Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

Great Place, Greco was a great host, place was very clean. About a 20 min walk to get to the main 5th ave, or catach a taxi on the road and its about $100- $200 pesos for a ride. I will say a few things I noted that wasn't clear in the listing: The "Hot tub" on roof does not actually heat. Also one of the bedrooms was not practical for our group- the queen bed in the main house. This bedroom was split into two "rooms" by a sliding barn door. So the king bedroom has to walk by the queen bed to access its bathroom (which only has a half swing door for privacy). The queen room does not have a closet or AC unit, so you'd need to leave the door open to let AC from the king room into the queen. Not a big deal, but not great for people who arent close and prefer privacy, maybe better suited as an option for family members or kids. Luckily there were so many rooms, we didnt need that bed for our group. Overall we would book again, thanks!

Somehow this was even more beautiful than the pictures. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was perfect and spotless both prior to our arrival and for the duration of our stay, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was a great fit for our family (ages 6 up to parents). The street is quiet, and we loved how you could just walk out into the ocean from the backyard or up the beach to where there’s more sand (for those who preferred building sand castles). We also appreciated all the equipment available for use, from snorkeling gear to kayaks. It was the perfect vacation spot to relax but was also near enough other things (pyramids, cenotes, etc.) that we could do other things, too.

This 2 bedroom unit was amazing. Had everything one could want and came with a million dollar view. Watch the sun dip in the sea right from the deck. Thoughtfully furnished. even places to hang wetsuits and towels to dry. A/C in every room, ceiling fans, or just open the windows (screened) and enjoy the breeze. The key to the success of this property is its owner and manager: Mr. Memo, who lives on site and is always available. Memo is the true heart and soul of this fantastic gem of a place. He has been so very helpful even before we arrived, answering the many questions we had. When the car ferry we booked cancelled the sailing on New Year’s Eve, Memo allowed us to use his car, a late model low mileage, beautiful sedan. We wanted to go snorkeling, Memo connected us with a top notch operator for a private tour. He helped us with so many recommendations that our stay would honestly had not been the same without Memo. No wonder many of his guests are regulars and fantastic folks.

La villa es una excelente opción para viajar con grupos grandes y respetar la privacidad de cada uno, todas las habitaciones tiene baño propio y eso es un súper plus para la comodidad y privacidad. La alberca es muy bonita y cuidada, el pasto está impecable hay una palapa para comer al aire libre. Tuvimos un problema con 2 aires acondicionados y Shlomi envió un técnico a la brevedad para solucionarlo. Las 18 personas que nos hospedamos ahí quedamos encantados con la atención. regresaremos pronto!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Staying at Cherri's place was wonderful! We received detailed directions and recommendations in advance. We were welcomed by Prudy, Cherri's housekeeper, who prepared a delicious dinner for us on our first day of travel - per our request and at an extra charge. Prudy was one of the best surprises during our stay! She was there every day to clean and refresh items. Alberto was also wonderful and came by every morning. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. Cherri added lots of comforts that we appreciated: high speed internet, smart TV, blue tooth speakers, zoned AC, lots of ceiling fans, lots of bathrooms! We made good use of the kitchen. There is not a dishwasher. We spent most mornings having coffee by the pool. The grounds are beautiful and private. The pool isn't heated, so a bit chilly this time of year. The house is not directly on the beach, but you can get to it quickly. There are great restaurants that are walkable. We highly recommend Cherri's place and Akumal!

Our family loved our stay at this Gina and Andy's villa. Gina was very responsive from the time of booking until we left. She gave us great recommendations regarding transfer services and places to eat. Their housekeeper, Cerafina, was wonderful! We arranged for her to cook meals for us - breakfast and dinner - for multiple days. Her meals were amazing and very cost effective. This was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Our family of seven would all highly recommend having her cook for you! The house was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms but works wonderfully. Great location and we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely return!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

It was a great experience. Kayaks would have been nice. I recommend floaties as you can snorkel in front of the property.

We were a group of 11 including 2 kids and 3 teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay at Dos Jaguares. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids really took advantage of the kayaks and were out snorkelling every day. The Villa is in a bay so the water is calm and great for swimming. We walked to the Jungle Fish restaraunt (1 km North) twice and enjoyed the pool and delicious food. Our housekeeper Rosa and her husband were fantastic! They cleaned every day inside and out. They cooked 3 dinners for us at a very reasonable price. It's a 4 minute walk to the highway and we used the Collectivo for all our transportation needs for the price of a City bus ticket. There is gated security to our Street which makes you feel much safer. The Kitchen is very basic but doable. The beds are firm. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned but the main areas never felt too hot and there's always an amazing breeze from the Ocean. I would definitely recommend a stay at this Villa!

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Perfect location. 2-3 min walk to beach/restaurants and shops. Manned security for entry. The condo itself was very comfortable with a great shared pool with less than 20 other units. Parking is in a private garage. It is a busy area with some noise, but I slept through the night as did those with me. I stayed with my two children and it was great with plenty of room to spread out and take a break from travels. It was a pleasant find in Playa.

Super relajante estar en esta casa , lo unico que comentaria es que tengan cuidado en no dejar ventanas o puertas abiertas, me.encontre con 3 arañas grandisimas en diferentes lugares.. pero de ahi en fuera todo excelente 👌

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!

Beautiful home, responsive and friendly host, and wonderful staff that helped care for the home. Perfect spot for families or small group of friends. Rent a car and explore all that the area has to offer. Or just stay in and enjoy the perfect view. Would love to return someday!

Erika’s spot is absolutely one of those marvelous you wish you can book every time you visit the area. Not only is she cool and highly responsive, she obviously cares very much for her property and those who have the opportunity to rent it. The house is in a prime location, everything you’d need in PDC is walking distance, the privacy is second to none, and the home is just gorgeous (from the structure to the decor). I’d highly recommend booking. Easy 5/5!

My husband, children and grandchildren had a wonderful time staying here. The place is perfectly situated, within 5 walking minutes to the beach but tucked away in lush vegetation and quiet. The house is spacious with lots of places to gather but also to find privacy. We learned the ropes of getting from Playacar to the Main Street of playa del Carmen and then beyond. We walked around the very safe neighborhood and enjoyed the Mayan ruins and local flora and fauna. The house and garden were cleaned everyday leaving us free to relax and explore. Moy was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is a perfect place to enjoy Playacar and also to explore the many local attractions. It could not have been better!
