Our stay was very enjoyable. The villa was spacious and the pool was outstanding. It was located very near restaurants in Brasalito and Flamingo as well as multiple beaches. We would definitely return here!

Nice place, a little hard to find as it is set back off the road behind another house. Location is nice and private. The pictures of the place are pretty accurate but could be updated. Lots of local animal noises at night so be ready for that. Everything worked and was functional inside and outside the house. Response time was great with any questions or concerns. We would stay again at this location if it were to be available. Roads are dusty so be ready for that. Otherwise the walk to town and to the beach are manageable.

Excelente estadia, lugar cerca de bastantes playas, lugar super privado perfecto para relajarse y descansar. La comunicación excelente, incluso nos permitieron hacer late check out lo cual se agradece mucho ya que íbamos con un bebé.

What a great little slice of paradise. The house was close to everything in town as well as the beach but while in the high walled courtyard you could relax in a hammock or splash in the small pool and feel 100% private. Our family of four (2 kids) enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The best location to surf the north end, quick walk to the market, super chill area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it. It’s honestly such a good location.

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

Vanessa's place was lovely! Right on the beach, plenty of space, and we loved the balcony and pool. Vanessa was very responsive and willing to work with us when we had some delays meeting her at the original agreed upon time.

Chachi's place is exactly as portrayed in the photos. It is at the top of a steep hill and it is surrounded by trees on all sides. It has a great view from the deck. You feel that you are living in a tree house. It is very quiet and only a five minute walk down to the town and beach. Chachi was very responsive and helpful with all my requests. I highly recommend his place.

Beautiful place to stay in a gorgeous location! Enjoyed the ocean view, private gated community, and all of the amenities the home had to offer. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay, we would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Playa Grande!

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

Peaceful paradise in Costa Rica! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, getaway this is it! Wake up to beautiful views with the sounds of monkeys and birds. The house has plenty of space for all with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I really appreciated the luxurious towels and soft sheets which are not easy to find in Costa Rica. The pool is amazing and there are floats if needed. Bees Bistro is just down the road and serves amazing food when you don’t want to cook. Great stay and we will be back!

El alojamiento es impecable, limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. Se ubica en un condominio muy tranquilo y privado, a pocos metros playa de una impresionante. Diana fue atenta y precisa en sus instrucciones.

Sofia is one of the most lovely hosts I’ve had the pleasure of renting an AirBnb from. The house is absolutely stunning with a jungle background and the outdoor shower and pool was relaxing. You truly feel like you’re in a place of nature and relaxation. House is beautiful in every room - I absolutely recommend. The check in was great and she went out of her way to help show us where to rent an ATV and even called and booked a reso for us. Thanks so much, wonderful host.

We genuinely loved this house. The hosts were great. We had a handful of miscommunications with Marco but I figure those to be cultural differences. I can be a pretty Type A American 🤪. We were able to work them out but I misunderstood Todd’s documentation regarding procuring services and tours with Marco. Also count items when you arrive and before you leave. We were asked about and implied that we took towels. This after I went out of my way to wash the towels and leave extra laundry detergent. The kitchen lacked a few things so you might inquire ahead of time if you are planning to make something specific. For example, we did a pasta night and an extra large pot and an equally sized strainer weren’t on hand. We improvised and it worked out all the same. We also made cookies in a baking dish. 😂 The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The community felt safe. The town was friendly and a good mix of locals with touristy things. We would come back to this area.

Estuvimos hospedados con un grupo de amigos. Nos gustó mucho el lugar, cerca de la playa, de restaurantesy supermercados. Dana siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudo con todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos ❤️. La pasamos muy bien.

Pasamos una excelente estadía en la casa de Rotem. Cerca de la playa y de muchos lugares para ir a comer, así como también muy cómoda para cocinar algo y estar tranquilos. Muy cómodo las facilidades del hotel como la pileta y el café por las mañanas. También nos gustaron mucho los gatos!

Nos encantó! Ygal y su esposa están super atentos, de q uno esté cómodo, nos brindaron indicaciones de adonde ir a comer y a que playas ir y quedamos muy contentos. Hay pocas casitas así q se pasa bien privadito, casi que la piscina y el rancho eran solo para nosotros; excelente ubicación a unos 12 minutos de Brasilito y conchal, a una media hora de playa grande y playa Dantas. Y la cereza en el pastel, las mascotas, si es amante de los gatos y perros va a amar Casa Mapache y a Tom el gatito q lo despierta a uno sin falta a las 7am y a sus 3 perritas hermosas. Recomendamos el lugar y felices volveríamos.

We stayed 2 month in Kiki's place. Kiki is extremely responsive! Her place was perfect in many respects. It looks just like the photos and description. It's very well appointed. Anything you need for cooking and dining is available. The view from the rooftop is fantastic. You have an ocean view with an island and valley views as well. You are basically looking out over all of Coco. The rooftop is really a great place to hang out and relax. We were work-from-home and really appreciated the two desks, printer, UPS and fast internet (350m/250m). We've been to the area multiple times so had a great appreciation for how close Kiki's place is to all the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Like 7 minutes to Coco Beach, 15 to Ocotal beach, 15 to Hermosa beach and 20 to Panama. There are 5 major groceries within 5 minutes. The Maxi Pali is a tiny Walmart and is within walking distance. Between Coco and Hermosa you have about 80 restaurants to choose from.
