, and we all said how fun it would be with a few more people, as there's plenty of room. We loved sitting on the deck at sunset, and waking up to cows mooing in the hills in the morning. It's a little drive if you're going to the Royal Gorge, but not too bad at all. Definitely recommend making sure you grab your essentials in Canon City before you head off the paved road. Would love to come back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 😁

Beautiful house and absolutely stunning views. Our stay was during the week of Christmas and Caramia even decorated for us. Caramia also very communicative, proactive, easy to reach and responded immediately to any questions we had. Our family had a great time. Sunsets in particular were breathtaking.

We had a great weekend at the Cabin. The Cabin had everything we needed to adventure around Beulah and get away for a relaxing weekend. We would definitely recommend Lamont's place for anyone visiting Beulah and will go back whenever we adventure in Beulah. Thanks

We absolutely loved the cabin, especially the sunroom! The whole place has a ton of character and charm. It had everything we needed and more. Mollie was always in touch, and there were plenty of instructions and signs throughout the place so we knew exactly how to do everything.

Jeff's cabin is the perfect little getaway. We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by mountains ,and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Jeff gave great written directions on how to get to the cabin, so make sure to follow those. The little town of Victor is about 20 minutes away and Cripple Creek about 30 minutes away. We enjoyed driving to Cripple Creek and did a bit of gambling one day, and the next day we went to Victor and did a short hike to "Rita the Rock Planter Troll". When we weren't out exploring, we were enjoying the gas fire pit and quality times with friends playing board games. It was honestly great not having wifi or cellphone service. Jeff's place is very open and fit 5 of us and two dogs comfortably. We will definitely stay at Jeffs cabin again.
