Appartement très fonctionnel dans une résidence calme et agréable. Très bien placé et central au sein de lanzarote, ce qui permet de visiter aisément les différents endroits de lanzarote (nord comme sud). L’hôte a été réactif quand nous l’avons sollicité. 2 piscines agréables et lavées chaque jour. Super séjour sur une île qui reste encore préservée et dont les paysages sont spectaculaires et beaux.

Arturo was a friendly and very responsive host. Always replied quickly and sorted out any issue's immediately. Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, although a couple of full length sun loungers would be welcome. In a quiet complex about ten minutes walk from more facilities. Fast WiFi and free Netflix. Swimming pool is unheated but useable and very clean. Now has a barrier around it so not a lot of room to sit out there.

He estado muy a gusto en el apartamento de Uli y ella ha sido estupenda conmigo. El apartamento no es perfecto pero tenía todo lo necesario para quedarme todo el mes. La zona es tranquila y, aunque se oyen los aviones despegando, por la noche es silencioso. No tuve problema para aparcar por la zona.

Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment with all amenities needed.Very private and peaceful location.Within walking distance of the beach and the bars.On the edge of the strip area of Puerto del Carmen.Airconditioning/heater available although we were unable to turn up the temperature when a little cooler at night as instructions in Spanish.A second set of towels and bedding and also a second set of keys or a keysafe would have been beneficial. However a great apartment Great value for money.Nice pool on site .

Ambra and Celso ont été des hôtes incroyables. Ils ont été très flexibles sur nos heures d'arrivée et de départ afin de nous permettre de bénéficier plus longuement du logement pour permettre à notre bébé de se reposer. Le logement est très cosy avec une très belle vue et est idéalement situé. Je recommande à 100%

What can I say it was a very enjoyable stay has everything you might need for a great vacation the accommodation was spotless and we were greeted by a chap called Oliver a great guy very helpful It is in a location that is actually away from the old town but 10 min walk gets you down amongst the shops bars and restaurants If you are a little unsteady walking then I recommend a taxi to get you back up the hill it’s a beauty especially when you have sampled the selection of wines and spirits would we come again definitely

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet complex in the perfect location for the old and new town. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Mattia en Silvia zijn supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. de accomodatie is top, ziet er heel mooi uit (net als de fotos!) locatie perfect, bus zit om de hoek, 10 minuten naar het vliegveld, geen last van geluid van vliegtuigen. heerlijk rustige plek. voelt heel veilig . tips voor eiland bezoek: huur een auto en ga naar: cueva de Las verdes, las grietas museum Cesar Manrique 🙏

To były wspaniałe chwile Lanzarote jest piękne dużo zwiedzaliśmy więc miło jest wrócić do przytulnego mieszkania i usiąść z lampką wina na tarasie(Chyba że mocno wieje wiatr od oceanu wtedy zostaje kanapa przed tv🙂)Mieszkanie jest czyste i zadbane,kuchnia dobrze wyposaźona niczego nam nie brakowało.Gospodarz to bardzo miły człowiek oprowadził nas po mieszkaniu i udzielił kilka wskazówek.Basen dostępny dla mieszkańców Los Molinos jest czysto i bardzo klimatycznie ale w październiku woda bardzo zimna jest to jednak idealne miejsce by poleżeć na leżaku pod palmami w ciszy i spokoju.Ogólnie bardzo polecamy pobyt u Giorgio będziecie zachwyceni mieszkaniem a przede wszystkim cudowną wyspą jaką jest Lanzarote.Giorgio dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy❤️👋

L’appartement est vraiment cosy , nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Patricia est est une hôte très gentille et aux petits soins. L’appartement a une très belle vue sur la mer et très bien équipé ! Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances L’appartement est très bien situé dans Lanzarote et la piscine est très agréable.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen kann. Beim Check In wurde uns von Romina deutsches Fernsehen eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist klein und nicht zum Essen im freien geeignet. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr hübsch und der Weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt nicht weit. Wer Spanien erleben oder spanisch essen möchte muss allerdings den Ort verlassen, die Strandmeile ist komplett british/irish ausgerichtet. Der kleine Stadtstrand eignet sich sehr gut zum buddeln und baden mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation zu Christian und Romina hat wunderbar funktioniert und bei einem kleinen Problem haben beide sofort reagiert. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage des Schlafzimmers. Die Schnellstraße ist manchmal recht laut und die Mülltonnen sind genau hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar wirklich schöne Tage hier verbracht!

Très bon séjour ! Location centrale sur l'île, idéale pour visiter tout sans faire trop de voiture ! Tous les equipements pour ma petite fille ! Proximité des commerces à pied 👍 Super !

Had an absolutely brilliant time It was peaceful and close to everything (within 5 minutes) your at the beach, local shops , friendly pubs and restaurnts. The location is within 15 minutes either by taxi or coach from the airport. Taxi fares were very cheap. I paid 10 euros (inc tip) from the airport to the beatriz hotel (as a place marker) walked less than 5 mins and easily found it straight up the path from there. The studio was very clean on arrival, had all the amenities you could want Cooker, washing machine, lovely shower (wetroom) fridge freezer, tv, kettle plenty of cup/plates and other kitchen utensils. Even bread, Milk, cheese and ham was provided. Bed sheets, Pillows and Towels were provided also. (i brought my own towels and used them) The sofa bed was comfy to sit and sleep on. I did not pull the bed out though to make it into a double it was big enough as a single. Sharon was a star with getting back to any queries I had. I would highly recommend for singles or couples

We enjoyed staykng at Sunset Balcony. The apartment was very nicely decorated and the view was stunning. Only a 6 minute walk to the harbour and lovely restraunts. Thanks Robi for everything ...and late checkout also.Caitriona and Declan.

Ilona è stata molto disponibile e attiva nel dare consigli sia sui locali che sui posti di interesse. La casa molto pulita, spaziosa e completa di tutti i comfort, magnifica!! La posizione è strategica, tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi.

Ottima esperienza, location eccellente e ordinata in ogni dettaglio, situata in un punto strategico dell'isola dove è facile collegarsi a qualsiasi necessità. Raccomando vivamente la struttura.

Access to the beach/ shops could be difficult as the hill is very steep, you can find alternative routes which are not so direct, people with disabilities would find this location a struggle

Super logement avec stationnement à proximité. Place accessible à pied et espace piscine agréable. L’eau était fraîche mais nous ne nous attendions pas à pouvoir nous baigner en mars, donc ce fut une agréable surprise. L’appartement était très propre et Paola est une hôte très réactive. Seul bémol, notre chambre se situait côté rue, au dessus des terrasses de restaurant, donc pas mal de bruit en soirée. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé mais pourrait freiner des personnes au sommeil léger. Je recommande tout de même ce logement.

Susana est très réactive et a toujours de bons conseils pour les sorties. Le logement est confortable et idéalement placé pour visiter l'île. La terrasse est agréable. Toujours de la place pour se garer. L'environnement est très calme, la piscine appréciable. Plage, restaurants et commerces à seulement 10 mns à pied. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement.

Perfect place for a couple. Walkable distance to the shop and city centrum with restaurants. Swimming pool in the areal and beach is also in walkable distance. The whole complex is calm and quiet and nicely situated for trips. Parking possible in front of the apartment, ideal if you rent a car. Small private patio is also great for morning coffees and evening drinks. David is proactive , responsive and friendly. We had a great time there.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement ! Pascale, l'hôte, a été très réactive et a fourni de bonnes instructions par téléphone ainsi que dans ses classeurs mis à disposition. L'appartement était impeccable, très chaleureux, accessible, à seulement 10 minutes des commodités et de la plage. La mise à disposition de condiments et d'appareils électroniques était appréciable. Quelques remarques : le fer à repasser était un effet personnel donc interdiction d’y toucher, il n'y avait qu'une couette, pas de couverture plus légère, rendant les nuits chaudes. À noter que la télévision avait un signal instable et que la climatisation nécessite 1€ dans un boîtier pour chaque usage. Je n'ai pas compris si la piscine était accessible et/ou partagée je ne m’y suis pas aventurée, et il y a des caméras dont je n'étais pas informée, n’hésitez pas à abattre les caches. En tout cas, c'était une belle expérience. Je recommande ce logement pour son confort et la réactivité de l’hôte !

A modern, bright, and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with various coffee-making options, a brand-new cooker, and a fridge. The spacious balcony enjoys sunlight for most of the day and features a large table which was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Virginie was incredibly responsive, providing clear communication without being overbearing or making unexpected visits - something I’ve experienced elsewhere in the past! The pool was quite cold during our visit, but coming from Scotland, we didn’t mind. Kathy’s wee pool bar was a great spot for quick and convenient snacks, with friendly service. The location benefits from four different supermarkets just minutes away on foot, as well as a well-stocked pharmacy only two minutes away. It’s a wee bit of a walk for older or not as well abled guests down to the strip but taxis are very cheap!

We had a lovely stay! Elīna was very friendly and helpful and had kindly left some essentials upon our arrival which helped us feel at home! place was very stylish and clean. We really enjoyed using the pool area and was very clean and quiet. Only a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. Would stay again!
