Puerto Banús : locations de villas de vacances

Just had a fantastic week at the villa. It's in a great location, with supermarkets and number of restaurants within walking distance, whilst it's possible to walk to Puerto Banus and the coast from the house. The house itself is comfortable throughout, we asked for the pool to be heated as we visited for Christmas week, and we got lots of use out of it. Simon and Christian were always responsive when we had any questions, which was fantastic. Would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay again. Thank you

We had a very pleasant stay at Ali's house. The house is beautiful and spacious as shown by the pictures. Ali was very helpful during the whole visit and gave us the needed flexibility for checking in and out. Kids loved the swimming pool even in the chilly November conditions. Pool cleaning was a bit tricky but we managed to sort it out with Ali. Views from the house are great and the shuttle service provided by the nearby hotel is very handy when going for grocery shopping up the hill or when going to the beach / train station down the hill. I would definitely recommend this place when looking for houses in this area.

Alles toll und noch mehr! Das ist grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles im tadellosen Zustand und noch mehr es gibt nahezu alle Arten von Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Saftpresse, viele Töpfe und Pfannen, viel Geschirr… die Waschmaschine + Trockner sind leicht zu bedienen. Draussen gibt es eine mehr als 180 Grad Panorama Sicht aufs Meer und man auf den Golfplatz schauen. Ein großer Gasgrill und ein kleiner Holzgrill können auch genutzt werden. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es schön am Pelletofen zu sitzen und am Abend Filme auf dem PanoramaTV zu schauen. Man schläft hervorragend in den Betten und die Badezimmer haben separate Handtuchheizungen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig ( wenn keine Häuser umgebaut ;-) werden. Keine bellende Hunde ! .. eine halbe Stube Autofahrt nach Málaga und in 5 min ist man am Meer. Wenn man den Hügel nicht fürchtet kann man auch gut zu Fuß gehen. Gerald und die Hausverwaltung sind immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

we hebben een geweldige week gehad in de mooie villa. we hadden de pech dat we erg slecht weer hadden waardoor we niet alle faciliteiten konden gebruiken maar werden zeer aangenaam verrast door onze host Maarten die als compensatie voor het slechte weer ons een gratis massage aanbood bij een plaatselijk contact.. geweldige geste terwijl hij toch echt niets kon doen aan het slechte weer :) ook de uitchecktijd werd op onze vraag enorm aangepast zodat we tot op het laatst in de villa konden blijven al met al, supersnelle vriendelijke reactie en een mooie plek om te zijn! zeer aan te bevelen. robert en Svenja en kids

Claude est un super hôte ! La villa est parfaitement adapté aux personnes en fauteuil roulant ! Il y’a une siège élévateur pour la mise à l’eau et un transat haut et stable pour les transferts Le reste de l’immense résidence c’est plus délicat mais pour ma part la maison me suffisait pas besoin d’aller ailleurs quand on a une piscine privée à disposition. Et oui comme la quasi totalité des locations de villas en Espagne faut une voiture pour accéder à la maison. Mais qui vient sans voiture dans une villa ?? En tout cas la maison est sympa. Merci à Antonia qui nous a reçu le jour de notre arrivée et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison. Belle terrasse avec un immense store ban pour déjeuner à l’ombre. Il manquerait peut-être juste un parasol pour rester au bord de la piscine sur le transat PMR lol Merci Claude. On repassera !

Jesus est un très bonne hôte disponible et réactif, la maison est idéalement située, restaurant plage centre ville tout est disponible à pied , à deux pas du zoo pour les enfants l’emplacement est idéal pour une famille aucun besoin de voiture , la piscine est très agréable et propre , serviette lave linge et internet , 🛜 dispo parfait merci

Die Villa war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht, war vor Ort. Große Zimmer und Bäder. Große Terasse und Poolbereich. Große Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten mit Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Lage: das Meer (Sandstrand) war mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Strandpromenade. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden und ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir in (Familie mit zwei Kindern) verbrachten knappe zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa. Eine Woche davon waren noch Oma und Opa dabei. Die Villa war super sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und ist auf den schönen Ausblick ausgerichtet.Die Umgebung ist sehr touristisch. Es war unsere erste Reise in diese Gegend. Das Haus hat aber eine tolle erhöhte Lage, von der man über die Häuser hinweg aufs Meer schauen kann. Vom Haus aus ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand und auf der Autobahn. Zum Flughafen sind es je nach Tageszeit 15-25 Minuten nach Sevilla 2,5 Stunden nach Granada 1,5 Stunden. Die Organisation Malaga Holidays ist sehr freundlich unkompliziert und reagieren sehr schnell Bei Fragen oder Problemen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese schöne Villa mieten.

We had a hen party of 15 friends that Wilrik graciously welcomed into his beautiful home. Wilrik and his local contact, Marisa, were so helpful and responsive from the moment of booking until check out. The villa is beautiful, very spacious with more than enough room to accommodate us all comfortably. I’d recommend Wilrik and this property to anybody and we’d love to come back one day!

A very nice property in a beautyful and quiet area. There are no shops /supermarkets within walking distance, so it is important to have a car. All in all, a wonderful home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ apartment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how bright, spacious, and clean it was. The large windows let in so much natural light, making it a perfect space for groups of friends or family to gather and enjoy quality time together. Carlos is an excellent host—he truly understands the needs of a larger group, ensuring the kitchen and dining supplies were well-stocked, and even providing plenty of cleaning supplies so everyone could pitch in. Carlos also gave us a great restaurant recommendation—Mesón Andrés—which was absolutely amazing in terms of taste! He was always super friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any minor issues. We also tried to use the heated pool, but since the weather had been quite cold and rainy (around 10°C), it wasn’t as warm as we had hoped—still usable, but more lukewarm than truly warm.

6 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Villa. The Social areas and the pool were great spaces to relax and enjoy the day. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and kindly allowed us to check in early. My only advice for future guests is to bring your insect repellent, we had endured a lot of bites.

The villa is modern, spacious and clean with all possible amenities. Sun area barbecue and lovely pool. It's a short walk to the local supermarket and there are many restaurants close by. Caroline is a great host and we highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing villa and location, and superb host. Jose was brilliant in every regard, even to the point of buying a kettle for the villa when we said we couldn’t find one! Our son spent more time in the pool than out of it, and enjoyed ‘working out’ in the incredible gym. The sports club 5 minutes walk away was really welcoming and serves great tapas and burgers. Can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect villa to enjoy the Spanish sunshine and golf

We had a great stay with our friends at this beautiful villa; the hosts were very responsive and we felt right at home. The outdoor space is definitely the wow factor, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Views of the Mediterranean, mountains and golf course were amazing! Will definitely be booking again when we’re back in Marbella. Thank you Lissi and Alistair for being great hosts.

Me and my friends had the most wonderful stay here! The communication was great and we were greeted on arrival and given all the info we needed for our stay! The villa was spacious and so relaxing with great views! We stayed in and cooked a lot and the facilities were perfect - we also visited some restaurants in mijas recommended in the guest book and they were perfect! Would definitely come back again! We loved our stay at Eva’s place. The villa is beautiful, we felt like at home. There was everything you could possible need, all was thought through, clean and very comfortable. We were there for dad’s 70th and they left us a Happy Birthday sign, wine and even cake!! We are so grateful for such a welcome. Eva was always very responsive when we asked for recommendations. The villa was the perfect accommodation for a family holiday, the villa was so clean and had everything we needed for ourselves and our young children. The Villa is in a quiet cul de sac and was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and warm and there was a large well kept garden for the children to play. There is a verity of shops, bars and restaurants all within close walking distance and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Overall the owners had really thought about everything that would make your stay relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be returning when we visit Calahonda again.

My daughter had already stayed at the villa last year and suggested it for our family trip. What fantastic place, spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday with our grown up children. Rueben is really proactive with instructions. Beautiful grounds and pool. Very well equipped. Thank you we all loved it.

Voor de wielerliefhebber.Klim categorie 4, voor dat je locatie bereikt,zijnde 9% gemiddeld over 1,42 km. Niet voor iedereen haalbaar, maar je kan gerust een auto beneden zetten en fiets in de wagen steken( bv voor echtgenote of vriendin).

The villa was super clean and the large gardens were totally immaculate with Sonia’s father and another gardener tending them every week for most of the morning. We spent four weeks there in February and only had two half days of rain with temperatures 18C -22C. So a nice winter break. Jose who was Sonia’s father was always helpful and on-site if required. Lots of orange and lemon trees and as guests we were allowed to use any amount of them. Nice garage with electric doors which kept the car out the sun on hot days. Fabulous sun rises and great views from lots of little secure areas in the gardens so one could follow the sun or simply keep out of the wind.

We had a lovely stay, the villa is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the sea and mountains. Unfortunately, we did not have the winter sun we were hoping for during our stay but this did not stop us all enjoying the Villa and surrounding area. A short (but very steep) walk up the hill takes you into the pueblo with lots of restaurants/shop etc. The bus stop at the top of the road lets you explore the local area with lots of routes. The playroom/snug is great if travelling with children like we were. Tom was also very helpful and responsive.

Roseann war ein super Host. Immer erreichbar, äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Eine Frau mit Herz! Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet viele, schöne Orte zum Verweilen. Auch die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Danke, liebe Roseann, dass wir in Ihrem Haus Gast sein durften!
