For what you’re getting with this spot, as well as the location, it’s a steal. Not only was the host super friendly and responsive, but the security guards were also amicable and willing to help you out if need be. Additionally, the stay is at a central location and not too far from the beach at all - just a 15 minute walk (or less if you have long legs like me). All in all, I recommend this place.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Had a great stay on my weeklong visit to Cozumel. The house is absolutely beautiful - by far one of the prettiest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Super clean and tons of natural light. While a bit outside of the city center, there are some local restaurants nearby. There is also a grocery store and Sam's Club less than a 5 minute walk away. Regular taxis/motos on the main road make it very easy to get to the Malecon for only about 50 pesos for a mototaxi. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect. David was flexible with checkin time to accommodate flight schedules . The pool was a wonderful added feature. Also, the location was perfect.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison de Francesca est parfaite ! bien équipée, sécurisée, en face de la piscine et bien placée pour partir visiter les sites alentours. Les personnes qui surveillent l'accès à la résidence sont très agréables et serviables. Francesca, malgré son absence physique, était toujours disponible et de bons conseils. si nous devons revenir dans ce coin, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Francesca ☺️ Logement que nous recommandons fortement.

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Inmejorable, el lugar perfecto, tranquilo, seguro, el departamento precioso, con todas las comodidades, el estacionamiento excelente, el anfitrión siempre preocupado por nosotros, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una tarjeta de bienvenida, chocolates y una botella de vino de cortesía. Felicitamos al anfitrión Bruno por su excelencia. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

Me and my fianceé stayed here for 5 weeks, so I am pretty familiar with it. It's clean and comfortable place, with good air conditioning (in each room) and a kitchen. There are all kinds of cups, plates, Yeti cups, kitchen tools and the like. The beds are comfortable and there are a ton of pillows and back up pillows and blankets. There are a whole bunch of towels too. The couch pulls out into another bed, although I didn't think it would be the best for sleeping. But great for having people lounge about. The roof is up four flights of stairs but has a great, but small pool thats good for sitting in. The laundry machines are free and up there as well. The only complaint I would have is the noise, but that was clearly noted in the description so we brought ear plugs. Because the location is close to everything, you can hear some music at night. Its much less in the bedrooms though. The location does really make this place. I loved it.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Tanto que quisimos otra noche pero ya no estaba disponible La quinta avenida a 3 minutos y la playa a 10, caminando, ¡súper cerca! Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁

El departamento es un lujo completo, la tranquilidad es de lo que más se agradece. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene restaurantes y supermercado a no más de 100 metros. La privacidad y seguridad del lugar es de lo que más se valora ya que desde el principio nos dio la calma de que todo iba a estar muy bien. La comunicación con Olu y Almida fue simplemente espectacular todo fue muy facil, la comunicación siempre fue excelente y súper clara. No tenemos cosas negativas que decir y por el contrario, la próxima vez de fijo nos vamos a hospedar ahí mismo. Recomendación al 100%

La casa de Sergio es hermosa, perfectamente cuidada y de excelente gusto. Superó por mucho nuestras expectativas, los cuartos súper amplios todos con vestidor y camas muy cómodas, la cocina, sala y terraza enormes, la alberca bonita, grande y con una palapa genial para estar en grupos de amigos o familiares. La vista al canal es súper linda y se puede tomar el sol desde que amanece y hasta el atardecer. Francesca quien siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo es una persona súper amable, me recomendó -entre muchas otras cosas- un Catamarán donde la pasamos espectacular (de hecho pasaron por nosotros al muelle de la casa), siempre fue muy atenta y resolutiva con la mejor actitud que he visto. En la casa estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros Rox, ella tuvo siempre la casa impecable y nos trató como una verdadera anfitriona. Recomiendo ampliamente esta casa y todo lo que implica, en general le daría 100/100 NOS ENCANTÓ y claro que volveremos.

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Darryl's place is exceptional and exactly as listed and shown in pictures, even better actually. We really enjoyed the space, everything in the condo worked well and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There were even a number of spices and things left from previous guests that we were able to utilize throughout our stay. We were also able to leverage the VIP transportation Darryl offers which was both economical and comfortable when going to and from the airport. In terms of tips while staying here, the market at The Royal Haciendas is excellent with almost everything you'd need and only about 5% markup over heading to an actual grocery store. It would be about a 15 minute walk to get there from the condo but is much easier with a car. On that note, you'll definitely want access to a car or will need to use a cab to get into downtown Playa or head to the grocery stores but the front security gate is awesome and they can call cabs for you. Each driver we met when using a cab was excellent to deal with. The trip into Playa is maybe 10 minutes if that. Hot tip, if you are going into Playa with a rental car and want to stroll down 5th Ave, park at the Quinta Alegria mall. Parking is underground, relatively cheap and it's central to some great stuff on 5th. You'll need pesos to pay for parking however. Usually 50 to 70 pesos for a longer stay. During our 2 week stay we also had a small issue with the garbage disposal in the sink and within the same day the property manager was there and it was fixed and even cleaned spotless. Very nice to see that level of service! Also, they have a great water cooler in the kitchen that takes big jugs of water that the property manager made sure we always had a full supply of so we didn't need to worry about having lots of drinking water on hand. You could also smell that the water coming from the taps is properly treated and clean. No issues brushing our teeth from the bathroom sink etc. The property amenities from the rooftop pool and deck area (which was awesome for morning yoga sessions or afternoon/evening drinks) through to the main shared pool just a few steps away was excellent and we really enjoyed them with our 4 year old and 7 year old. We also made use of the gym and had lunch at the golf course outdoor grill one afternoon which has some nice tacos. In closing the property and the host here were excellent. Darryl clearly cares that his guests have a great time and goes above and beyond answering questions, providing tips and helping you feel right at home. We'd love to come back and stay here again!

After our previous Airbnb cancelling last minute, we thought we were out of options. Luckily, we found Andres’ penthouse. Plunge pool was so needed after a long day’s walk, every neighbor was pleasant, check-in was a breeze. Walkable from 5th, as well as some of the off the beaten path restaurants and bars that we prefer. I felt safe and welcomed, grocery shopping just across the street as well! We had such an amazing time, I would come back to this spot when returning to PDC.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

Best vacation home in peaceful and upscale Playacar! Gated community kept us feeling safe and the entire area was walkable. Private beach access was next level amazing. Highly recommend staying in this jewel of a place. Wouldn’t change a thing!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Patricia for making the experience incredible!
