Puerto del Carmen : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Unser Aufenthalt in Giovannis Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an hervorragend, Giovanni war jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen – modern, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön war, dass der Pool direkt vor der Tür lag und stets in einwandfreiem Zustand war. Man merkt, dass hier viel investiert wird, um alles in bestem Zustand zu halten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: Ein kleiner Spaziergang am Meer entlang führte nach Costa Teguise, und auch alles Wichtige war in der Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft, die wir erfahren durften. Giovanni hat sich in einer Situation, die nicht selbstverständlich ist, unglaublich bemüht und uns damit wirklich geholfen – ein riesiges Dankeschön dafür! Wer eine tolle Unterkunft mit Top-Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Estupendo el lugar donde nos quedamos, era muy bonito, tenía todas las comodidades y está decorado con muy buen gusto y originalidad. volvería sin dudarlo por supuesto! Un 10!

Perfect accomodation with attention to detail for all the little extras included, hairdryer & straighteners in the bathroom. Condiments, milk, water & wine supplied. 3 mins downhill to the main strip, 6 mins back up

Just back from a week in Paul’s apartment. Would highly recommend. Apartment spotless and has everything you need. Very quiet complex but just 2 minutes into old town and 15 minute walk to the strip. Paul’s communication was first class and nothing was a bother. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this lovely apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (1 semaine) chez Federica L’emplacement était idéal pour tout découvrir soit à pied pour les environs soit en voiture pour les visites plus lointaines . Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée et la réactivité de Federica quant à mes questions de toutes sortes . Cerise sur le gâteau le lit est incomparable on a très bien dormi . L’appartement est situé dans un complexe avec piscines et c’est top 😊 Je reviendrai sûrement car j’ai été séduite par lanzarote et je resterai chez Federica .

Ben was a fantastic host and communication was terrific, especially as my bag had been switched by accident the first day and I was in a panic, he was so helpful. The apartment is amazing, spotlessly clean and everything you need. We were 10mins walk if even from the beach and strip but the complex was so quiet we had the best of both worlds. Would throughly recommend Ben's apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again, right beside the pool too! Thanks Ben 😊

Nous avons passé 1 une semaine merveilleuse dans ce logement typique de Lanzarote. La localisation est parfaite, le quartier très calme et la maison très paisible avec de belles prestations. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et disponibles pour toutes demandes. Les indications sont très claires et le logement est facile d’accès. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement les yeux fermés et aurons plaisir à y retourner.

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours chez Mariana, avec nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme et paisible, un magasin d'alimentation à proximité, la piscine chauffée et le lit extérieur vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Des vacances de rêve

We loved everything about the house, and Inaki was a great host. This was our first thing using Airbnb and we will definitely do it again. Having the house was like a home away from home. Its was exactly like the photos. We will definitely return again.

Apartamento en perfectas condiciones (sofá cama incómodo), con sombrilla, hamacas y toallas de playa y productos de limpieza. Check in antes de tiempo, facilidad para comunicarse con la propietaria. 100% recomendable. Gracias Jeanne :)

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Eva was lovely and we had such a warm welcome when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and what was nearby. Many restaurants and bars within 20 mins walk, but so private and peaceful in this beautiful home. The heated pool was a plus too. Would 100% recommend this place.

A really lovely villa. It is a twenty minute brisk walk to the sea front, but there are supermarkets 10 minutes away (new Aldi due to open soon) and we like the walking which is very flat. Kevin really is extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with by message. There were no problems with the accommodation at all which is really well equipped. As pointed out in the description, there is construction work close by, but we barely noticed it as it was not in our line of vision from the villa and was really quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Juan property everything we needed was supplied. There was a nice bottle of wine and some nibbles which we enjoyed very much,the location was about 10 minutes walk to the marina and lovely restaurants.

Nazaret est une bourgade très tranquille à quelques km de Teguise. Vous y trouverez le calme à défaut de commerces et restaurants. Le logement de Mario es parfait pour un couplé avec une très bonne literie. Mario est sympathique et chaleureux. Nous recommandons.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel mese di marzo in questo appartamento e siamo soddisfatti dell'esperienza. È esattamente come nelle foto: ben arredato e molto accogliente. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione e pulito, e noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa! La posizione dell'appartamento ci ha permesso di esplorare facilmente l'isola, e tornare a casa e godersi la vista sul mare e sulla piscina è davvero rilassante. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ha fornito indicazioni puntuali per accedere all'appartamento, rendendo l’arrivo e il soggiorno ancora più semplici e piacevoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Costa Teguise, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we booked , the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Begona was warm, friendly, and attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was how responsive Begona was – they sent over excellent recommendations for local restaurants. When we arrived, the host checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying our time. It was such a thoughtful touch that really enhanced our experience, showing just how much they cared about our visit. Costa Teguise is a beautiful destination, and having such a fantastic host made our time there even more special. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone planning a trip to the area!

Appartement très bien agencé, spacieux et très bien équipé. Une très belle grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur l'océan. Piscine très appréciable même fin octobre. Barman (piscine) très sympathique. Stationnement facile et gratuit tout proche. John a toujours été très réactif et arrangeant 😉.

Wat een fantastisch, heerlijk verblijf heb ik gehad bij de loft van Virginie! Het heeft een hele fijne sfeer, alles super mooi gestyled. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je maar kunt bedenken. Je zou er zo kunnen wonen. Super schoon en een heerlijk bed. Alles tip top verzorgd. Het terras is ook heerlijk. Lekker veel zon en privacy, uitkijkend op de zee en het zwembad met veel groen. Vanuit het raam boven het bed en voordeur, kijk je op de bergen, prachtig uitzicht. Bij het zwembad van het complex ook heerlijk vertoeven. Virginie is een hele lieve, behulpzame en proactieve host. Ze reageert super snel en geeft je alle info over wat je maar wil weten. Ze herinnerde me zelfs aan het bestellen van een taxi. Dat heeft ze ook geregeld. Je hebt in de buurt al veel restaurants en supermarkten. Ik heb heerlijk gegeten bij o.a. Montemarte en Osteria. Allemaal om de hoek. Strand is op 5 minuten lopen. Ik raad dit appartement ten zeerste aan. Nogmaals enorm bedankt Virginie voor het super verblijf!

Super logement avec stationnement à proximité. Place accessible à pied et espace piscine agréable. L’eau était fraîche mais nous ne nous attendions pas à pouvoir nous baigner en mars, donc ce fut une agréable surprise. L’appartement était très propre et Paola est une hôte très réactive. Seul bémol, notre chambre se situait côté rue, au dessus des terrasses de restaurant, donc pas mal de bruit en soirée. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé mais pourrait freiner des personnes au sommeil léger. Je recommande tout de même ce logement.

Super séjour dans un super appartement bien pensé. Propreté irréprochable. Neuf et moderne avec une super terrasse. La résidence est calme et très agréable. Miguel a pensé à tout en passant par la lessive, les produits ménagers, les équipements de cuisine. Très facile pour accéder à l’appartement et super bien placé pas loin de la mer!

We had a great stay at Elena’s place. Great location, quiet and clean complex. The private terrace got the sun all day. I would return.
