Es war einfach super! Wenn man fragen würde was uns am besten gefallen hat würde ich sagen: frühstücken auf dieser bombastischen Terasse! Es war einfach alles rundum super! Nadine ist einfach immer erreichbar und hat gute Tips! Wir haben auch das Gym genutzt welches auch perfekt ausgestattet ist. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit

Klaudia's place is a gem! It is really centrally located on the edge of the old and the new town. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Klaudia is a lovely host and her communication is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Schönes Apartment, bequemes Bett, funktional eingerichtete Küche und Bad mit Shampoo. Schöne kleine Terrasse und zwei Pools - jedoch sehr frisch. Wer jedoch das Fitnessstudio nutzen möchte - ist definitiv nicht wie auf den Bildern, sondern veraltet und eingestaubt. Ansonsten schöne Unterkunft. Weg zum Spar ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, zur Strandpromenade ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg

The private patio is what drew us in initially, which is part of such a beautiful (shared) garden. We chilled outside a lot. There are a lot of communal spaces but we never bumped into anyone and it felt very private. Photos overall were very accurate and exactly like the real thing! The bathroom is so unique. We were worried about water pressure in the rock shower but it actually was quite powerful (Heads up, it’s not heated though! There’s a bath/second shower if you want hot water). The surrounding streets are very private and safe, just a minute’s drive from the motorway which connects you to the rest of the island nicely. Friendly and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay here, such a great find.

Louise looked after us very well. She was very friendly and quickly made us feel settled. Great architecture in Los Molinos with plenty of sunbeds around the pools. Perfect location with easy, short access to shops and restaurants with plenty of choice to suit all budgets. We stayed a month and did not need a car.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et très bien placé ! La propreté des lieux est remarquable et tout le mobilier et l'équipement est en excellent état. Le quartier est calme et agréable à quelques pas à pieds des restaurants et bars de Costa Teguise.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat ganz viele Liebe zum Detail, sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann und seinen Urlaub genießen. Ein Wasserfilter erspart einem das lästige Wassertragen, die Klimaanlage sorgt für die nötige Abkühlung, das Sonnensegel auf dem Balkon lädt ein den Arbeitsplatz nach draußen zu verlegen. Mein persönliches Highlight ist das Bett, ich habe noch nie so erholsam geschlafen. Die Matratze ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist super, die Bushaltestelle Richtung Flughafen ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Zum Meer ist es auch kaum weiter, was ich täglich mit einem Frühstücksspaziergang verbunden habe, auf dem Weg liegen Cafe' mit gutem Kaffee und Gebäck. Die Kommunikation mit Svetlana war super, sie war sehr proaktiv in allen Belangen. Ingesamt habe ich die Zeit sehr genossen und kann das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen und ich würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Had a great few days staying here: brilliant location as the apartment had its own terrace area to sit outside and a pool directly in front. Even though it was Half term hols it wasn’t crowded. The whole complex was well designed - 6 spacious courtyards each with a good sized pool (also paddling pool) with either tiles or artificial grass around it, and also a 25m lane swimming pool. There was also a restaurant doing buffet breakfast for €16 each or buffet dinner for €19 each, with a good selection of food and a quiet setting. There is also a daytime cafe located on the artificial island overlooking the beach. We spent three days swimming and sunbathing around the pools and beaches - the nearest is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and the main sandy beach and restaurant area of the resort is about 15 min walk around the bay. Perfect for a relaxing, easy few days of sun and swimming & easy to get to (bus 22 from the airport then change to bus 3 in Arrecife).

Estuvimos una semana. Súper bien. Éramos mi mujer y yo con nuestra hija y estuvimos muy a gusto. Ubicación muy tranquila para dormir y teníamos todo lo que e esitábamo. La anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Muy recomendable.

Très bon séjour ! Location centrale sur l'île, idéale pour visiter tout sans faire trop de voiture ! Tous les equipements pour ma petite fille ! Proximité des commerces à pied 👍 Super !

El complejo esta muy bien, es el típico complejo del caribe pero a la española.... gran recepción con sofás y servicio de excursiones, tienes 7 piscinas diponibles, parque infantil, salida directa al mar, hamacas en playa y piscina; restaurante, pequeño supermercado, tienda, lavandería, parking gratuito...dentro del propio complejo. Las casitas son pequeñas, por lo menos en la que nosotros estuvimos, pero ideal para familias (4 personas). Estuvimos 5 dias, no hay servicio de limpieza diario ni cambio de toallas pero no ha sido ningún problema ya que nos dejaron gran numero de toallas tanto para ducha como para piscina/playa. La atención del anfitrión ideal, contesta rápido y todo son facilidades. El anfitrion nos dejo té, sal, algo de aceite... Recomendable 100%

The apartment is very conveniently located, clean, tidy and well equipped. It has lovely outdoor space in the front and back, and Silvia was very helpful when we had an issue with the wi-fi. We have booked to come again next year. Thanks for a great trip!

wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Linda! diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt! der Meerblick ist toll und wir haben die Zeit auf dem Balkon sehr genossen! der obere pool ist wenig freguentiert gewesen und eigent sich perfekt, um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen, wenn es das Meer mal nicht zuläßt. wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrienden! The apartment was lovely. The location was great and the facilities were fantastic. It was easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Merci Eva pour votre accueil, votre professionnalisme et disponibilité; la villa est splendide, bien équipée et bien située (Marina Rubicón à 5 min en voiture, supermarché Aldi au bout de la rue). La piscine chauffée est un plus, on a pu en profiter tous les jours de notre séjour (à recouvrir dès qu’on ne l’utilise plus). Ricardo qui s’occupe de la piscine est très sympathique et serviable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner à la villa la Graciosia.

The sports facility opposite was Perfect. All I needed with great facilities. The beach, Supermarket and golf course were very close. The balcony was semi private and lost the sun after 5pm but apart from that the place had everything you needed. Thanks

Very spacious Apt. Clean modern and very well equipped place to stay with a lovely Comfortable Bed. The area was great for walking with a beautiful beach at the end of the Street. The promenade stretches for miles. Bus stops are nearby and take you anywhere for €1. 40. Plenty of shopping nearby Supermarkets,and Dialand shopping Mall on your doorstep. I had a Lovely Holiday with the help of a great Host who makes sure you are looked after and Comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Apt and will be making a return visit next year.

Logement conforme à l'offre. Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île avec une voiture de location. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Hôte réactif aussi bien avant la réservation que pendant le séjour. Supermarché à proximité

Wir haben die Zeit in Stephanies wunderschönem Haus zu dritt sehr genossen. Alles blitzsauber, großzügige Bäder und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man auch bei nicht perfektem Wetter eine tolle Zeit hatte. Der Innenhof mit Pool, Esstisch und bequemen Liege-und Sitzmöglichkeiten war eine Wohltat während der schönen Sonnenstunden. Nichts fehlte im Haus. Es gab große Handtücher in großer Anzahl, wunderschönen Blumenschmuck, ein Willkommenspaket, Nespressomaschine mit Milchschäumer, deutsche und englische Bücher, viele Fahrräder, Kraftraum, Sauna, Garage- besser und komfortabler kann man seinen Urlaub nicht verbringen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu Stephanie, unkomplizierter CheckIn und CheckOut. Perfekt gelegen für all die Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser schönen Insel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This house was perfect for us, we were here visiting with a yacht and needed somewhere to stay while she was being worked on out of the water. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and the beach. A great family house. Would definitely book again of the need arose. Thank you Jorge
