Puerto Banús, Marbella : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

We stayed with our four grown-up children for a week in late September to attend my niece's wedding locally. The house was perfect for us - plenty of space, fantastic views from both the balcony and sun terrace and it is an easy stroll to the nearest shops and restaurants in the village. The steps leading down may be challenging for some though. We enjoyed using the BBQ on the sun terrace and the communal swimming pool just below the house. House is part of a compact urbanisation to the eastern edge of the village and set up above the main road in from Malaga/Fuenguirola. There is traffic noise during the day but it's very quiet at night. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would book again.

Our stay at Kell's beautiful two-level house was absolutely unforgettable! The home is stunningly furnished with so much attention to detail, and the views are truly to die for. Kell himself is a fantastic host with a warm and welcoming personality. He provided us with perfect recommendations for the best spots to visit in the area, as well as incredible places to eat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an unforgettable place to stay in Marbella!

Ons verblijf was erg fijn, mooie appartement met alles erop en eraan. De badkamers, slaapkamers waren schoon en netjes. De ligging was voor ons perfect, omdat we ook een auto hadden gehuurd. Mooie zwembad met mooi uitzicht.

El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La casa es preciosa, impecable en limpieza y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La cocina equipada con todo con utensilios y vajillas perfectas. Las habitaciones muy cómodas , los baños impolutos. Hay una piscina pequeña privada , tres terrazas con vistas a la playa ( una de ellas con barbacoa ) la piscina en la zona común es bella , pequeña pero con una vista inmejorable. Es de fácil acceso , puedes llegar en trasporte público sin ningún problema. El acceso a la playa y el paseo marítimo muy cómodo gracias a un ascensor que te ayuda a bajar casi a pie de calle . La playa enfrente ( a 10 min andando ) desde la casa excelente y por último Johan muy amable y atento con cada cosas que necesitamos. Aconsejo enormemente alojarse en esta casa :)

We entered as strangers and left as old friends. Joe was an incredible host & very accommodating. He responded to texts immediately. The location was in the heart of Old Town, right off Orange Square. The property was spacious and beds were comfortable.

**Highly recommended.** Fabulous property, superb host. We had everything we needed and more. Dan, our host was charming, super helpful and really attentive. Our toaster broke during the stay and within 24 hours we had a new one arrive. Brilliant customer service. The house is stylish, well equipped, and extremely clean. The beds and linen are very comfortable. Brilliant for families - two pools, one indoor and one outdoor and an air conditioned gym. Great for a sporty family - or just to relax in the sauna. Also super restaurants within walking distance - and an ice cream parlour! Thanks Dan - hope to be back next year.

Great house at the Island. Very modern and close to beach bars and Estepona centre Pernilla was very helpful sorting any issues that arose ( even her dad helped out!)

Great place to stay, with a superb host in Ann Charlotte. From the moment we booked, she was extremely proactive and answered all of our questions quickly. The accommodation itself is furnished beautifully, and has great views down the coast to Fuengirola. We travelled with 7 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of room and plenty to keep everyone entertained. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The heated plunge pool was loved by the kids, and the elevator down the hill was loved by the adults!

We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and Schahin’s place was one of the best. Very well equipped with all that you may need. Great for families, amazing location, and right next to a really nice grocery store. Great communication and really responsive to our questions and requests. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Jens place was like home from home and we had a great time. We had everything we needed and it was just so comfortable. The location was lovely and it was easy to walk to the beach and to the local town, Cala da Mijas. It is also very well placed to explore the other areas of the coast. It was very quiet as not so many properties were in use. We can imagine it gets very lively in peak season. The swimming pool area is lovely but the pool was closed so we didn’t use it. Highly recommend staying here if you want a lovely property close to a beach and town. There are some lovely restaurants in the town and the prices cater for all. Thanks to Jens for being incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had such a lovely holiday in this Villa. Toril and Sam's communication was really clear and responsive. The Villa is very well located - with a short 5 min. walk to San Pedro beach, 10 mins. walk to a Caffefour supermarket, and about 15-20 mins into Puerto Banus. You have access to 5 pools in the complex - all very clean and well-maintained. The Villa itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. Great air conditioning as well. All in all, this is a top-class Villa, and we would most certainly come back here again.

Melissa was a great host, very personable and responsive to anything we needed. The location was excellent, easily accessible to the shops, beach, bars, restaurants and both bus and train stations. The house was very clean and well equipped, pretty much a home from home. The gardens and pool areas are private, beautiful and well maintained. It is a small oasis and a great find. I can definitely recommend it and would definitely book with Melissa again.

I’ve stayed at quite a few very nice private villas but this one is the best in many ways. The fit-out has been done with no expense spared. All the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. We were 2 families with children aged from 1 yr to 13 yr and they all love the villa - especially the private pool. Whenever we are looking to visit the area again we will definitely plan our trip around the availability of this villa.

Teo and Serafina have been wonderful hosts. They've always been responsive, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the check-in flexibility, the local tips, and assistance during the stay.

We had the perfect house for our holiday in Marbella. With 4 boys, my husband and I had a very nice time in this charming house. Our host was very communicative, very helpful, giving us all kind of tips. He also dropped us to the local rental company and helped us get a car for the week. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The urbanization is clean with a big pool and a wonderful beach right at the door. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a family of 6. The parking garage slot is under the house. Perfect to unload the car without a problem. Puerto Banus was a 12 minutes ride with car. Nikky Beach 10 minutes. A nice beach club was 5 minutes walk. All in all we really felt home. We could even check out later without any stress. We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much Aniello for being the perfect host. We really enjoyed our time in Marbella. Nada and Family.

Fint boende i ett lugnt och mysigt område. Vi uppskattade framförallt uteplatsen och närheten till poolområdet. Rekommenderar Besha som värd!

Jackie's place is updated, very clean, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated, with a spacious balcony that has a wonderful view of the town. Our family with young kids 9 and 5 especially enjoyed the swimming pools, one of which has a stunning view and shallow end, very kids friendly but not too busy. Jackie is communicative and responsive to questions/quests.

We have just returned from 10 Days here and the photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely stunning. So much space, especially outdoor space! Very well decorated and looked after with the most amazing peacful views. The beach is 100m walk, with plently of beach bars in both directions with easy reach. We stayed with our 2 children and it was perfect, such a peaceful and relaxed location and within easy drive of the busier areas of Marbella. We certanly didn't want to leave and we will definitely love to return in the future!

Excelente ubicación, las fotos coincidieron con la casa y la comunicación con Sebastián fue perfecta. Nos dejó extender una noche más sin problema, sin duda volveremos!

En suverän värd! Svarade alltid snabbt, väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma! Då ett problem uppstod löste värden detta på ett väldigt uppskattat sätt från vår sida, vi är så nöjda och tacksamma :) Boendet var toppen och stämde bra överens med bilderna. Passar bättre för familjer med lite äldre barn då det är stentrappor både i huset och inom området. Lyxigt med egen pool även om den är liten, perfekt för ett svalkande dopp. Den gemensamma poolen var toppenfin och vyerna fantastiska! Allt man behövde fanns i huset och alla sovrum hade eget badrum samt AC. Hade absolut kunnat bo här igen.
