Puerto de Ibiza : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

It is a beautiful flat - bright and sunny in a fantastic location. Elegant and extremely comfortable interior. Great to have private parking and superb location - 3 minutes walk to the sea and trails along the coast in both directions.

Der Aufenthalt in Marías Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, super ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Balkon, von dem man direkten Blick aufs Wasser hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand und es gibt in der Nähe viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. María und Sebastian waren die hilfsbereitesten Gastgeber, die ich bei Airbnb jemals hatte: Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Insel gegeben, waren immer erreichbar und haben uns in einigen Situationen in einem Ausmaß geholfen, das weit über die Selbstverständlichkeit hinaus geht. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Gezellig klein appartementje .... meer heb je niet nodig ....alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig ... dichtbij een prachtig strand met enkele lekkere restaurant en een kleine supermarkt om je kleine boodschappen te doen ... Ik raad dit appartement zeker aan als je naar Ibiza komt.

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and the roof terrace was lovely! A good amount of space too for us and the decor was really nice. It’s also just a short walk down to the beach and town with some restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

Formentera è stata una bella scoperta. Voremmo tornarci, magari non in agosto. La casa di Veronica è splendida, arredata con gusto mediterraneo, accogliente , veramente speciale . La terrazza è il top della casa, si possono passare delle ore deliziose . Per gli amanti della “movida” non c’è posto migliore. Musica fino alle ore piccole. Comunque la caratteristica principale della casa è il buon gusto e la comodità e , particolare non trascurabile, con aria condizionata. Veronica è stata veramente gentile, impareggiabile come padrona di casa , dandoci consigli utilissimi di come approfittare appieno dell’isola. Appena sarà possibile, torneremo !

Fabulous place. Really clean, nice and roomy for two people. Little balcony and a table inside for eating. Kitchen had the basic bits you needed. Comfy bed. The coffee shop downstairs had good coffee. All the staff were really friendly. Swimming pool was a really nice addition (refreshing in October!). Great central location. Es Pujols is a holiday type place with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. The supermarkets nearby are expensive as expected, but Sant Fransesc Xavier is a short bike ride away (about 12-15 minutes) with more choice and better prices so we'd recommend this. The only downside was our room was opposite a bar which was quite noisy to fairly late so we couldn't have the window open. We were in the separate block, so it might be quieter in the main building perhaps? Formantera is a beautiful island - really easy to get around by bicycle. This place is close to several beautiful beaches. We thoroughly recommend the island and the apartments

Excellent séjour chez Charlotte qui est une hôte très accueillante, pleine de petites attentions surprises, à la fois proactive et réactive dans les échanges. Appartement cosy et hyper fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur la mer. Accès direct en ascenseur à la promenade maritime, la plage et plusieurs restaurants et bars. Encore merci Charlotte pour ce bon séjour !

We had a great stay at Loics house. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. Great location, walking distance from one of the best beaches of Ibiza! The pool was also lovely. Corinne did the check in and check out and she was very nice. Thank you so much we definitely would love to come back.

Cesar is an exceptional host. He communicated clearly with us from the moment we booked our villa. We were a large group of 12, and we had plenty of space in the beautiful villa. The master suite was a great addition allowing a little bit of privacy or downtime when needed. The kitchen area was outside the main villa and a perfect way to cook or prepare food without disturbing other group members , it was well equipped. Cesar went out of his way to make us feel at home and I loved the welcome gifts of food and beer . Thank you so much

Had a great stay for a long weekend, just enough room for a group of us - lovely place with great views and a nice pool that we enjoyed. It was a bit further out to everywhere else so needed to get taxis to go to any restaurants and bars but it was nice to come back somewhere quiet and and away from the busyness of the other areas. Only issue we had was the electrics went off once a day as if the fuse was blown but was easy to rectify and Raul responded quickly. Everywhere was very clean when we arrived and there was easy access to the communal pool - just not enough sunbeds for people around the pool itself. Otherwise a really great stay and would recommend!

The accommodation was as described, very clean and close to town. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasantly designed, so that you can easily stay there with 4 people. The contact with Alicia went smoothly. Enquiries were answered very quickly. The dishwasher was broken on Monday and repaired on Wednesday. The hot water did not work on Friday evening and was repaired on Saturday.

Buen alojamiento, con unas vistas increíbles. Frederic nos atendió cuando llegamos y al irnos, un hombre encantador. Nos recomendó sitios para visitar y comer y nos dio todas las facilidades posibles. Un poco complicado el último tramo para acceder a la casa, sería el único inconveniente.

Super villa, very good for our relaxing stay. Very helpful that we had a car, as it is in a quiet area. The hot tub is fantastic! Loved the little extras like tea and coffee and basics for cooking (oil,salt etc). The terrace upstairs is fantastic with a great view. AC works great and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent stay. The Villa was extremely peaceful and met our requirements. The surrounding area is stunning. Silke and her team were responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The villa is tucked just slightly off the beaten track. We had cars which needed a good punch to reach the gates because the weather has slightly eroded the pathways but it was easy enough if you put your foot down. We managed to book taxi’s easily but some will stay at the end of the road rather than driving up. We felt extremely safe and secure in the area and I would highly recommend to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this finca-style house for our family holiday. The property is beautifully renovated and located in a serene, protected area that offers breathtaking views of both the lake and the sea. The house itself is spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, making it perfect for our family of five. We particularly enjoyed the multiple terraces, especially the one with the lake view, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. The interior is just as impressive, with a large living and dining area that has an open, fully equipped kitchen. It made cooking breakfast a pleasure, and the high-speed internet was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected when needed. The separate room in the tower with its chill-out terrace was a delightful spot for some quiet time, and the pool in the interior patio provided a refreshing escape The only downside we experienced were the mosquitos in the evenings, which required a bit of extra caution.

Firstly this was a family break out of season so we were not here for the nightlife. The apartment is in an amazing location. On the beach and if it's your thing 200 meters from Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza. The hippy market is about 200 meters in the other direction. The balcony from the living area gets the morning sun and the balcony at the bedrooms gets the evening sun. This could be a fairly busy area once it's in the summer season so if you want peaceful in summer it might not be for you. If you want a great apartment with a freindly host in a perfect location then it's highly recommended.

Great location blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this suite - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were great communicators and helpful whenever we had questions. We hope to be back one day!

A lovely apartment set in a peaceful and private complex within easy walking distance from the centre of town. So many restaurants and bars to choose from with beautiful sea views and beaches only 5 mins walk from the apartment. Highly recommend.

logement impeccable,paisible, calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer,loin du monde et du bruit idéal pour se reposer,il y'a une très bonne plage si ce n'est la meilleure de l'île à 500metres ainsi que de très bons restaurants en bord de mer à la playa sans vicente,cela dit il faut être véhiculé si on veut faire des courses ou visiter l'île pour aller à portinatix,san Carles,Santa eularia ou les plages des alentours,je recommande ce logement à 1000% nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances,les hôtes,la collaboratrice et le voisinage sont au top de chez top et si je dois revenir dans l'île ça sera chez eux car grâce à ce logement j'ai pu découvrir l'île et ses paysages époustouflants.....merci à toutes et à tous
