My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Julius and Pablo have a beautiful, stylish house that feels like a real home away from home. It has everything you could need. Pool is great. They were very responsive to all my questions before arriving and went above and beyond once I was in Mexico. I had brought the wrong adaptors so I couldn't charge my laptop or phone and couldn't find one in the nearby supermarkets, so they kindly found one for me and dropped it off at the house. Their recommendation for the airport taxi service was great, on time, professional and a good price. They also recommended the Fit Gym which is 8 minutes walk from the house. I joined for 2 weeks and it was an excellent gym with evrrything you could need for a great price. There's a few small convenience stores nearby, 7/11 is the closest and also a Go Mart and Oxxo near the gym. The best supermarket was the Chedraui Cancun Chac Mool, about 10 mins walk from the house, its absolutely massive and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you!

Es un lugar amplio, limpio y en excelentes condiciones, hubo un inconveniente con la lavadora y el microondas, pero la respuesta de los anfitriones fue rápida y eficaz. Super recomendados!

Cecillia and her team were absolutely GREAT! We are so grateful to Bethsua and Jimmy for taking great care of us during our stay! They are both very friendly and always ready to help us with any requests we had! We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and have stayed at amazing Airbnbs on the island. Mayakita is now our very favorite place to stay and we will be back in the future! Thank you again for another fantastic experience!! We will see you again soon!!

Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

Muy recomendable!!! Madjid fue super atento y amable… me dio recomendaciones locales y me sirvieron mucho. Habitación es amplia y cuenta con toda la necesidad. Igual está super cerca de la playa del Norte y está en el centro de la Isla. Si me regreso a la Isla me volvería a quedar con el departamento de Madjid.

El departamento por más que es antiguo está hermoso y,la vista es inimaginable,el despertar escuchando las olas y ver el amanecer y atardecer,es un lujo. Cómo sugerencia tendría que tener una tetera o pava para calentar agua,para los que tomamos té y mate,ya que cargar con olla es engorroso. Que tenga un extractor en la cocina sería bueno para los que solemos cocinar. Y otra cosa es el olor a Cloaca que se sentía de vez en cuando.. Lo demás todo Excelente,volveríamos a elegirlo.

una casa muy bonita es fantástica cumple con todo lo que publica y para aquellos que quieren la tranquilidad es la perfecta casa, así mismo tienes muchas carreteras cercanas para los diferentes puntos turísticos que gusten visitar

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and cozy space, very comfortable beds, great A/C, nice smart TVs, just enough kitchen space & appliances to make meals at home. We really enjoyed the pool area - both the pool itself and lounging on the chairs in the sun, looking out at the lake. A quiet and safe neighborhood far enough from the hustle bustle but close enough to walk to restaurants, gas station, grocery store, and beaches. Daniel & Adelina are very responsive and helpful hosts. Thank you!

El alojamiento es pequeño, sólo fuimos 3 personas, pero considero que es perfecto incluso para 6. Tiene lo necesario y cerca hay varios lugares para comer e incluso walmart y sorina. No es tan cercano a la zona hotelera, está como a 35 minutos quizás, a la misma distancia de Puero Morelos. El aeropuerto esta muy cerca, muy temprano haces como 20 minutos . La pasamos muy bien, la estancia es agradable y Adrián y su esposa fueron muy amables. 100% recomendable.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, nasza rodzina miała tam w sam raz miejsca na pobyt. Dwie łazienki dają wygodę, pokoje są zacienione przez większość dnia i się nie nagrzewają, wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe jest przy samym wejściu. Wszystko wygodne. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bezproblemowa. Polecamy pobliski park Kabah na spacery z ostronosami 😀

We LOVED staying at Elizabeth’s place. This building is amazing because of its views, pool and beach. We only had a party of two so we loved having separate rooms. I will never get over the view from the master bedroom! Beach access was so easy and we loved just walking up and down to find restaurants. There was a ferry to isla mujeres right next door so we also utilized that. The rooms were very nice and clean! Elizabeth is so quick at replying and helped us even weeks before our trip. We even got our airport rides through her! She had everything we could’ve needed for a 5 day stay. I could see this being a great place for a family of four or five staying, or, like us, young women looking to relax! We ate out for most meals as we didn’t want to uber to a grocery store but there was plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near us. Stay here and enjoy this beautiful area of Cancun!! Schön, ruhig und für den Preis kann ich nur empfehlen. Rodrigo, unser Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner war hilfsbereit egal was wir gefragt haben und immer sehr freundlich. Wenn man kein Luxus will /sucht und nur Strand, Sonne und die mexikanische Atmosphäre genießen will, dann diese eine gute Option ist.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man kann dort super seinen Urlaub verbringen und ist im Nu am Strand, bei Restaurants oder mitten im Nachtleben.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. It was PERFECT! We loved the view of the ocean and the amazing pool. We truly could have spent the whole trip at the Airbnb. We loved that there were restaurants in walking distance, and a small supermarket within walking distance too. They also recommended a golf cart service for us that drops off/picks up right from the Airbnb which I totally recommend. I cannot say better things about our experience, we absolutely LOVED our stay and hope to return again someday!

Great location, very walkable and close to all the fun nightlife. Check in was easy and the building was safe and secure with 24 hour security. Nicole was very communicative and clear in her instructions. Would stay here again!

Nous avons adoré le logement ! Tout est très bien pensé pour y passer un bon séjour. Il est grand, les lits sont confortables et la terrasse avec la vue sur la piscine est superbe (attention aux noix de coco), on peut y observer les oiseaux et les iguanes ! Il est également très bien situé pour profiter de Cancun et des alentours (voiture obligatoire mais deux places de parking). Les personnes assurant la sécurité sont très gentilles et Margot est très prévenante, elle a beaucoup facilité notre arrivée et à toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Merci beaucoup Margot de nous avoir confié votre logement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Beautiful location and views of ocean. Close to bars, restaurants , etc. but quiet at night.
